--MISA AND YUJI'S HEADS WERE SPINNING, and instead of bubbling laughter, it was now replaced with insane nausea and head spinning. They remained slumped in their seats, their heads spinning and their bodies swaying slightly as if the ride was still moving. The adrenaline rush had drained away, leaving them dazed and lightheaded.

Footsteps clanged against the metal platform, and before either of them could fully process what was happening, Megumi and Nobara appeared, climbing onto the platform with a mix of frustration and concern.

"What the hell were you two doing?!" Nobara barked, planting her hands on her hips. "You look like you just got out of a blender!"

"Technically, it was a rollercoaster," Yuji mumbled, his words slurring slightly as he tried to focus on Nobara. His pink hair was still a chaotic mess, sticking up in every direction.

Megumi reached out and grabbed Yuji's arm, helping him out of the seat. "You're both a mess," he said bluntly, his tone more annoyed than anything else. "And you're heavier than you look."

"I'm not heavy!" Yuji protested weakly, leaning heavily on Megumi as his legs wobbled beneath him. "The ride just... took a lot out of me."

"Yeah, sure," Megumi said, rolling his eyes.

Meanwhile, Nobara leaned down and offered Misa a hand. "Come on, snow queen. Let's get you off this death trap."

Misa groaned, taking Nobara's hand and stumbling out of the rollercoaster car. She clutched her head, her legs just as unsteady as Yuji's. "I feel like I just spun through a tornado."

"You look like it too," Nobara quipped, though her grip on Misa's arm was firm and steady as she guided her toward the platform's edge.

The four of them barely had time to catch their breath when a massive pulse of cursed energy rippled through the air. It was heavy, suffocating, and unmistakably close.

Yuji's head snapped up, his dizziness momentarily forgotten. "What the—?"

A low, guttural growl echoed across the amusement park, and from the shadows emerged a towering, monstrous curse. Its body was massive and hulking, covered in writhing tendrils of dark energy that seemed to crackle and hiss like static. Its eyes glowed an eerie yellow, and its gaping mouth revealed rows of jagged, dripping teeth.

"Uh, guys?" Misa said, taking a shaky step back. "I think we missed something."

The curse let out a deafening roar, its massive form charging straight for them. None of them had time to react—Yuji and Misa were still too unsteady, and even Nobara and Megumi, who had been prepared for danger moments ago, were caught off guard by the sheer size and speed of the creature.

The curse lunged, its claws raised, and for a split second, it seemed like there was no way out.

Then, in a blur of motion, a figure appeared in front of them.

"Yoohoo!" Gojo's voice rang out, calm and cheerful as always. He stood between the curse and his students, his blindfolded face tilted slightly in their direction. "Having fun, kids?"

The curse didn't have time to stop. It barreled toward him, roaring in fury, but Gojo didn't even flinch. With a casual wave of his hand, the curse slammed into an invisible barrier and was sent flying backward, crashing into the ground with a deafening boom.

The air grew still for a moment as the curse writhed, unable to get back up, its body crackling and disintegrating under Gojo's immense cursed energy.

"Guess I got here just in time," Gojo said, his grin audible in his tone. He turned to look at the four of them, tilting his head slightly. "What happened to you? Did you guys decide to take a joyride while I wasn't looking?"

"You could've shown up earlier!" Nobara snapped, interlocking her arm with Misa's for support. "We didn't exactly have time to prepare for that thing!"

"Yeah," Yuji said, leaning heavily on Megumi. "We were kinda busy not dying."

Gojo shrugged, his grin widening. "Well, you all look like you had fun. That's what matters, right?"

Misa groaned, her head still spinning. "Define 'fun.'"

Gojo ignored the sarcasm, clapping his hands together. "Alright, you kids did great! I'll take care of the cleanup here. You can head back and... I don't know, fix your hair or something."

"Fix my—" Misa stopped, blinking at him. "You're enjoying this way too much."

"Maybe a little," Gojo admitted, his voice teasing. "But hey, you survived! That's worth celebrating."

