epilogue

6 years later.

Eleanors POV

"Eli please stay still" I plead my five year old son as I bathe him and he splashes the water to my face. I shut my eyes to prevent water from going in them and I stand up. "Lord please help me" I sigh exasperatingly.

I grab a towel to dry my face and smile at my 4 year old daughter coral playing with a pink rubber ducky while she sits on the toilet lid. she looks up at me and smiles wide as she waits for me to finish bathing Eli.

I kneel down in front of the bathtub again and pour shampoo onto my palm before reading it onto his head and rubbing it into his brown curls. He groans and looks at me with his brown eyes but stays still nonetheless.

once I'm done bathing him, I wrap a towel around his body and sit him down on the toilet as I shower Coral next. she  grins at me her golden eyes sparkling just like mine. as I place her into the warm water and I kiss her cheek.

I rub the shampoo into her dirty blonde hair as she plays with her rubber ducky. I smile at her as she stands up and spreads her arms for me to wrap the towel around her.

I wrap her pink fluffy towel around her body and she pouts as she silently asks me to carry her y putting her arms up. I do as she asks and carry her then rest her against y side as I turn around to notice that Eli is nowhere to be seen.

A groan erupts from my chest as I see that the door is open and Coral lays her head on my shoulder. I walk out of the bathroom to look for him and when I don't find him in any room from upstairs, I make my way down the stairs.

My eyes widen when I see the glass doors wide open and I quickly jog to go outside. Coral giggles when her voice sounds jumpy.

"Eli!!" I screech and he freezes at my voice. he gets up from his sand box and i groan loudly when he picks up his towel. He runs towards us and slips and falls onto his butt which causes Coral to laugh and clap her hands.

Just as Im about to scold him, we hear the front door open and shut then the voice of my husband. "Honey Im home!"

"Daddy!" Coral squeals in my arms and I chuckle before i put her down on the ground. She immediately starts running towards where her fathers voice came from.

"Princess!" i hear Cole call out and seconds later I hear Coral giggling. "I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too daddy!" Coral says and i turn my attention back to the little troublemaker.

"What have I told you? No playing in the sand box after you have already taken a bath!" I scold Eli as i prop my hands on my hips and he hangs his head in shame.

"I'm sorry mumma."he apologises and my frustration slowly fades as the sight of his sad face pains me.

"Wheres my little champion?" Cole asks as he walks in through the kitchen doorway and Elis face lights up at the sight of his father.

Daddy's boy, alright.

"Daddy!" he cheers as he runs towards him and laugh when Cole gets on his knees to inspect his son's dirty body. "I made Mummy upset..." Eli hangs his head again.

cole looks up at me and gives me a slight smile. "Did he give you a hard time again while I was gone?"

I let out a long tired sigh. "Like you won't believe" i admit and Cole furrows his eyebrows as he looks into Elis eyes.

"Listen here buddy. Mummy can't keep an eye on both of you and do what she needs unless you two are behaving. I can't be home all day, I have work. You have to stop giving your mum such a hard time bud." he tells hims slowly and Eli nods his head.

"Sorry daddy."

I grab Elis hand and lead him up the stairs.

"Bath time....again."

"Uncle!" Coral exclaims as Troy walk through the door and she hugs there legs.

"Aunty!" she then gives a hug to Hailey, Troys Mate

"Hey little angel." Troy greets as he bends down and carries her on his hip. "Wheres the little troublemaker?" she questions.

right when the question leaves his lips, Eli comes running down the stairs. "Uncle!" "Aunty!"

"hey there little troublemaker" says Troy and Hailey picks him up and kisses him on the cheek.

"Hi Scott " Coral says to Troy and Hailey's 6 year old son, he smiles at her and then starts talking to Eli.

suddenly I hear a car door slam shut and footsteps walking towards the door.

Brent and Willow enter in and as soon as Brent enters he says.

"who wants chocolate? I brought all types of chocolates!'

"Me!" both Coral and Eli shout as they raise their little hands in the air. Brent laughs while he puts Eli back on his feet.

"Alright, follow me to the car!" he cheers and runs out of the castle as the kids run out behind him.

"Chocolate!"

I turn to kiss Cole on the cheek and smile when he turns his head, causing me to kiss his lips instead. 'I love your kisses." He tells me sweetly and my smile widens. "I love you" I kiss his lips again and close my eyes when he returns it with a little bit more force.

