Chapter Eighteen

I'm a Model that's Undercover as The School's Nerd

"Andrew Carter, you better get me out of here. When we leave here you are most likely fired!" I hissed at Andrew as I sat on the cold hard metal bed.

"Come on it's not that bad. I have been in here over one hundred times." Andrew said shrugging.

"Hey Joe, can I be let out to smoke for a minute?" Andrew asked the cop.

"No, I told you this when I worked in Long Beach, kids should not be smoking. It's bad for your lungs and you will be dead by the time you are forty." The officer said, shaking his head before mumbling under his breath, "Kids these days."

***10 HOURS EARLIER***

"Clubbing?" I asked in disbelief, as we pulled up to a place with loud music and people lined up outside.

"Yeah, you know the place you dance, drink and get drunk, have se-"

"I know about clubs, and what people do in a club." I said cutting him off as I took off the helmet, and shook my hair out. When I looked at Andrew he was giving me a strange look.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" I questioned with a raised eyebrow, getting off the motorcycle perfectly. He cleared his throat and shook his head saying no. I fixed my hair so it was pinned down again to the side, and pulled my dress down a little.

"You ready?" Andrew asked me and I nodded."You are actually gonna come in handy." He added smirking.

"And how is that?" I questioned, narrowing my eyes.

"Well babe, you're Lucky, Victoria's Secret's Top Angel." Andrew said putting his arm on my shoulder.

"I know that, I get reminded by everyone every single day. How would that help anything?" I asked shrugging his arm off.

"Well from the looks of it the guy up front is at least in his early twenties, so you're gonna have to flirt. I don't have a fake ID for you." Andrew said putting his arm back on my shoulder causing me to glare at him.

"You know you shouldn't glare. It ruins your cute innocent look you have in this dress." Andrew said smirking, as I shot him another glare.

"ID." The guy said.

"Well you see I kinda forgot my ID at home. Which is all the way in California. Do you know how far California is from New York?" I asked with a frown.

"Well we wouldn't want a pretty girl like you to be alone in the dark." The guy said as he let me through.

"Thank you so much." I fake squealed and walked into the crowded club with Andrew walking behind me.

"You want a drink?" A guy asked walking up by me.

"No, she does not." Andrew said glaring at the guy.

"Listen you are not allowed to take any drinks from anyone but me. Got it?" Andrew said giving me a stern look.

"Yes, Mom." I said, rolling my eyes."I'm not drinking, so you have nothing to worry about anyways." I said, sitting down on one of the stools at the bar.

"I'll take a wat-"

"A cherry vodka and a beer." Andrew said cutting in.

" I said I'm not drinking!"

"Loosen up a bit Clo."

"Well Drew when I get drunk and I'm on every magazine good luck talking to Mary." I said smirking as I took a sip of the drink. It burned my throat a little, but after a few sips more I got use to it.

"Come on, shut up and dance." Andrew said making me roll my eyes.

**4 HOURS LATER***

I'm totally drunk. Was the first thing that went through my head as Andrew and I were making out by the bar. I was never one for such pda but as I said i'm drunk.

"Everyone in this club put your hands up!" Someone yelled causing the music to cut off. Of course since I'm drunk I just continued to make out with Andrew with no care in the world. A few minutes later Andrew got pulled off of me and then shoved against a wall with handcuffs on his wrists. Seconds later I was in the same position.

"But wait everybody in the club put yo hands up." I sung swaying my hips and trying to my my hands.

"Anything you say will be used against you in court." The officer said immediately causing me to think straighter.

"Wait! Why am I going to jail?" I ask now panicking as he started to push me out the door.

"Under age drinking and sneaking into a club." The officer said before shoving me into a the back seat of the car next to Andrew.

"Why are we the only two being arrested?" I asked with disbelief.

"Well from what Joe said we aren't the only two. Which explains why there are about eight other cop cars here." Andrew said sounding annoyed.

"Who is Joe?" I questioned.

"The cop in the front seat that is arresting both of us." Andrew said causing me to pout.

**4 Hours Later***

I woke up on a cold hard metal bed and frowned. I groaned as it felt like someone just dropped a huge rock on my head.

"Where the hell am I? And why does it feel like someone hit my head with a rock?" I questioned squinting my eyes and running a hand through my hair.

"Morning sweetheart and welcome to jail. Your head is hurting because it's called a hangover. Now what would you prefer to eat? We have eggs, bacon, and pancakes or hashbrowns, eggs, and pancakes. " Andrew said sarcastically, after a minute of me not responding he bursted out laughing which caused me to glare at him.

"Why do I have a hangover? I told you I wasn't going to drink!"

"Well you did, I lost count of how many drinks you had after four." Andrew said shrugging.

"Wait! When do we get out of here?" I asked pacing back and forth as I stood up.

"I don't know ask Joe." He's been up in here for who know how long and didn't bother to ask when we can all leave. He's an idiot I swear.

