With all the thoughts revolving in Rudra's mind, he reached the place where Myra was staying.

He knocked on the door. Myra opened it after he knocked 2-3 times.

She asked, "What are you doing here?" Rudra didn't answer immediately; he just entered and said, "Nothing, I just came here to meet you. Why didn't you pick up my calls?"

Myra replied, "I was sleeping." She added, "You just came to meet me at this time? It's almost 11 at night."

Rudra said, "You know, I met Aarohi and she frustrated me. That's why I wanted to meet you."

Myra sat beside Rudra and asked, "Why did you meet her?" Rudra replied, "No, it was nothing. We just met by mistake. But she said something that is still revolving in my mind." Myra hesitantly asked, "What did she say?"

Rudra said, "She was talking about when we were in kota, that last day we were there."

After hearing this, Myra looked nervous and said, "What about the last day, she left you? Because she never loved you, Rudra. That's the point." So stop meeting her . and Rudra said, "Yeah, I'm not going to meet her again, but..."

Myra asked, "But what?" Rudra  continued, "But, you know, she said something, and I don't remember anything about that."

Myra asked, "What? Just stop talking about her, okay? Do you want to eat something?"

But Rudra said, "No, I'm not hungry. Can I ask you something, Myra?" Myra said, "Yes," and Rudra asked, "You never lied to me, right? You are not hiding something from me?"

Myra replied, "Of course not, I'm not hiding anything. Why would I hide something from you?"

Then Rudra stood up and shouted, "Then why didn't you ever tell me that you met Aarohi that morning and she was coming from my building at that time? Why didn't you mention that?"

Myra looked very nervous and said, "Calm down, Rudra, I can explain. You know, you were so broken at that time. That's why I didn't want to make your wounds worse. I just didn't want to hurt you more, that's it."

Rudra shouted, "No, you lied to me! I know you never liked her, but at least you could have told me that she came to meet me that day and you met her in the morning. But you never mentioned it, you lied to me!"

Myra said, "No, no, listen to me.

Rudra said, "Tell me the whole story. What happened that day? Because I don't remember anything, just tell me on the truth."

Myra replied, "I don't know. I just met her in the morning; she was coming from your building, and when I asked her about you, she got so angry and left. I don't know why."

Rudra asked, "Then what?"

Myra continued, "Then I came to your room, and there was a girl you were sleeping with."

Rudra said, "So it's true, I slept with a girl that night." Myra said, "That's why I didn't want to tell you, because you would be hurt after knowing this."

Rudra asked, "Who was the girl? Was it Sanjana?"

Myra replied, "No, it wasn't Sanjana. Do you remember a boy who came to fight with you because he liked a girl who liked you?" Rudra said, "Yeah, we fought once because of that.

That girl, she was that girl."

Rudra said, "I never met that girl after that fight. How did she come to my flat, and how did we end up on my bed?" Myra said, "I don't know. After the party, I left, and Teju also left with Priya. I don't know what happened that night, but when I came in the morning, you were there with that girl on the bed."

Rudra sat down on the sofa, holding his head in his hands, upset and regretting, saying, "It was all my fault. Aarohi left me because of this, and I hated her for leaving, but she was right. She deserved better than me. How could I cheat on her? How could I do this?"

He slapped himself once, then twice, and when he was about to slap himself a third time, Myra stopped him and said, "You were drunk, Rudra. It's not your fault, okay?" Rudra, crying, said, "But it was my mistake," and Myra said, "See, that's why I didn't tell you about this. I knew you would get hurt."

Rudra hugged Myra and said, "It was all my fault, Myra. She left me because of my mistake."

That night, Rudra cried a lot and slept at Myra's place. When Aarohi reached her room, she also cried, thinking about the good moments with Rudra and that bad memory involving him. She cried the whole night.

✨️

The next day, when Aarohi reached the hospital, jiya asked her, "What happened? Why are your eyes so swollen?" She replied, "Nothing. I was studying, so I didn't get good sleep."

While they were talking, the nurse came and informed Aarohi that there were some papers regarding Rudra's treatment that he needed to sign.

Aarohi said, "Okay." Although she didn't want to call him, she did. When she called, he didn't pick up because he was still sleeping, and Myra didn't answer either. Instead, Myra messaged Aarohi, "Don't you ever call me again."

Aarohi read the message and said, "What does he think of himself? I'm not calling him because I want to. I just need his signature." Since she couldn't reach Rudra and knew the signature was important, she decided to go to Rudra's place to get his signature.

She reached Rudra's place, rang the bell, but the door didn't open, and she thought that maybe Rudra wasn't there. As she was leaving, she met Divya, who had come to meet Rudra.

When Divya saw Aarohi, she immediately got angry. She said, "What are you doing here?" Before Aarohi could reply, Divya continued, "Do you want to come back into my brother's life and hurt him even more this time? Just stay away from my brother, okay?"

Aarohi said, "What are you talking about?" Divya retorted, "Don't think I don't know. You left him without any reason, and you know what? For almost a whole year, he was so broken, like he was in depression. He wasted an entire year, failed his exams, did nothing but stay in his room, sometimes calling you and trying to reach you, but you never cared. I saw how my brother suffered when you left him. Now, I'll make sure you can't even get within a hundred meter radius of him."

Aarohi was shocked, wondering why Rudra had acted that way when she left him. She said, "What are you saying? I don't know anything about this."