"Melody!" I hear Elis voice from outside then a very familiar little girl voice.

"Eli!" Brent and Willows 4 year old little girl squeals.

"Mel!" Corals excited voice reaches my ears next.

Cole and I make our way to the door and a wide smile spreads itself onto my face when I see everyone chatting and the kids are running after each other. "Hey Willow!" I wave and she runs towards me to wrap me in a tight hug.

"Hey Eleanor! How are you?" She questions and Cole goes over and starts playing with the kids.

"Im good, how about yourself?"

"Im also good, thank you."

I point my thumb behind me. "Wanna come inside for some coffee or tea?"

"A cup of coffee would be nice, please" She replies with a small smile and i nod my head.

as Im about to walk up to the kitchen I hear another two cars pull up in the castles driveway,I smile instantly knowing who they are.

I turn around and see Aria and Chad hope out of the car and Aria grabs her twin 3 year old boys Ethan and Grayson.

then Hanna hops out of the car with her mate Sebastian and her 2 year daughter summer.

the kids all run up and hug them, and I go up to them and hug them. after chatting for a bit and catching up i say

"Anyone want a cup of coffee or tea?"Everyone immediately turns to give me their attention and some say they would.

Im currently in the kitchen with all the adults while the kids are in the playroom.

"Its crazy to think how much they have grown up." I say "I still remember when I first had Eli."

Flashback

a week after we got married, i began to feel sick and kept throwing up in the middle of the night. I remember Cole would wake up with me to hold my hair and rub my back to comfort me. until one day, I decided to buy pregnancy tests and i took them. it came out as positive. when i have cole the exciting news he looked as happy as anyone can be.

he picked me up and spun me around as he kept repeating how much he loves me. through out the 6 months (its faster with werewolf.) he was always there, and of course Aria planned a massive baby shower for me. Cole would miss some days his job just to take care of me and I loved that. When the last month came, he wouldn't leave my side at all, he would say that the baby can come any day and that he didn't want to take any risks.

when the day finally came, I could barely handle the pain as he took me to the hospital. He held my hand the entire time as the doctors told me to push. a few moments later I hear crying and instantly, tears welled up in my eyes when i laid eyes on my little boy Eli.

Cole and I loved him and still do, dearly and we would give everything to him.

anyway 1 year later I began to feel sick and I took a pregnancy test they came out positive. we Later found out that indeed it was a girl.

6 months later our beautiful little girl Coral was born and we treated her like a princess.

I get knocked out of my train of thought when Cole kisses my cheek and I turn to smile at him. "What are you thinking about?" He asks with a confused expression and I kisses cheek.

"Just about everything that has happened these last couple of years" I admit

he nods his head in acknowledgement. "A lot has happened."

"Yeah" I turn my attention to our guests to see that the kids have came out and all the adults are talking and cuddling them.

"I wouldn't change a single thing" I whisper with pride in my voice

'Uh oh!" I hear Hanna say

"Whoops, looks like Eli just had a little accident" I close y eyes and groan inwardly as I hear Hannas voice and hesitantly turn to look at Eli covered in mud.

"Oh I knew it was A bad idea to turn on the sprinklers" I face palm myself and just as I'm about to stand up, Cole pulls me back and gives me a small smile.

"Relax, I got it" He tells me and kiss my cheek.

"Thank you so much" I say gratefully and lean back against my seat. I watch as Eli says bye to Melody and Scott as she watches Cole carry him into the house to give another bath.

a few minutes later, another splash is heard and I let out a long tired sigh as Corals voice says "Oopses" And I turn around to see that she has also fallen into the same mud puddle that Eli was in a couple minutes ago. I stand up from my seat and carry her up onto my hip as I take her upstairs after telling our guests to make themselves at home.

I hear a loud commotion going on in the bathroom and I slowly open the door to see Eli wrestling his father as the water spills out of the bathtub and I clear my throat loudly to make sure I am heard, Immediately catching their attention and they stop doing what they're doing.

"Oh hey" they both say sheepishly and I shake my head. Coral laughs and smears mud onto my cheek while I narrow my eyes at her playfully.

"Spa!" she cheers andI let out an amused chuckle.

yup I wouldn't change a single thing.
