(Y/N)'s P.O.V
I let out a long sigh, trying to ease my nerves as Sarah rushes around the Wedding Dress shop, anxiously looking around as I remain in place, completely overwhelmed.
"This is so stressful," I mumble, my eyes scanning the rows and rows of dresses. "But these dresses are beautiful."
"Aren't they?" Amelia joins my, smiling at Sarah. "You remember coming here for my dress, yes?"
"That's right!" I remember while smiling. "Jim was so panicked when I didn't answer my phone because it died when I was playing on it while you and Sarah looked around." (AN: Are phones even a thing in Treasure Planet? ... SuRe wHy nOt)
"If I recall correctly, he didn't leave your side for about a week," Amelia snorts, shaking her head with an amused smile.
"(Y/N)! Look at this one!" Sarah calls, and I hear Morph 'oooooh'.
"Sorry, duty calls," I sigh, rushing to find Sarah.
"Sarah? Hellooooo?" I call, browsing through the endless rows of white dresses.
They all seemed the same... But each was so special in their own way. Some were different colors, too. From orange to lilac, they had everything. While I was distracted, someone's arms wrap around me from behind, making me gasp as I prepare myself to sharply elbow them. A familiar voice chuckles into my ear, making me pause.
"Darling, it's just me."
My eyes widen at the sight of my to-be husband behind me, Jim grinning widely as he lets me go so I could face him.
"Jim?! What are you doing here?!" I whisper in surprise, glancing around for Sarah.
He gives me a childish grin, leaning down and pressing a kiss to my forehead before catching my lips in his own, pulling away after a second.
"Can't I see my lovely fiance?" Jim flirtatiously replies, taking my hand in his and squeezing it. "I missed you."
"Jim. We literally saw each other this morning." I playfully roll my eyes as he hugs me.
"Yeah, that was... like... four hours ago..." Jim replies stubbornly, kissing the top of my head as I let out a soft laugh.
"Your mom will kill you if she sees you here," I warn in a sing song voice, and he chuckles before squeezing me lightly and letting me go.
"I know, I just had to pop in to see you. Ben is probably scanning the whole shopping district looking for me. We walked by this shop when I saw you through the window, and just had to see ya," he grins and rubs his neck.
"Still a bad boy at heart," I snicker and shake my head, "that's why I love you."
He grins at me before taking my hand, pressing a kiss to it.
"James Pleiades Hawkins!!" Sarah's voice shouts from a down the row, making Jim stiffen and pale. "What are you doing here?!"
"Jimmy! There you are!" I hear Ben shout, the robot staggering clumsily into the store as some people exclaim in surprise. "I found about 7 other suit stores nearby, and we should check them all for the absolute perfect one!" Ben pauses, lighting up when he sees me. "Oh! Hiya, (Y/N)!!"
"Better run, bad boy," I snort, and he kisses my cheek quickly before running the opposite way, dodging some workers and leaping over a table with shoes, knocking them down but gracefully landing, and fleeing from the store.
"Jimmy! Wait! Bye (Y/N)!!" Ben shrieks, clumsily racing after him.
"That boy! I swear!" Sarah huffs, walking over to me and sighing a chuckle.
"You said you had a dress for me to see?" I question, and her annoyed expression drops to a happy, giddy grin.
"Yes! Come, this way!" She grabs my hand, dragging me with her as Morph coos and rests on my shoulder, exhausted from shopping.
I smile in amusement as Morph shifts into a small version of me, sighing heavily and wiping some 'sweat' from 'my' forehead in exhaustion.
"Right?" I agree quietly, chuckling.
She stops dragging me after a moment, firmly planting me in a seat as Amelia joins us, following a worker.
"Close your eyes! I had them set it up on a mannequin for you!" Sarah practically squeals in excitement, and I sigh and close my eyes.
"Sarah, I'm telling you, we've looked through thousands of dresses. Maybe we should try 'Dazzling Star Dresses' again?" I say with a soft sigh, feeling a bit disheartened.