Divya snapped back, "Don't act so innocent, okay? Myra dii was right, you are just a bitch."

Aarohi was deeply hurt. Tears welled up in her eyes, and she left. As she was leaving, she heard Divya say, "Don't you dare come back into my brother's life again." After hearing this, Aarohi walked away.

Aarohi went directly to her room and started crying after learning about Rudra's condition when she left him. She kept thinking, "Why was he doing that? He never loved me, but still, he tried to reach me." Confused and heartbroken, she couldn't understand why Rudra had acted that way. The pain of knowing how much he had suffered tormented her, and she kept replaying Divya's harsh words in her mind. Aarohi cried , her heart aching with a mix of guilt and sorrow.

✨️

Rudra woke up and saw Myra and Divya sitting in front of him.

He asked Divya, "What are you doing here?" Divya replied, "I went to your place, but you weren't there. So I called Myra di, and she told me that you were here." Rudra said, "Oh, okay. I don't know, I just fell asleep here."

Divya asked, "Are you two hiding something from me?"

Myra said, "What?"

Divya continued, "Don't tell me you two are dating. I don't have a problem with that. I like both of you together. But you can tell me, you know. I would be happy to know that."

Myra smiled at this and said, "No."

Rudra added, "You're getting it wrong, Divya. Just stop overthinking with your little brain."

Divya said, "I know you both like each other but just don't want to confess that."

Rudra asked, "Are you going to stop it?" Divya replied, "Okay, I'm not saying anything."

Rudra got up and said he had to leave, but Myra said, "Come with us." Rudra asked, "Where?" Myra explained, "We're leaving for Gwalior. Divya's holiday started from her college, and I'm going too. Since you're not playing matches due to your injury, you can come with us."

Rudra said, "No, I really don't want to." But when Divya hesitated and said, "Bhai, please come na," Rudra agreed, "Okay, I'll come."

Rudra booked the tickets and said, "Just meet me at the airport. I'll come after packing my things." Divya and Myra said, "Okay." Rudra then left to pack his things.

When Rudra got back and was about to leave for the airport, he got a call from the hospital informing him that he needed to sign some papers. So he said, "Okay, I'll be there."

He reached the hospital and was signing the papers at the reception. He tried to look around in case he saw Aarohi. As he was leaving, he thought, "Should I apologize to her for whatever happened? But how will I face her?" After considering his guilt, he decided he couldn't face her and left.

While Myra was packing, Divya said, "I met her in the morning."

Myra asked, " Whom?"

Divya replied, "Aarohi."

Myra stopped packing and asked, "Where did you meet her?" Divya explained, "She was in front of Bhai's house."

Myra asked, "What was she doing there?" Divya said, "I don't know. I just met her." Myra asked, "Did you talk to her?" Divya said, "Yeah, I just unleashed all my anger on her today." Myra smiled and said, "You did a great thing. She deserves that." Divya nodded, "Yeah, she totally deserves that."

Then Myra finished packing, and they both left for the airport. They met Rudra at the airport, and all three of them left for Gwalior, their hometown.

✨️

At home, Rudra was behaving very quietly, always lost in thought. His mother asked, "What happened to you, beta? Why are you so quiet? When you came back home before, the house was full of noise. We had to ask you to keep your mouth shut, and now, why are you so silent?"

Rudra just said, "Nothing, Ma," and went to his room to sleep. Myra lived with her mother in the same building where Rudra's parents lived. Rudra's father was not there. His mother kept asking Divya and Myra, "What happened to Rudra?" But as Rudra had asked them not to tell his mother anything about Aarohi, they both just kept quiet and said they didn't know.

One day, while Rudra was sleeping, he got a call from a school friend. The friend said that some of their friends were coming back to town after many years and they all wanted to meet. Rudra initially said no, but when his friends insisted, he agreed and said he would be there.

That night, Rudra went to meet his friends at a bar. They greeted each other, excited to reunite after so long since school. They discussed their careers and various aspects of their lives, but Rudra remained quiet, burdened by his guilt.

Suddenly, one of his classmate came over and asked, "Hey Rudra, how are you? What are you up to these days?" Rudra replied, "Nothing much, just playing some temporary matches."

He laughed and said, "Oh, still playing in the sun? I heard you went to Kota to prepare for the medical exam. Didn't pass, huh?"

Rudra snapped, "So what's your problem?

He continued, "Nothing, just saying that having a successful father doesn't mean you will be too."

Rudra got angry, grabbed his friend's collar, and said, "Just shut your fucking  mouth, or I'll punch it"

Another friend intervened, pulling them apart, and said, "Stop acting like children. You're grown men now."

Rudra left and went to the bar counter, where he quietly asked for drinks.

One of his good friends from school approached him and asked, "What happened, Rudra? Why are you so quiet and acting like this? Stop drinking, you've had too much already."

Rudra said, "I don't know, I just hate myself."

His friend asked, "What happened?"

Rudra replied, "I can't explain it to you.

Atleast try...

Have you ever hated someone because they left you without any explanation? Then, years later, you find out they left because of your mistake, and you realize you've been hating them for no reason."

His friend, confused, said, "I don't understand."

Rudra sighed, "I told you, you wouldn't get it."

He kept drinking, thinking about Aarohi and the girl he slept with. The scenes from that night kept playing in his mind.

Then, suddenly, he said, " I remember everything."