"Excuse me, officer. When can we be released?" I asked politely while walking over to in front of the bars.

"When someone comes and gets you." Joe said not even looking up from his newspaper.

"But we're both eighteen, why do we need someone to get us?"

"Because I said so."

"Because I said so." Andrew repeated, mocking the guy. His response was a simple glare from all of us.

"Well this is just great! I have a fashion show at five o'clock tonight and I have photo shoots all day starting at twelve! Andrew, do you see what you did? This is why I don't go clubbing." I yelled frustrated.

"You actually deserve to be in here for all the crap you have done! Couldn't you have just stayed out of my life instead of ruining my career? Oh my gosh! I can't even imagine." I slid down the wall with tears slowly coming down my face.

"It's not even all my fault so just shut the hell up!" Andrew yelled back, glaring at me.

"I can't even imagine." I repeated.

"I'm being nice by just letting you talk so stop yelling!" Joe said yelling at us.

"Oh my gosh, I'm done. My career is officially over. I can't imagine all the pictures that are online and in magazines. Mary is gonna drop me like i'm hot." I said.

"It won't be hard then because you are hot." Andrew said.

"Just shut the hell up!" I whispered-yelled.

"Is this girl like bipolar?"A random guy asked.

"I would seriously go to jail all the time if I need it would be this entertaining." Some random chick said laughing.

"Who are you two?" I questioned, my eyebrows furrowing.

"Well I'm Jasmin." The chick said.

"I'm Christopher but you can call me Chris babe." The guy said walking out of the dark.

"Back off dude." Andrew said glaring. The guy named Chris had dirty blonde hair and looked like he was a typical football player that plays with all the girls. The girl named Jasmin had blonde hair as well that was dyed so it had bright pink at the ends.

"Why are you two in here?" I asked looking up.

"Yup, she is definitely bipolar." Chris said chuckling.

"No, I am not!" I exclaimed, throwing my hands up.

"Yeah, sure you're not." Jasmin said sarcastically.

"I'm in here because I was caught in that stupid club for drinking and a fake ID." Chris said.

"Yeah I tried to attack the cop while he tried to force me to leave." Jasmin said shrugging. I gave her a look of disbelief, who would be that stupid?

"And I came in here drunk trying to get them to release her." Chris said.

"Are you crazy?" I asked both of them.

"No, are you?" She retorted.

"At this point I don't even know." I said putting my head on my hands.

"Anyways, are you two from around here?" Chris asked us.

"Andrew here is from California born and raised while I lived in Australia till I was 14 then I moved to California." I said with a small smile.

"That explains the small accent you have." Jasmin said, glancing at the guy next to her.

"When do I get a phone call?" I complained.

"You get one when you shut the hell up." Joe said, slamming his newspaper on the desk.

"That's not very nice to say sir. I am ninety percent sure you are not allowed to say that." I said to the officer with a frown.

"You know everything you say will be used against you in court." Officer Joe said to us.

"Well you know. You telling us to shut the hell up can be used against you too." I snapped.

"Okay Clo it's about time you stop talking." Andrew said giving me a stern look.

"You're lucky i'm behind bars." I mumbled so only the four of us could hear. Jasmin and Chris let out a small chuckle before they continued their little small talk.

"So anyways what are you both doing here in New York?" Chris asked us which Andrew completely ignored.

"Can you stop flirting with my girlfriend?" Andrew snapped while glaring.

"I'm not your girlfriend" I said at the same time Chris did.

"I'm not flirting."

"Ugh guys these days." Jasmin said giggling.

**PRESENT TIME**

"I'm so bored." I groaned. " I have been in this cell long enough."

"You have only been in here for six hours and four of them you were sleeping." Andrew pointed out.

"Well Andrew Carter, you better get me out of here soon because when we do get out of here you are most likely fired!" I hissed at him as I sat on the cold, hard metal bed.

"Come on it's not that bad. I have been in here plenty of times before." Andrew said shrugging. "Plus there is a little pad for the bed, it's underneath." I looked underneath and saw a dirty brown cushion that was suppose to be all white laying there. I gagged for a second before sitting up straight on the hard bed.

"You worked in long beach?" I asked surprised.

"Yeah, that was years ago though." He said.

"Can I call now?" I whined which the officer ignored.

"What are we all gonna do? Mary, Megan, and Tori have no idea we're in here and it's cold. If we are in here for a day then they are gonna put us in those ugly jumpsuits." I complained.

"I am not getting in one of those jumpsuits!" Jasmin exclaimed.

"That's not gonna even have Clo. But wait, how are you two getting out?" Andrew questioned.

"Same as you two when someone gets us." Chris said shrugging.

"I'm pretty sure Jesse's coming." Jasmin tried whispering to him, but he sent her one glare to be quiet when he realized we could all hear.