"Trust me!" It was quiet after a moment, "okay... Open your eyes!"
I obey, and gasp in awe. The dress was a (favorite dress design), the length (short/long) and the color a (Favorite color). It was also familiar.
"But... This is-- it looks just like..." I stammer, trailing off as I admire the designs along the bottom of it.
"Ooooh!" Morph coos at the dress, admiring the beautiful dress.
"I took the dress you wore to prom with Jim, and added some touches to make it more wedding dress styled," Sarah smiles. "I wanted you to look at these other dresses before I showed you this one, so you wouldn't feel obligated to wear it. But since you don't like anything here, or at any other store..."
I leap out of my seat, crushing her in a hug, "I love it!!"
She laughs and hugs me back, grinning widely. "I'm so glad."
The workers all smile, and one carefully puts it away in a protective plastic and gives it to Sarah.
"Shall we head back to the Inn?" Amelia questions, "we have some more things to do before the big day."
"One week..." I breathe out, and my stomach does a slight flip.
One week. Oh.
My stomach sinks again, nerves bursting through me.
I had to plan so much I didn't even remember to be nervous!
Amelia and Sarah notice my silence, "unless... You'd like a moment alone?" Amelia cautiously continues.
"Uh, I... Uh... Yeah. I need to think," I stammer out, and Sarah looks at me, anxious. "Don't worry, I'll be back by... Let's see... It's four now... I'll be back by six probably."
"... Okay," Sarah drags out the word, and I force a smile to my face.
"Okay!" Morph copies, floating towards Sarah.
"Okay," Amelia's ears flicker, and she gives me a last glance before they walk off, disappearing in the crowd.
"... Okay," I whisper to myself, looking around before sighing.
I'm not going to be one of those girls that freak out and ditch their husband, but... I'm nervous. Really nervous.
Who's even going to walk me down the aisle? Why didn't I think about this before?
I look at the orange sky, sighing.
Mom... Dad... I hope you're proud of me.
I sigh again, maneuvering through the small crowd of people heading towards my destination.
The (F).J.S Legacy...
I smile softly at the ship swaying slightly, still spiff and shiny as the day I first saw it.
My hand runs along the side of the ship, and I smile softly before leaning against it, my hair swaying softly in the breeze.
Reminds me of being back on the R.L.S Legacy. The night Jim confessed to me. Thinking back on all the hints he dropped... Silver was right. I was oblivious.
I snort, shaking my head before pausing, my thoughts drifting to the old Cyborg, making my heart ache in pain.
It's been so long since we saw him last... I hope he was all right.
Jim and I got the lecture of our lifetime from Amelia when she had learned we let him escape, but after all was said and done she looked at us, too a deep breath, and smiled, uttering a small praise.
...
..
Jim nervously chuckled as Amelia glares between the two of us. We stood in her office like two kids in trouble, the woman huffing as she paces in front of us.
"I just absolutely cannot believe you let that fiend escape. You're both lucky I like you, or so help me--"
"Erm, Amelia, if I may?" Delbert quietly interrupts, pulling her aside for a moment.
Both whispered to each other as Jim and I glance around, settling for smiling nervously at each other.
"We are sooo dead." Jim snorts, wincing as he shakes his head.
"Dead! Uh oh!" Morph coos, flying around and settling on the top of my head.
"Maybe Delbert can work some charm?" I reply, my voice raising at the end in a questioning statement as I cringe.
"Charm? Delbert? ... Huh. Never thought those two words would be in the same sentence," Jim smiles in amusement at himself, feigning hurt when I lightly smack his arm.
"Oh, come on. He clearly likes her, and she seems to like him. They'd be cute," I argue quietly as Delbert and Amelia continue talking, seeming to be in a small disagreement. "Plus, if he cools her off, the less likely she'll kill us."
"I guess," Jim yawns before smiling at me. "Wow..."
"Wow...?" I raise a brow with a small grin.
"Nothing. Just admiring my gorgeous darling," he cheekily replies, making my cheeks heat up as I exhale a small laugh.