As the towering curse dissolved into nothingness behind him, Gojo turned back to the group, his grin as carefree as ever. "Come on, let's head out before the animatronics decide they want a rematch."

As the group began to shuffle off the platform, Misa, still leaning slightly on Nobara for support, glanced over at Yuji, who was wobbling his way forward with Megumi's help. Despite the pounding in her head and the lingering dizziness, a grin started to tug at her lips.

"Hey, guys," she said, her voice just loud enough to catch their attention. "Did you know Yuji screamed during the rollercoaster?"

Yuji whipped his head around, his face a mix of indignation and embarrassment. "I didn't scream!"

Misa arched an eyebrow, her grin widening. "Oh, you didn't? Because I distinctly remember a very loud, very high-pitched 'AHHHHH!' coming from your side of the car."

"It was a battle cry," Yuji said firmly, his voice a bit too defensive.

Nobara snorted, her lips twitching as she tried to hold back a laugh. "A battle cry? Really? Because Misa's impression sounds a lot more accurate."

"It wasn't like that!" Yuji protested, throwing his hands up in exasperation. "It was—it was to psych myself up!"

"Sure, buddy," Misa said, her laughter bubbling up now. "Because nothing says 'intimidating' like screaming at the top of your lungs while holding onto a rusty safety bar for dear life."

Even Megumi, who usually stayed out of their banter, couldn't help but let out a soft snicker. "If that was a battle cry, it was the least effective one I've ever heard."

Yuji groaned, burying his face in his hands. "Why is everyone ganging up on me?! I literally saved the rollercoaster from falling apart!"

"And we appreciate that," Misa said, still grinning. "But come on, Yuji. Own up to it. You screamed."

He peeked through his fingers, his cheeks slightly red. "I didn't scream."

"You screamed," Misa said, her voice laced with teasing as she leaned on Nobara for balance, her grin unwavering. "It was loud, it was shrill, and it was hilarious."

"It wasn't shrill!" Yuji shot back, his voice cracking slightly, which only made Nobara burst into full-on laughter.

Misa clutched her stomach, the laughter taking over now. "Oh my God, this is the best thing to come out of this mission. Yuji's battle cry—or should I say, scream."

Yuji crossed his arms, pouting slightly but unable to keep a small smile from creeping onto his face. "You're all the worst."

"Aw, don't worry, Yuji," Misa said, wiping a tear from the corner of her eye. "I'll give you points for effort. Next time, just aim for a little more 'roar' and a little less 'middle-schooler on a haunted house ride.'"

Even Gojo, who had been casually observing from the side, chimed in. "You screamed? Wow, Yuji. I didn't know you had it in you."

"I didn't scream!" Yuji yelled, throwing his hands up. "Why does everyone keep saying that?!"

This only made Misa laugh harder, practically doubling over as Nobara steadied her. "I can't! I can't breathe—'middle-schooler on a haunted house ride'—I'm gonna die."

Yuji, despite his protests, couldn't stop himself from chuckling along with them, though he still mumbled under his breath, "It was a battle cry. Totally a battle cry."

As the group wandered through the now-cleared amusement park, the air lighter without the oppressive cursed energy, Misa and Nobara stopped in their tracks. Their eyes locked on one of the few intact game booths—a ring toss stall with faded colors and a slightly broken sign that read, "Win Big Prizes!"

But it wasn't the game that caught their attention.

Sitting on the top shelf, above all the other dusty, forgotten toys, were two adorable teddy bears. They were ridiculously oversized, fluffy, and almost sparkling-clean compared to everything else in the park. One was a soft pastel pink, the other a creamy white, each with a big, floppy bow around its neck.

"Oh. My. God," Nobara said, her voice hushed with awe. She pointed at the bears like they were treasures. "Misa, do you see that?"

"Do I see that?" Misa echoed, her blue eyes wide as saucers. "I need that."

"Same," Nobara said, her tone dead serious. She grabbed Misa's arm. "We're getting those."

