Mita was too emotional to see Jay’s handwritten message in Marathi. Jay slowly came from behind and wrapped her in his arm,“Happy Birthday meri jaan…I hope you liked it!!” he kissed on her cheeks.Mita was so overwhelmed that she could not speak a word, her eyes were filled with tears. She kissed him passionately.“Wow…if I  get a kiss like this, every day, I am going to write messages in Marathi..”“ohhh really??” Mita pulled Jay’s nose.“By the way, how did you write that??”“Google my dear,” Jay.“ohh yeah….but that was an awesome idea… such a lovely start of the day!!” She hugged him again.“Ok, let’s get ready and reach office early so that we can finish our work faster,” Jay.-----------------------------They reached office and got busy in their work.“Tring tring,”“Hello Kanna,”“Yes, Appa”“I have sent you Wedding Invitation design, Check that once, we need to finalize and give it to print,” Appa.“Ohh really? What a coincidence, you know Appa, today is..” Jay.“I know I know, it is Mita’s birthday today. Papa already told me about that. So only we decided to finalize the design on her birthday,” Appa was laughing.“Wow..that’s awesome,” Jay shows the design pics to Mita during their lunch break. She was so excited to see those beautiful designs. After going through all the pics, they finalized one. They finished their work for the day. Before leaving office, Mita and Prachi changed their dresses and wore nice partywear. It was Prachi’s idea. Celebrating birthday party in office dress was so boring for her. Mita wore maroon color knee length flare dress and white stone dangle earrings.“I wish I could get married now itself,” Jay was mesmerized to see beautiful Mita.“bas bas.. ab kitna dekhoge use? ..Tumhari hi hai wo..” Nitin tapped on Jay’s back.“ohh no no..nothing like that,” Jay.“nahi nahi kaise.. Sahi me, first time I have seen someone stalking his own fiancée..hahahaha,” Prachi.“Enough guys, kitna sataoge use?” Mita came and held Jay’s hand.“Ye lo aagayi madam apane Jay ko bachane, possessive Mita,” Prachi.“Possessive nahi, Protective,” Mita was laughing.Around 6:30 pm they reached the Cruise in Seine River.“Amazing place, great vibes, yaar.. sahi me this is one of the most romantic places. You guys are so lucky,” Nitin.The cruise took them to the many landmarks of the city.“This is so beautiful. Wow, you know, this is my first experience at cruise,” excited Mita.“Achha? Main to paida hi cruise pe hua hu,” Nitin.“Really?” Mita with serious face.“Are Mita, he is kidding, Kya yar Nitin, you know na she takes everything seriously,” Prachi tapped on Nitin’s head.Jay was looking at Mita’s innocent yet excited face.“Ok guys, I am so hungry,” Mita.“Yes, yes, you will get everything here, wait for few more minutes,” Jay.Around 7:30 pm, the city of lights was in a lovely atmosphere and that was the perfect time for a romantic dinner. They were travelling in a cozy atmosphere, admiring the lights of Paris reflecting in water and enjoying delicious French cuisine. And the cake arrived. It was Mita’s favorite red velvet cake. She was about to blow the candle and that’s when Prachi stopped her, “Wait wait..”“What happened?” Nitin and Jay looked at Prachi.“Make a wish..” Prachi said to Mita.“What??” Mita.“yes, whatever you wish today, it will be fulfilled, it is tried and tested by me, ” Prachi.“Really?? But I have got everything now, what should I wish,” Mita said looking at Jay.“anything..now you have Jay, you guys are getting married..so..” Prachi.“so next is kids..bache maang lo wish main,” Nitin wined his eyes.“That wish anyways will get fulfilled,” Jay was smiling.“Ohh no Kanna..please..” Mita blushed.“Now don’t waste too much time, make a wish fast..” Prachi.Mita looked at Jay, then closed her eyes, bend down and blew the candle off.“Happy Birthday to you…” they all were singing. Finally the birthday celebration was over. Mita thanked everyone for making her day so special. They took the train to go back home. Mita was so tired. On the way back home, she rested her head on Jay’s shoulder.“Mita….” Jay.“Tell me one thing,” Jay“What?“ Mita“What did you wish while blowing the candle?” Jay“Do you really want to know?” Mita.“Of course, that’s why I asked,” Jay.“Do you really think I will tell you that,” Mita.“Well, I would like you to tell me, I am so curious,” Jay.“But if I tell you, you would not like that,” Mita.“Really? What type of wish is this which I won’t like?” Jay.“Leave it na Kanna,” Mita.“Now I am really curious to know that, of course I will not force you to tell me, but…” Jay.“mmm..” Mita was thinking.“If it is really secret then it is ok, don’t tell me,” Jay.“Ohfo Kanna, please don’t get angry,” Mita.“No no, I am not at all angry, it is ok,” Jay.“Are you sure?” Mita.“Yes,” Jay.“Ok, I can tell you that but you have to promise me that you won’t get angry,” Mita.“mmmm..ok I will not get angry,” Jay.“No no, you have to promise me,” Mita.“Oh Mita, sometimes you behave like a kid,” Jay.“Whatever, promise naa,” Mita.“Ok, I promise that I won’t get angry,” Jay held Mita’s hand.“hmm..so listen, my wish is, I want to die in your arms,” Mita.“Whattt??? Are you crazy???” Jay was very angry.“See I told you na, you would not like that,” Mita with soft voice.“Are you serious? How can you make such wish?? That too on your birthday???” Jay was really angry.“You promised me that you would not get angry,” Mita.“Ohh come on, what promise, who would like this?? Right away take your wish back!” Jay.“Whatt? How can I take my wish back??” Mita.“I don’t know, do whatever and take it back,” Jay was really upset.“Calm down Kanna, it is just a wish. I am not going anywhere. Please calm down,” Mita held his face in her palms.“But I did not like this Mita, you really made me upset,” Jay.“Okk I am sorry,” Mita.Jay was still angry.“Kanna, it is my birthday!! Please smile!” Mita.“hmmm ok..” Jay smiled reluctantly.“Very good… when will we reach back home?” Mita.“Another 15 mins, why?” Jay.“Nothing, I am feeling restless,” Mita.“Whatt?? Why?” Jay.“Don’t know…”Prachi and Nitin were sitting on another seat. Both were almost slept off. Jay woke them up, as soon as they reach their station.After reaching home, Mita ran towards the bathroom. After few minutes,“What sound is that??” Nitin.“Ohh looks like Mita is vomiting,” Prachi“Whatt??” Jay.“Let me go inside and check,” Prachi went inside bathroom.Jay was worried and waiting for Mita.