"Charming," I softly laugh, nudging him slightly. "I love you."
His goofy face falls to a genuine smile, "I love you too, darling."
We both straighten up and stand tall as Amelia approaches.
"Now, then. You two--" she sternly begins.
"Amelia, I'm... Sorry," I interrupt, making her gaze fall on me. "But we-- we had to. Please try to understand. Sure he did betray us, but he made it right." I apologize sheepishly, rubbing my neck. "He even saved our lives. In more ways than one."
"He won't cause any more trouble... Ma'am," Jim quietly replies, nodding in agreement. "And we won't do it again."
"Well, I should hope not. Not a good hobby, releasing criminals," Amelia huffs, pausing for a moment before smiling at us softly.
"I'm proud of you two."
...
That feels so long ago...
I sigh again, resting my cheek in my hand before closing my eyes, enjoying the smooth motions of the ship swaying gently in the breeze.
I didn't even hear footsteps approaching me.
"Darling?" A hand touches my shoulder, making me squeal and jump in alarm.
"Jim!" I gasp, while he stares at me with an amused grin and kind eyes. "Don't sneak up on me like that!" I place a hand on my heart, feeling the rapid thump of it against my palm. "How did you even sneak up here?"
"I didn't," he shakes his head with a grin, walking behind me and wrapping his arms around me, resting his chin on my head. "I guess you just didn't hear me."
I remain silent, sighing again.
"Something on your mind, love?" Jim quietly questions, his voice holding unease. "... Second thoughts?" His voice came out even quieter, his grip slightly tightening around me as he slightly trembles from fear.
"No, no!" I quickly reply, reaching back and gently placing my hand on his cheek. He leans into he and sighs heavily in relief before leaning down, placing his cheek against my own. "I'm just thinking about... I dunno. I'm just feeling... I can't explain it. I'm ecstatic to be with you, and I cannot wait to be your wife."
I pause, trying to get my words right as he patiently waits.
"Just... Who will... This is dumb," I sigh, slightly irritated at myself.
"Tell me," Jim softly replies, kissing my cheek and hugging me tighter.
"Who will... Walk me? Down the aisle?" I quietly ask, and he pulls away from me, walking and leaning on the side next to me. "I just... I thought my dad would have, but... Yeah."
"That's not dumb at all," he replies, scratching his stubble and sighing. "Let me think..."
Jim bites his lip, his gaze fixated down as he appears lost in thought.
He suddenly widely grins, snapping his fingers, "I got it!"
I jump as he starts pacing, tilting my head in confusion as he begins to mutter to himself.
"Okay... Wait, no... Well, maybe... Hmm... Yeah, yeah! Okay!" Jim looks at me and smirks, "I totally got this."
"... What are you planning, Jim Hawkins?" I question in a suspicious tone as I squint at him, but he simply shakes his head with a grin.
"It's a surprise, darling. I know you (hate/love) them," he winks, making me roll my eyes with a playful grin.
"Such a child," I tease, and he pulls me in a tight hug, surprising me.
"You know you love me, (Y/N) (L/N)," Jim chuckles, pulling away to look down at me.
"Yes I do, James Hawkins," I smile, and we both lean in and meet in a kiss.
We both pull away, smiling at each other and enjoying being together under the stars as they sparkle down on us.

(Y/N)'s P.O.V
I sigh heavily to myself before smiling fondly when I remember the other night.
We both accidentally fell asleep while cuddling, and Sarah panicked since I told her I was going to be back at the Inn soon. She hugged me in relief when we came back in the early morning before smacking Jim over the head for 'keeping a lady out too late'.
Sooo to punish him, we aren't allowed to see each other until the wedding, which is now... Two days away. Jim threw a fit, believe me.
He whined, begged, and pleaded to be able to see me, all while I was dying of laughter behind the door as Sarah managed to keep him out. She is... very strong.
...
"Oh, come on, Ma! I gotta see my darling!" Jim whines as Sarah grunts, pressing her weight to the slightly open door in an attempt to close it with a hardened expression.