The two turned their heads in unison to look at Yuji and Megumi, who were walking ahead, oblivious to the newfound obsession of their teammates.

"Yuji!" Nobara called out, already marching toward him with purpose. "Megumi! Get over here."

Yuji blinked, slowing his pace as the girls approached. "Uh, what's up?"

Misa pointed dramatically at the teddy bears. "We need those."

Yuji followed her finger, tilting his head slightly. "What? The teddy bears?"

"Yes," Nobara said, crossing her arms. "They're perfect. They're cute. They belong to us."

Megumi sighed, already sensing where this was going. "And you're telling us this because...?"

"Because you two are going to get them for us," Misa said matter-of-factly, her grin sharp.

Yuji's brow furrowed. "How? The game booth isn't even working."

"Exactly," Nobara said, as if this was the most obvious thing in the world. "Which means you—" she jabbed a finger at him, then at Megumi, "—are going to hop over that countertop and grab them."

Megumi stared at her, his expression flat. "You can't be serious."

"Oh, we're serious," Misa said, folding her arms and leaning slightly on Nobara for solidarity. "Very serious. Those bears are everything."

"It's trespassing!" Megumi protested, his voice rising slightly.

Misa raised an eyebrow, giving him a pointed look. "Megumi. We just fought animatronics, rode a possessed rollercoaster, and survived a giant cursed spirit. And this is where you draw the line?"

Yuji, however, was already grinning. "I mean, she's got a point, Megumi. Compared to everything else today, this is nothing."

"You're not helping," Megumi muttered, shooting Yuji a glare.

"Oh, come on!" Nobara huffed, stomping her foot. "You two are supposed to be the muscle. Just hop over and grab them! It's not that hard."

Megumi pinched the bridge of his nose, muttering something under his breath about "idiots" and "pointless distractions," but before he could argue further, Yuji was already climbing over the counter.

"See?" Yuji said, flashing a grin as he landed on the other side. "Easy."

"Good man!" Misa said, giving him an encouraging thumbs-up.

Megumi groaned. "Fine. But this is ridiculous." He followed Yuji over the counter, landing with a lot less enthusiasm.

The two boys stood awkwardly among the dusty, broken prizes. Yuji scanned the shelves, his eyes locking onto the teddy bears. "Alright, which one do you want?"

"The pink one!" Nobara said immediately.

Misa leaned slightly to the side, eyeing the white one with a dreamy smile. "And the white one for me."

Yuji reached up for the pink bear, only for it to get stuck on the shelf. He pulled harder, but the bear wouldn't budge. "Uh... it's kinda stuck."

"How is it stuck?!" Nobara snapped, glaring at him.

"It's, like... wedged in there!" Yuji grunted, putting both hands on it and yanking until it finally came free with a loud pop! He stumbled backward, almost falling, but managed to catch himself.

"Careful!" Megumi said, reaching up to grab the white bear. He managed to pull it down with a lot less effort, though his expression was one of complete disinterest. "I can't believe I'm doing this."

With the bears in hand, the boys climbed back over the counter, holding their fluffy prizes out like an offering. Nobara snatched the pink one immediately, hugging it to her chest with a triumphant grin.

"Yes! It's perfect," she declared, spinning around dramatically. "This is the best thing that's happened all day."

Misa took the white bear, cradling it like it was the most precious thing in the world. "Agreed. Totally worth it."

Yuji dusted off his hands, grinning. "See? That wasn't so hard."

Megumi shot him a look. "Speak for yourself. I feel like my dignity just took a hit."

"Oh, relax," Misa teased, hugging her bear tighter. "You'll get over it. And now we have these adorable trophies to remember this disaster of a mission by."

"Yeah, thanks for your help," Nobara added with a smirk. "You guys really came through."

Megumi muttered something unintelligible, while Yuji just laughed, shaking his head. "You two are impossible."

"And yet, here we are," Misa said with a grin. "Everyone's happy."

"Everyone except me," Megumi muttered, but even he couldn't entirely hide the small, reluctant smile tugging at the corner of his mouth.
