NEXT MORNING-
It was around 10 am , as ishu was in deep sleep Alay went to grab some breakfast for themselves. He received a message from Samar that he will be bringing nutritious breakfast and fruits for Ishu.
Nina got up and went for a shower and at the same time samar and sameer entered.
Ishu looked at sameer and started acting very anxious.
Ishu- Mera Alay kahan hai? Apne usko mujhse le liye na?
Sameer- ishu beta, me..
Ishu- don't get close. Stay away.
ALAY....
Nina- ( I heard him shout and got ready quickly. I came out and saw sameer standing close)
sameer dur hatiye.
Sameer- Nina bus kardo, beta hai mera woh.
Nina- Woh dar raha hai apko dikhai nahi deta. Beta Alay aa jayega.
Ishu- Abhi chahiye mujhe. Bulao abhi.
Samar- Me call karta hu. Pick up.
Baby, come fast ishu uth gaya hai. Haan
Ishu woh aa raha hai. Naashta lene gaya hai.
Ishu- Aap jhut bolre ho. Aap dad ke sath hona, mujhe wapas bhej doge wahan. Mom me nahi jaunga. Please mom, Alay ko bulado.
Nina- Aa raha hai woh. Or me nahi jaane dungi.
Ishu- He is bad mom. Very bad.
Nina- Nahi jaane dungi. Mom ke paas aana hai?
Ishu- Alay chahiye.
Sameer- ( he was sitting on the bed holding his knees close to his chest and kept chanting, " Alay chahiye".
Fuck you rajat. Mere bachhe ka kya haal kar diya hai tune)
Alay- Ishu
( the way he was sitting on the bed hurts me. All scared and fragile)
Ishu- alay kahan the? Meko chod ke kyu gaye? Baitho jaldi mere pass warna dad mujhe le jayenge tumse dur.
Alay- Look at me. Kisi me itni himmat nahi hogi ab ki apko mujhse dur kare. Hmm. See I bought breakfast for us.
Ishu- Mene brush nahi kiya.
Alay- Chaliye aapko ready karte hai.
Dr- good morning ishaan.
( he looked at alay who nodded at him and then he replied to my greeting. He held alay by his shirt.)
Nurse aap inke change of clothes yahan rakh dijiye. Ishan I am gonna check you now.
( he didn't leave alay at all. I checked his vitals and it's good that it's normal)
That's a relief. Sab normal hai. Aaj ek blood test karna hai just to check for any possible infection. And if everything is normal than kal shamko discharge hojayega.
Sameer- itni jaldi discharge? I mean iski halat bohot kharab thi jab yahan aaya tha.
Dr- I know sir. Lekin iski halat me kaafi sudhar hai. Iska koi bone fracture and cuts nahi hai. Mental torcher hua hai. And joh bhi physical abuse hai woh uska back and ankle pe affect hai.
Thankfully ankle is not broken and there is no crack in his bones. Ribs are in good condition. Back pe joh marks hai woh belt ke hai. Ointments se it will heal. Marks jaane me time lagega. And ankle pe zyada pressure dega toh pain hoga. But looking at alay that doesn't seem like an issue. He is really good and patient with ishu.
Nina- Thank you so much doctor.
Dr- Or haan iske discharge ke pehle Steve se milte jaana Alay.
Alay- Of course dr.
Ishu- Alay bhuk.
Alay- Haan, chaliye pehle fresh hote hai and uske baad nashta karenge.
( I took his change of hospital uniform and went inside. I helped him sit on the stool and unwrapped his ankle bandage.
I helped him freshen up and brush his teeth. I dried his hair and brought him out)
Ishu- mom see Alay made me look good.
Nina- Yes beta. Mera ishu bohot pyaara lagra hai.
Ishu- Alay me pyaara hu na?
Samar- ( ishu smiled the widest today when alay said he is beautiful)
Ishu me tumhare liye dekho kya laya hu.
Ishu- Alay joh laya hai mujhe woh khana hai.
Alay- ( maa looked sad)
Hum sabme se thoda thoda khayenge. Maa, mami please serve kar dijiye. Mujhe or ishu ko bhuk lagi hai.
Ishu- baby Alay.
Alay- Sorry, mere baby ko bhuk lagi hai.
Nina- Haan, samar jaldi dabbe nikalo. Mera ishu bhuka hai. Beta abhi serve karti hu.
Ishu- mom alay ko bhi.
Alay- relax baby.
( I started feeding him and everyone started eating as well.)
Mami abhi aap ghar jaake thoda rest kar lijiye. Shamko wapas aa jana.
Nina- Mere bachhe k sath hi ghar jaungi me. Alay please rehne do mujhe yahan.
Kabir- Alay
Alay- Baba, vani aae hai?
Kabir- Nahi. samar ethan niche gaadi me wait kar raha hai. Tum or nina uske sath ghar jaoge abhi. Nina raat ko aa jana. Mujhe zid bilkul nahi chahiye. Already I have a lot to manage. Alay yaha hai toh iska saara kaam mujhpe aaya hai.
Nina- Thik hai bhai.
Kabir- Or tum. Yeh tumhara laptop hai. Jab tak discharge nahi milta hospital se kaam karoge.
Office ka baaki kaam me dekh lunga.