"You should have thought of that before you gave me a heart attack!" Sarah replies firmly, and I watch the scene in amusement.
"But Ma! I miss (Y/N)!"
"It's been a day!"
I wheeze slightly, doubling over with silent laughter as Morph turns into a small version of Sarah, trying to help her shut the door.
"But--!"
"But nothing! Go help Delbert with the decorations at the Inn or something!" Sarah interrupts, slamming the door shut, a yelp of protest being heard from the other side as she manages to lock it.
"Oh, come on!" Jim whines behind the door, the handle rattling as Sarah huffs with a firm nod, smugly smiling.
"Fine. Fine! I got other plans anyway... (Y/N)! If you can hear me, I love you, my darling!" Jim's muffled voice yells, and I smile.
"Love you too, you dork!" I shout back, laughter in my voice as I hear his footsteps retreating.
Sarah exhales loudly as she sits down, Morph cooing in exhaustion as well as I look at the two, chuckling.
...
I softly hum as I sweep the floor of then inn, the inn decorated beautifully with wedding decor that Jim and I had picked out. We decided to have the wedding at the Inn, because honestly I loved the place and I figured it was easier for everyone if it was somewhere everyone knew.
I smile softly to myself, sighing quietly as I think about Jim. The man was so silly, he had taken to messaging me every hour on the hour a long romantic message about how much he loves me every day we hadn't seen one another, which was only three days. However... today, he hadn't messaged me at all.
This made me a bit concerned, my brows furrowing as I sigh softly, trying to calm my nerves. Morph coos with concern as he floats to me, making me weakly smile back. The door was suddenly slammed open, making me jump up in surprise as an angry Sarah storms inside.
"That boy! I am going to find him and skin him!" Sarah growls, Amelia following behind her with a grim face.
"What's wrong?" I ask anxiously, quickly rising with wide eyes.
"Erm," Amelia's ears flick down as she glances around, clearing her throat softly. "You wouldn't... have happened to received any news on Jim, have you, my dear? Like... for example... where he... might be, perhaps?" She adds the last part quietly while cringing, and my eyes widen.
"W-What do you mean where he might be?! No one knows where he is?" I stammer out, Morph chittering in concern as I rush over. "He could be hurt, or lost somewhere!"
"I'm positive Mr. Hawkins is fine, he has Class A training after all," Amelia tries to reassure me, holding her hands up in a calming motion. "I am very sorry to have worried you so, but we did not know who else to ask."
"Have you tried calling him?" I reach for my phone, waiting for the response.
"We have but it just goes straight to voicemail," Sarah sighs, rubbing her forehead in aggravation.
"What are we gonna-- he could be in trouble and need help, he could be hurt or-- or--" I stammer out, taking in a deep breath and sighing as I try to calm my nerves.
"I'm sure he is fine," Sarah smiles and speaks reassuringly, taking my hand, "That boy always is."
"He always is..." I agree, forcing a smile as my heart races with fear.
...
..
I stand on the balcony of my room and hum softly to myself as I watch the night sky, the stars dancing with the moonlight. The sudden rustle of the vines climbing the wall below make me quickly look down, my eyes narrowing before I pause at the sound of a familiar voice cursing.
"... Jim?" I call, raising a brow as I look over the balcony.
My mouth drops, and I howl with laughter at the sight.
"... You can stop laughing now, darling," Jim says in a deadpan, looking up at me as he hangs upside down.
His foot was currently tangled in the vines that hung against the wall, him dangling upside down and struggling to look up at me as I continued laughing with delight.
"A little help here, please?" Jim pleas with a grin, tilting his head.
I sigh with amusement, calming my laughter as I gaze down at him.
"Hmm... I dunno, you went against Sarah's word and tried to see me," I pretend to hum in thought, laying my cheek against my palm.
"Hey, in my defense, I thought I could easily climb this. And I thought you were asleep," Jim replies, his brow twitching in annoyance as I snicker.
"That's your defense? You wanted to be creepy and come into my bedroom while I was sleeping?"
