"Because I have not told them yet about my breakup with previous girlfriend... , " Finally Jay broke the silence..."Whatttttt???? " Mita."Whattttttttttt??" Prachi."Whatttttttttttt?????? " Nitin...Pin drop silence for a minute. All three were staring at Jay. "Guys, please don't look at me like this. Why are you reacting thrice like a TV serial??......" Jay was embarrassed."Abey ....Girlfriend, breakup aisi baate maa-baap ko kaun batata hai bey??? (Who shares such things about girlfriends  break up etc with parents???) " Nitin."Everybody is not like you....some guys are genuine....huhhh??" Prachi."ohhhohoho... badi aayi....." Nitin.Mita sat down on the sofa and facepalmed."Mita, Do you remember what I had told you about my past? ", Jay slowly came towards Mita.She looked questioningly at him. He sat on his knees, held her hand softly and said,"You know that I was very serious about my previous relationship and really wanted to marry her....""Yes, I  know...", Mita."That's why I had spoken with Amma Appa about her..They said ok...but destiny had some other plans. After our break up, I had to leave for London project immediately, so did not get a chance to talk with them about this..., " Jay."Ohh... but it's been a year right?? ", Mita."Yes, exactly. They are under the impression that I will marry her. So if I tell them about you, they might not understand or may get confused. I mean, I really don't know how will they react. So I was planning to tell them about break up first and then introduce you slowly..." Jay finally revealed his dilemma."Ohhh I see. But Jay, that would take so much time, isn't it?? " Mita."Especially when Mita's parents are involved in this...they must be waiting to meet your parents Jay, " Prachi."I know. I am trying my best but not sure how to proceed..." But crash course?? I mean really? Is it that easy?? To learn basics only it would take so much time. Forget about talking so fluently..... Amma Appa will surely get to know.....", Mita.was so tensed."You can do it Mita...." Nitin and Prachi turned towards her and started to convince.."No Guys, Thanks for encouraging me but I can't, " Mita."No Mita, you can..be positive.." Prachi."I am already B positive.." But what about Mummy, Papa, Pihu and all other relatives? For marriage discussions they have to talk to each other right? We cannot lie like this.. I know everyone  won't be fluent in English as they don't speak that regularly. But at least in Hindi I can manage.  But for Mita...." Jay stopped and looked at her..Everyone looked at Jay.."But for Mita it will be more difficult. My parents and relatives don't know Hindi. And except Appa and Simi, others are not so great in English... ""You mean Amma also???" Mita was tensed."Yes Mita. Amma knows English but because she doesn't speak regularly, she is not fluent. But she knows the words....but...basically....to talk to Amma you need to learn Tamil.." Jay."Yes yes, she will learn, Our Mita is a quick learner, " Prachi encouraged her."Am I?? Really? Nitin."And even if he tells them, Mita should be ready to talk to her Sasuma (mom in law) in Tamil.....hahahahahahah, " Prachi.. Both Prachi and Nitin held their stomach and were laughing loudly, rolling on the floor..Jay and Mita looked at each other and they too started laughing.................