Alay- Ji baba. Sorry mere wajah se apko sara kaam karna pada. Next time aisa nahi hoga.
Kabir- Ishu naashta kiya thik se?
Ishu- ji baba. Kar liya. Apne khaya? Vani ne khaya?
Kabir- hmm kha liya hum dono ne.
Sameer- ishu Or chahiye?
Ishu- No. Alay washroom jana hai?
Alay- Ulti aari hai?
Ishu- no.
Alay- ok. ap karlo me bahar hi hu. Lock nahi kiya hai.
Ishu- Jaana nahi haan.
Alay- me baat kar toh raha hu aapse.
Ishu- Alay hona tum?
Alay- Yes baby.
Kabir- ( I looked at sameer and he looked broken)
Tum bhi ghar chale jao.
Sameer- Me thik hu.
Kabir- ( he got up and went out of the room)
Aage kya irada hai?
Sameer- us kamine ko saza milegi ab.
Kabir- tumhari saza k liye woh zinda toh hona chahiye na. Kyu?
Sameer- Tumne..
Kabir- Alay ne. Alay ne ishu ko insaaf dilaya hai. Uske har ek taklif Or ansu ka badla liya hai.
( he hugged me tightly)
Mere bete se itni nafrat kab hue tumhe?
Sameer- me Nina ki kasam khake kehta hu Kabir mujhe nafrat nahi hai usse. Pyaar karta hu me bhi. Lekin unke rishte se taklif hai.
Kabir- Aisa konsa gunaah kiya hai usne? Bus pyaar hi toh hai usse.
Sameer- mera dil nahi maanta hai Kabir.
Kabir- Ek baar ishu thik hojaye fir dekhenge ki kya karna hai.
Sameer- Hmm.
INSIDE THE ROOM-
Alay made ishu sit on bed and applied ointment on his back and ankle. He wrapped his ankle up. He gave him his medicines which he took but kept whining about it. So, Alay made him eat a chocolate which eventually made ishu feel better. He smiled cutely at Alay.
Alay made his lay in bed and then started working by sitting on the couch. Looking at this ishu went towards him and tried to keep his head on Alay's lap which was not possible as Alay had laptop there.
Alay- Baby, what are trying to do?
Ishu- yahan sona hai tumhare paas nahi toh dad le jayenge mujhe.
Alay- koi tumko mujhse nahi leke jaa sakta hai.
Ishu- haan. Par mujhe rakhlo na yahan. Me tang nahi karunga bilkul.
Alay- achha ruko.
( I took the side table and settled my laptop there. It was a bit low for my height I guess I have to manage this way. I took the pillow and kept it on my lap so that he can sleep peacefully.)
Ab thik hai? ( he clapped his hands like a baby)
Ishu- very good alay.
Alay- ( I started reading those files while caressing his hair. His eyes were droppy. I started working as he slept peacefully)
Kabir-( we came inside and saw this scene. How long will it take for him I don't know but this is surely gonna change the equation between them. Will ishu even remember how he is behaving now? I am just worried for my Alay as this ishu is getting very attached to him but once he is all well, how is he gonna behave with my son? )
Sameer- ( undono ko aise dekh ke kya feel karu samajh nahi aa raha. Mera ishu uske sath itna zyada safe hamesha se feel karta hai ya bus is condition me feel kar raha hai?)
Kabir me office jaa raha hu. Kuch issue hai mere PA ne bataya.
Kabir- Thik hai.
(he went from there and i saw Alay smirk)
Kya kiya hai?
Alay- You won't help him baba.
Kabir- Alay, end of the day he is still family and mamu hai tumhara.
Alay-Â chota sa jhatka hai bus.
Kabir- Kitna chota?
Alay- Itna ki unka sukoon barbad ho jayega.
Ishu- Baba ishu disturb hora hai. Please.
Kabir- Sorry beta.
Alay- ( I saw Baba's shocked face and couldn't help but chuckle)
Kabir- ( it felt good looking at this Alay. Bade dinon baad aise haste hue dekh raha hu. Bus mera bachha aisehi khush rahe hamesha)
The whole day went by but sameer didn't return. Alay was working on his laptop and ishu kept clinging to him. Kabir went home around 5 pm so that he can bring food with him and also Nina will be here.
The dr came to take the blood and surprisingly ishu didn't cry or throw any tantrums. He just asked Alay to blow on the place from where the blood was drawn. Dr was smiling at his cuteness and said the reports will be there by morning.
It was around 8 pm when Kabir brought Nina with her and along with them Vani and samar tagged along. They had dinner together. vani was talking cutely with ishu and he was smiling at that. Vani understood that ishu needs this kind of environment which is happy and peaceful.
Everyone saw there bond and were happy and proud that there vani is so mature. After spending time together they all went home and alay gave ishu his meds. Nina kept looking at him and then finally slept.
Alay- ( mujhe future ka toh nahi pata but yeh aaj me puri tarah jeena chahta hun apke sath. Me bilkul bhi yeh saare pal miss nahi karna chahta. Mujhe apko bilkul thik dekhna hai ishu.
Pata nahi apko yeh sab yaad bhi hoga ya nahi but fir bhi me hamesha apko dhyan rakhunga. Jab bhi apko meri zarurat hogi tab tab aap mujhe apne paas paoge. Yeh mera wada hai khud se.)