"... Okay, it sounds really creepy when you say it that way. How about... I wanted to come into your room as your fiancee and maybe slip into your bed and snuggle for a minute or two?" Jim replies slowly, sheepishly laughing as he shrugs his shoulder.
"Kind of... still... sounds creepy, not gonna lie. But you are my fiancee," I mentally debate, slowly nodding. "All right, less creepy, more romantic."
"There we go, yes! Romantic, that's what I am," Jim winks playfully, the sound of the vine snapping making us both freeze. "Oh, geez--!"
I cover my mouth to muffle my laughter as the vine snaps, Jim screaming almost silently as he falls and lands with a soft grunt in the bushes.
He sits up, looking up at me with a pout, "aw! I was so close!"
"So close, indeed." I laugh with amusement, peering down at him. "You may wanna keep it down, though. If Sarah catches you out here, you're dead. Oh! Speaking of which... Where were you?" My voice hardened as I glare down at him, making him nervously laugh. "We were all worried sick about you today, Jim! No one could reach you!"
"Ahh..." Jim rubs his neck, "y-you know, adventuring... And stuff..."
"A week before our wedding," I slowly say, my brow raising as I squint at him.
"... Yep! Always was bad with timing, right? That's how we got together! Bad timing, but perfect moment," Jim attempts to flirt, winking up at me with a wide grin.
My frown twitches as I try to not smile, but eventually I give in and snicker with a sigh.
"I'm just glad you're okay. I was worried, y'know." I softly call, leaning my forearms on the railing.
"I'll always come back to you, darling," Jim stands, tucking his hands in his pockets with a grin.
I smile back at him before jumping as I hear Sarah call me, no doubt to go over the finishing details.
"I have to go, Jim," I quietly yell, making him frown with a pout. "See you in two days, love."
He cheekily grins, sighing dreamily. "Just a few more days..."
I roll my eyes with amusement at his dazed smile as Sarah calls me again, closer this time, making me jump.
"I love you!"
I quickly rush inside before he could respond, not wanting to risk him being caught.
...
Third Person P.O.V
"Love you too, darling." Jim sighs blissfully, looking to the empty balcony.
"Well... Shall we get ready, Jimbo?" A voice calls from behind a tree.
Jim turns to the familiar figure, grinning with a nod.
"Yeah, we should."
...
Two days later...
Everyone (mostly Sarah) was in panic mode, rushing to get the finishing touches done on the inn as the wedding hour drew closer. Amelia was already dressed in her bridesmaid outfit, Sarah still needing to change.
(Y/N) winced as Amelia brushed a tangled piece of hair, making Amelia apologize softly as she smooths her hair with her claws to soothe the small pain. Erica, Lucia, and Maya were all wearing adorable little dresses, a bow in each of their hair. (Y/N) had made them flower girls, and Jasper the ring bearer.
The three girls waited patiently for their mother to finish (Y/N)'s hair, so she could do theirs.
"And... I'd say this looks about done!" Amelia grins, handing (Y/N) a mirror. "What say you?"
(Y/N) gasps and look at her hair at different angles. It was styled exactly how she wanted it, without a single hair misplaced.
"It's... Gorgeous!" She breathes out, careful not to mess it up as she inspects it. "Thank you, Amelia!"
The two hug, making Amelia chuckle and smile widely with affection as they pull away.
"Now... Your turn, my loves!" Amelia looks to her girls, making them all squeal in excitement. "You should go put your dress on, wedding starts in about... An hour."
"Okay," (Y/N) nods with a grin, slipping into the other room.
Her smile falls a bit, a heavy sigh leaving her as she thought about walking down the aisle alone. She quickly shakes her head, smiling in determination and brightening when she recalls who is waiting for her at the end of it. Jim.
(Y/N) nods to herself, quickly slipping into her dress before calling for Amelia. Amelia helps zip her up before returning to the other room, standing next to her girls as (Y/N) slowly enters the room.
"Woaaah!! You look like a princess!" Maya squeals, bouncing up and down as (Y/N) laughs.
