Finally, the day arrived. Mita and Jay were ready to fly back to India.“I wish you guys could attend our wedding,” emotional Mita said to Nitinn and Prachi.“Firse wahi baat, are pagli, you keep sending us pics and videos, we will get the feel of attending your wedding,” Nitin.“Haa, and don’t fight again at least on your way. Reach India safely and get married soon,” Prachi.“Hahahahahaha,” Jay, Mita and Nitin started laughing.“You guys are laughing now. But you don’t know how much tensed I was seeing your last fight, my God, meri to jaan hi nikal gayi thi,” Prachi.“Sorry Prachi, because of us you had to go through the tension,” Mita held Prachi’s hand.“Arre, I was telling her, why to worry, I knew after all, things will fall in place,” Nitin.“Really? There were two reasons:First, she was about to meet her parents after 8 months.Second, she was going to introduce her Mr. right with her parents for the first time.As planned, Jay was going to drop Mita at Mumbai airport, meet her parents and then leave for Chennai. He had booked the flights accordingly. Both had sent ticket and flight details to their parents.“Hello Papa, yeah, yeah we are just boarding the flight. I have sent you details. Please be on time. Jay has to catch his next flight later.”“Yes beta, I have checked all the details. We are on our way, Happy journey!” Papa.“Happy journey to you too!!! Bbbb byeeeee!!” Mita.Jay also informed Amma and Appa about their flight boarding.“You know Jay, isn’t it exciting?? After few hours, they reached Mumbai airport. As soon as they landed, Mita called her parents,“Hello Papa, yeah, we have just landed. Where are you??”“We are here only outside, waiting for you both,” Papa.“Yeyy….coming coming,” Mita.After finishing all the formalities Mita and Jay came out. Mita was searching for her parents here and there and finally she saw them.Mummy Papa both waving their hands with big smiles on their faces. Mita ran towards them and hugged tightly. Suddenly someone tapped on her back, she turned and was surprised,“Ohh my God, Bhaiyyyaaa?? How come you came here at the airport??” She hugged her brother.“I am also here my dear Di,”“My goodness!!! Bhabhi??? Golu..cutie pie, he has grown up….this is an awesome surprise. I didn’t expect you all to be here!!! ” Mita was thrilled to see them all.“It’s my sweet sister’s wedding, so we have to come much before the wedding date isn’t it” Bhaiyya.“Awww, Thank you Bhaiyaa!!”“And after all we wanted to meet our Jijaji, wait where is he??” Bhaiyya.Jay was standing in the corner with the trollies, observing excited and happy Mita with her family.“Ohh I am so sorry, Here he is, Jayyy!!!” Mita ran towards Jay, held his hand and came forward.“Jay, meet my family, Mumma, Bhaiyya, Bhabhi, Golu ,”. Bhaiyya give him a shakehand.“Namaste Mummy, Bhabhi, Bhaiyya. Hi Golu,” He pulled Golu’s cheeks softly.“Mumma…” Golu was so shy he went to his mummy.“But, where is Papa??”“Here I am, dhen teden…”Mita turned back. Papa was standing with a bouquet of beautiful roses.“What is this??”“This is for our son in Law,” Papa turned to Jay.“Ohhh, That’s really sweet, Thank you Papa!!” Jay took the bouquet in his hand and then touched Papa’s feet.“Sukhi bhav…” Papa.Jay was about to get up but he heard that Papa started chanting some mantra,“@$&&((^$$^@@!$&^” .Jay could not understand the meaning, bowed down again and touched Papa’s feet. Papa continued his mantra.“May your all dreams come true…” Papa.Jay was about to get up but Papa started his mantra again so Jay had to bow down till papa finishes his blessings.“Subhi bhav, sukhi bhav sukhi bhav!!” finally Papa finished his mantra, Jay got up and looked and Mita. She teased him with her naughty eyes. He smiled. “At least here at the airport you could have used shortened version of your blessings,” Mom.“Why? I have to give my full blessings to my son in law. No shortcut and all, right Jay??”“Yes Papa,” Jay had no other option 😊Everybody was laughing.“So, what’s the plan?? Should we have some snacks??” Papa.“Are you feeling hungry at midnight to have some snacks?” Mom.“No no, I was just asking, so that we all can sit together and spend some time with Jay,” Papa.“No Papa, my boarding for the next flight will start soon. I just came here to drop Mita and meet you all.“Very good very good, ” Papa.“Let’s click some pics,” Bhabhi.“Good idea,” Mita.They all did photo session and chitchat for next few minutes.“Mummy, Papa, Bhaiyya, It is getting late now. I should leave,” Jay.“Ok beta, it was really nice meeting you. It shows your care for Mita. You wanted her to drop here safely and we really loved that” Mummy.“Now it is my duty Mummy,” Jay.“Thanks Jiju, always take care of my sister like this, really, it was nice meeting you,” Bhaiyya.“Ok bhaiyya, Papa, I will take a leave,” Jay.“Mita….”Mita wasn’t ready to look at Jay.