"Excuse me, officer Joe, how are we supposed to get out without calling anyone? I mean no one knows we're in here. Did you call our parents?" I asked.

"No, Clover Thompson get up and follow me." Joe said unlocking the door.

"Ugh finally." I said stretching and putting my heels back on that I took off a while ago. "Where am I going?" I questioned.

"To get your picture taken." Officer Joe said handing me a sign with a number on it."Now just hold it up." Of course my modeling part of me came out and I quickly raked my fingers through my hair and straightened out my dress. I started posing and doing like a kissy face and things like that.

"Ms. Thompson this is not a photo shoot and you need to stop posing. You are no model." Joe said grabbing my arm and pulling me back to the cell. He shoved me in there and quickly locked it up again.

"You know Joe, I know for a fact that you shoving her and being rude will all be on camera too." Andrew said standing up, smirking and the officer simply made a humming noise in response.

"Andrew, what are you doing?" I whispered.

"Baby, your modeling job is about to come in." Andrew smirked and immediately understood what I had to do.

"Joe, can we get some food?" Andrew asked. Officer Joe groaned for the billionth time and called someone on the walkie talkie, then he walked out of the room as a young guy in his early twenties came in and replaced him.

"Hello, what's your name?" I asked, twirling a piece of my blonde hair.

"Officer Stanley." I mentally gagged at the name.

"You know that police uniform makes you look really hot and oh my are those abs." I asked flirtatiously, mentally rolling my eyes. The guy was stupid if he thought I could honestly see anything through that dark uniform.

"Yes, ma'am these are indeed some abs" Stanley said, running his hand over his uniform on his stomach.

"I wish I could feel those." I said, sighing dramatically.

"How long are you suppose to be in jail?" Officer Stanley asked me.

"I thought you guys were suppose to let me out by now." I said with a pout.

"Well I think I could get you out now." Stanley said unlocking the door.

"Oh my gosh that would be amazing!" I purred, putting my hand on his chest through the bars. " But I can't leave without my brother and cousins."I said pointing at Chris, Andrew and Jasmin.

"Sis, it's okay you could leave. We can just sit in here for a few days, months, maybe even years. I know we'll make it." Chris said dramatically and I sent him a quick glare. Was he trying to ruin this?

"Nope, I won't leave my family." I said sliding my hand down Stanley's chest and then taking it off with a sigh.

"N-n o. " Stanley said then coughed trying to cover up his voice cracking."I mean no, it's okay you all are free to go."

"Really? You would do that for me? Lucky, the Victoria's Secrets number one angel?" I questioned, fluttering my eyelashes a little.

"Yeah, why don't you come to my place after I get off of work?" Stanley asked.

"Oh my gosh. I would absolutely love to!" I said acting like Stacey, the blonde bimbo at are school in case you forgot. "But you see I am going to have to take a rain check. I have photo shoots all day and then a fashion show tonight." I said with a fake frown.

"Yeah, Definitely gonna have to do a rain check then." Officer Stanley said.

"Well if you want you can come to my fashion show but your gonna have to write your address down really fast so I don't miss my photo shoot." I said and and he nodded."So they wanted to try something different this time for the fashion show so it's on a old dock at the beach up the road." I said and he quickly scribbled it all on the paper.

"Okay, well just sign this paper and you can all leave." Stanley said and we all quickly signed our released form.

"Have a nice day and make sure to stay out of trouble." Stanley said waving and we all made our way out of the police department, almost running out of there.

"Wait!" An officer yelled and we all froze in the parking lot. We turned around and let out a sigh of relief when it was only Stanley.

"I didn't get your number Lucky." Stanley yelled running over to us out of breath. Aren't police officers suppose to be fit?

"Oh I'm sorry!" I said as I took a sharpie out of my black clutch that they returned to me once I was released. I made sure to write it in nice, neat handwriting and smiled handing him the folder paper that inside said: 1 - 800-Get-Lost.

"There you go, now thanks for the help. Bye!" I said quickly and jumped into Chris's BMW that was lucky here..

"Oh my gosh, that was close." Jasmin said wiping the fake sweat off her forehead.

"Wait you're actually Lucky? Victoria's Secret's Angel? The hot model. The Se--" Andrew quickly cut off Chris.

"Yeah, she is."

"Stop being a grumpy butt." I said with a frown.

"When did you ever become such a good flirt?" Andrew asked me.

"When you see Stacey flirting with every guy she sees you take tips. But I am a good actress aren't I." I said smirking and flipping my hair for the dramatic effect.

"So where are you guys headed to?" Chris asked cutting into our conversation.

"Well we all could go out to breakfast." I suggested.

"Then will you explain everything. Because Joe was calling you Clover Thompson but yet you're Lucky, the angel."Jasmin said with a confused face.

"Yeah, about all that. I will explain over breakfast. I'll pay too." I said with a small innocent smile as I checked the time on the car radio.