"Yeah, yeah!" Lucia and Erica agree, nodding and clapping.
"Aw, geez! You three are too sweet," (Y/N) laughs, hugging the three before hugging Amelia once more.
"You look absolutely lovely," Amelia compliments, smiling gently. "Now, Lucia! Your turn."
She had finished Maya's hair quickly, and moved to the next girl as (Y/N) fans herself, feeling a bit warm in the room in her dress.
"You alright, love?" Amelia questions in concern, brushing the knots from Lucia's hair.
"Yeah... I just... Need fresh air," (Y/N) replies with a light smile, nodding.
"Alright... That's normal," Amelia nods. "When I got married to Delbert I was just as nervous, felt faint, hot... Tired... But don't worry. Mr. Hawkins loves you dearly." (Y/N) looks at Amelia as she continues, "but! Take all the time you need. Preferably under thirty minutes."
"Thank you again, Amelia..." (Y/N) smiles, heading into the hall and outside to the fresh, open air.
She wanders around for around thirty minutes looking up at the decorations and lights Sarah set up. The sun was setting soon, so the bright (F/L/C) lights would light up.
(F/L/C)= favorite light color
(Y/N) sighs again, trying to smile as she takes in a deep breath, turning to walk back in through the side door.
"Don't you look bonnie as a little flower..."
She freezes at a familiar voice.
"... Blooming in the spring!"
(Y/N) releases the doorknob leading outside, slowly turning around with wide eyes.
"Hello, Lassie," Silver greets with a warm smile, adjusting his hat with his cyborg hand.
He looked much older, but it was still Silver. The lovable cyborg that (Y/N) and Jim cherished and missed greatly. Silver was wearing a blue suit, but his pirate hat still remained proud on his head. His cyborg parts had improved as well.
"Silver...?" (Y/N) quietly questions in disbelief, slowly taking a step forward with wide eyes, unshed tears.
"Now, don't cry," Silver softly coos, limping a few steps forward, "yer gonna ruin your pretty makeup!"
(Y/N) laughs, trying to fan the tears dry as she rushes forward, both gripping each other in a tight hug.
"But... How?" She questions as they both release from the hug.
"Well... Jimbo went around the galaxy searchin' for me," Silver explains, "told me you was sad about not having anyone to walk ye down the aisle... So... Ta da!" He dramatically gestures to himself, making (Y/N) laugh again.
"Thank you... I really missed you. You old scalywag," she teases, making him grin.
"I missed you both, too... I just hope the Captain missed me as much!" Silver nervously replies, an uneasy smile on his face.
"Don't worry, Amelia won't do anything. She knows how much this means to me," (Y/N) looks back to the door, jumping when Amelia calls her name. "But, uh, this is your last chance to run," she jokes, hoping he doesn't.
"I'm here for you, Lassie," Silver sighs, side hugging her as Amelia's voice draws closer. "Can't scare away the mighty pirate Silver that easy!"
Amelia enters the hallway, her eyes widening and her ears flattening when she sees Silver as she halts in her tracks.
"Well!" Silver drags with a nervous grin, "Captain Amelia! You look just lovely! And might I say, you don't look a day over--"
"Finish that sentence and I'll have you hanged," Amelia cuts off, her lip curling as her ears pin down.
Silver nervously laughs, slightly standing behind (Y/N).
"Amelia..." (Y/N) trails off as Amelia places a hand on her hip, her brow arching. "Please?"
Her ears flicker at this, her expression softening a bit as she sighs.
"Alright... But only because he means so much to you and it's your big day. But mark my words..." Amelia's fangs show as her claws come out, "any tomfoolery or thieving and I'll slice your other hand off. Are we clear, Mr. Silver?"
"As a crystal, Captain," Silver bows slightly and dramatically, removing his hat before placing it on his head again.
"Thank you," (Y/N)'s smile widens, thinking about how Jim did this for her.
She couldn't wait to marry him.
...
The day seemed to fly by as it was time for the ceremony.
Jim was nervously fiddling with his hands, standing almost painfully straight in his white suite with a dark blue bow tie. Delbert looked at Jim in amusement, Morph cooing and floating around Jim's head.
Jim laughs slightly, allowing Morph to use his finger as a perch as he eagerly waits for (Y/N).
Delbert was asked to do the ceremony, and he happily agreed with excitement. Only thing was he couldn't go on long rants.
"Now, Jim! You are about to be wedded to (Y/N). The love of your life, the apple to your eye! The yin to your--"
"Doc," Jim's brow twitches as he smiles tightly. "What did we agree?"
"... No long rants today," Delbert deflates, huffing before shaking his head. "Okay, but-- my point is... I'm proud of you. Both of you."
Jim looked at Delbert with a smile, nodding in appreciation.
"Thanks... That means a lot, Doc."
"Oh! I'm so, so happy Jim!! Ben sobs loudly, wiping oil from his eyes. "I've got to hug ya!!"
Despite Jim's protests, Ben scoops Jim up and twirls around as he squeezes him hard, making him grunt and laugh as he pats Ben's back.
Delbert smiles and gasps as the music starts to play, the crowd all quieting down as the lights dim to a faint candle glow.
Jim's stomach seems to erupt with butterflies, his palms slightly sweaty as they begin to lightly tremble. His heart hammered in his chest as Amelia's daughters skip down the aisle, throwing light blue and (F/C) flower petals on the golden carper.
Jasper comes waddling in, looking around shyly as he carries the precious rings on a pillow. Delbert softly encourages his son to him, making Jasper quickly flee to his father and the crowd chuckles quietly at the adorable boy.
Amelia and Sarah emerge wearing their bridesmaid gowns, holding a bouquet of (Jim's Favorite Flowers) and (Your Favorite Flowers).
They both elegantly walk down the aisle as the music changes to a slow waltz, Delbert asking the crowd to stand from the tables. They obey, and Jim's eyes widen as tears form in his eyes, a wide smile on his face when he sees his darling appear.
(Y/N) smiles happily, trying not to cry as her and Silver slowly make their way to the front, where Jim awaited. When the two make eye contact they both smile wider if possible, looking at each other with love.
Sarah dabs away a few tears with her handkerchief, Amelia smiling softly as she hugs her girls to her sides as they watch (Y/N).
(Y/N) walks in calm graceful steps, but inside she kept repeating don't trip don't trip don't trip.
Silver smiles proudly with his arm linked with hers, leading her to Jim as he thinks about the times they had together. The robo cops look to one another before nodding, about to move to Silver when Amelia places her hand up, glaring daggers at them with her fangs out. Her daughters do the same as they all hiss softly, making the cops back off.
Delbert hugs Jasper to his side as he grins, Jasper clinging and watching the rings closely so they wouldn't fall. Morph was cooing and eagerly floating around when he saw Silver, not being able to wait anymore, he darted to Silver, making him laugh as he rubs against his cheek while letting out cries and squeals.
He settles on the front of Silver's hat as they finally reach the front, Jim looking at Silver with a smile as he nods. Silver nods back, releasing (Y/N) and holding her hand. She stands on her tip toes, placing a kiss on Silver's cheek in thanks before he takes a seat towards the front.
Delbert clears his throat, and the ceremony began.
"You may be seated," he calls, and the crowd all take their seats and watch.
Jim grasps (Y/N)'s hands tightly, rubbing his thumb on her hand as he couldn't rip his eyes from her face, making her blush lightly.
...
(An: Sooo... I've been to a few weddings but like... I couldnt hear anything... so... Imma just like, skip to vows)
...
"Now the couple would like to share a few words," Delbert stands back, proudly smiling as he looks between the two.
"(Y/N)... We met when we were young, and stayed together our whole lives. In some way, we were already a married couple," he jokes, making the crowd and (Y/N) chuckle. "I've learned so much from you, and I hope to learn more with you as we grow old together. I love you with all my heart, and I can't imagine a life without you. You filled the void in my heart after my dad left... And made me feel like I could do anything. I can only hope that I can be half as understanding and great as you, and share many more moments with you as a family. There's nothing else to say but... I love you, my darling."
The crowd all 'awws' as Sarah, wipes more tears, Amelia grinning and handing (Y/N) a handkerchief as she tears up.
"Okay, well, I really hope my speech is as good as that!" (Y/N) jokes, and the crowd laughs as Jim gives an amused smile. She collects herself and sighs happily.
"Jim... You saved my life. Literally. If it weren't for you, I'd be dead. And we wouldn't have met. You made this happen, but together we kept it alive. Our journeys together were wild and insane, usually involving near-death experiences..." the crowd chuckles as (Y/N) looks at them, blinking slowly. "... I wasn't kidding. There really were a lot. Like, wow, how are we not dead a lot."
Jim snickers and the crowd all exchange amused looks as (Y/N) grins and resumes.
"My point is... Our love is strong. Our fate was intertwined and we were destined to be together. I love you, James Pleiades Hawkins."
Jim smiles and lifts her hand to his lips, placing a kiss on it as she grins.
"Now, do you James Hawkins, take (Y/N) (L/N) to be your wife?" Delbert questions.
"Of course, Doc. I'd be insane not to," Jim states with a warm smile, his eyes focused on (Y/N).
"And do you, (Y/N)(L/N) take James--"
"Yes!" (Y/N) interrupts, startling Delbert and making Jim laugh, along with Silver and the crowd.
"Well, then!" Delbert clears his throat, standing tall, "I pronounce you husband and wife. Jim, you may--"
Jim practically lunges forward, gently grabbing (Y/N)'s cheeks and locking his lips onto hers in a passionate kiss as the crowd cheers.
"Why do people keep interrupting me?" Delbert rhetorically mumbles to himself, smiling nonetheless.
Sarah and Amelia both clap as Amelia's daughters cheer, Jasper clapping with a grin, though slightly salty (Y/N) married Jim. Silver smiled proudly, looking around as everyone began to celebrate before saying goodbye to Morph, heading out the back way.
Of course, Jim and (Y/N) notice.
...
"The party's just getting started, you know." Jim calls, making Silver pause with a small chuckle.
"Aye, but... This old pirate's got to go," Silver smiles sadly. "I've only an hour until me ship leaves the port."
"Oh... That's too bad," (Y/N) frowns before forcing a smile. "But... Thank you. So much. This meant the world to me that you were there on our special day. And you!" (Y/N) grips Jim's cheeks in her palms, "thank you for finding him."
Jim chuckles, moving her hands and placing a kiss on her palms.
"I'm glad this old pirate got to bask in some of your lights again before his time came," Silver speaks softly, making the two look at him as he smiles warmly. "Ye both was shining so bright, the sun itself was jealous. And I've never been prouder."
Jim smiles with tears in his eyes before hugging Silver, both patting each other's backs before pulling away. Silver and (Y/N) hug each other tightly, (Y/N) trying not to cry (but failing).
"Not even... One dance?" (Y/N) quietly and shyly asks, making Silver smile softly as he sighs in defeat.
"Oh, alright. But just one!" he winks playfully.
...
In the end, Silver missed his boat and stayed at the Benbow until another ship came.
He and (Y/N) did the father-daughter dance, and he kept almost sobbing while playing it off as something in his eye. Morph watched the kids as Amelia and Delbert danced the tango to a pop song, Sarah laughing as Jim twirled her around. Jim and (Y/N)'s first dance was... Interesting. Short of Jim slipping a few times from his new boots and (Y/N) laughing until she cried from this, it was romantic and adorable.
They decided to dance to (Favorite Song), Jim happily agreeing so long as it meant his darling was happy. Jim smiles as he joins (Y/N) on the balcony, the party still going on downstairs.
He wraps his arm around her waist, placing a kiss to her temple as the two watch the night sky, knowing they would be alright.
Together.
...
The two were together long before meeting Silver, and long after Silver was gone. Both knew he lived on in their hearts, and there he would stay.
