 Why not a non alcoholic beverage....Next morning ......Rishabh was quite restless the whole night thinking about Sukh he was being desperate of making a conversation with her ... but apparently they were not close enough for him to confine her anytime.....On the other hand Sukh was guilty on leaving the task half done....she wanted to complete all her work before the office timings , she had the desire to proof herself and didn't wanted to be a charity case like others..... she got the job in the basics of her abilities and didn't wanted anyone to take that pride form her... also she somehow knew how serious he is when it comes to work.....So she left early from home today in the hope of completing the assisted work to herSukh reached office around 6:30am and went straight to the storeroom with the bag she carriesbut aftet keeping her things in the desk and lighting a small candle near her desk in front of God....**well that's not too early but too early for people who have their office hours from 9:00am**For Rishabh work has always been his escape point from stress and emotional imbalance , so he skipped breakfast making the same old excuse of a meeting with important clients to his mother and left for office early....though he had works to be done but for now he just wanted to confront her.....he was also thinking of calling a meeting with senior and creative staffs today so they can work upon the  beverage drink project.....He went straight to his cabin through his private elevator which is not allowed to be used by the staff skipping the executives floor, he was engrossed in files reaching there almost forgetting the world around him...He was occasionally watching the clock waiting for the time of her arrival...After going through the contract of the textiles venture he raised up from his chair .......To his surprise ,through the transparent walls of his cabin he saw a small candle being lighted near someone's desk .....He thought to himself it's quite unusual for a staff to be office so early either the person is a workaholic it there is something wrong, so he went out to have a check upon that!!!!!reaching there he came across the fact that it was Sukh's desk ,he saw the beautiful idol looking more beautiful in the light from the candle but there was no sign of hers...He heard some noises coming from the storeroom and went there straightHe saw Sukh sorting the boxes and somehow went still , standing near the frame of the door he intently looked her and noticed she is almost done with that he didn't wanted to interrupt her so he was just staring her.....Sukh felt someone's gaze upon her and looked up to that direction,  he found him standing there near the door and for split seconds freezed there....Their eyes locked each other and her heart started pounding hard upon her chest It was a feeling from the very first time she saw him....her breathing hitched and she tried to compose herself...she looked him straight upon his eyes and greeted him saying Good Morning Sir.....on which he replied Good Morning Sukh I mean Ms. Mehra....  scratching the back of his neckTo her surprise Rishabh was not rude this time, and answered her well a smile appeared on her face and she recommenced her work....He wanted to ask her why is she doing it it's not a part of her job but insteadHe walked to her and asked are you done.... she reolied Ofcourse Sir it was the last pile.....Rishabh tried to confirm himself so he asked are you sure these piles are all sorted ....and how much time you took in sorting them....in a tone which clesrly states are you kidding me...Sukh blurted Sir it took me around 7 hours in completing those piles.....including the one I took today and excluding the two in which I got fainted last night in a embarrassing tone remembering last night.....Rishabh was still giving her looks of disbelief so he showed him her work Sir I colour coded everything...Red is for accounts department....Blue is financial strategies, Yellow is for land deals and Green are for upcoming and pending projects in which the company is working upon..He was impressed by her working skills... She silently paved her way towards the door when her veil got stuck at the buttons of his cuffs.... . She turned around facing him with a look of hesitance on her face...he too was hesitant at the moment and they both tried to get that part of veil out .....She ran towards the elevator after the veil got seperated from his buttons...he too followed her to the elevator On reaching the executives floor she made her way towards her desk when Suddenly out of the blues he asked her , are you Ok , who assisted you the task of sorting the files of the storeroom....Sukh said abruptly who can it be except you.... Sir I know I am not in your good books , but I will never let anyone think of me to be a charity case..I am very strong willed and hardworkingI will complete all the task on time ...I know you don't like unprepared staff so I came early and did my work before the office hours you can appreciate me if you like with a sarcastic smile....Rishabh got a bit annoyed at this and said excuse me did I personally came to you and assigned this job ....Sukh retreated No you didn't Ms. Lavanya did assigned me the work saying it's a work for me and you can give me an early off if I will do it.....Rishabh questioned her are you sure she particularly mentioned it to be my order...in disbelief...Sukh nodded her head in response and said I know you will not believe me but I never lie .....Rishabh got a bit irritated by her tone and left to his cabin...He resumed working on the contract again...        After his work was done he checked his watch and still there were 25 minutes for the office to commence....He looked out through his cabin and saw some staff enetering the executive floor, everyone greeted Sukh Good Morning and Sukh too greeted them with a bright smile...Rishabh thought to himself she even smiled at everyone but why she always mocks me...it's not like I am a person with horns ....I wanted to sort things with her but our conversation ended with our fight once again why is it so hard to talk with her maybe because she never let me speak ...Whatever I will surely call a staff meeting today I need some creative ideas and resumed working in other deal....Words of Sukh passed his mind ...He thought to himself I did assigned Lavanya to sort the files at the storeroom but I never mentioned Sukh's name , she may have did a mistake she is a bit intimating towards me but she will never use our friendship as a weapon to harm someone .Ofcourse there must have been misinterpretation...I will talk to her about this...I value people and their emotions may it be anyone....At around 9:30 Rishabh called all his experienced staff members including the new executive to the conference room ....Sukh on hearing about the meeting thought to herself why is there a meeting for staff members and why am I a part of it; shrugging her thoughts away she went to the conference hallAt the conference room Rishabh greeted everyone and told them about the motive behind this meeting he questioned them about how to solve problems regarding advertisement of there textiles project and briefed them about their beverage drinking venture everyone was then asked to give there ideas upon it .....Senior staff presented their views upon it and everyone joined the debate....Sukh was the youngest of all of them so was hesitant to talk about it....        One by one everyone presented their ideas but none of them was upto the mark....no ideas were impressive or creative....Rishabh yelled at everyone  is this all we have... most of you are copying the ideas of our competitive companies , where is the creativity...you all are qualified enough I guess to think something new, is this all you guys have to say ;do anyone of you have a better idea....Everyone was silent at this but Sukh raised her hand saying I want to say something...Rishabh gave her a sarcastic smile and said ...it's not been a week you joined the Company Ms. Mehra ...         Do you really feel you can do something about this issue which many of our senior staffs we're unable to manage...Sukh replied Sir you asked for a review idea and I have one... you may take it or leave it but atleast listen to it...Rishabh glared her and said continue...she smiled to him cynically and said thank you Sir for giving the opportunity to me....Sukh suggested Sir for beverage venture we can do one thing despite of making alcoholic drinks we can make a drink from plant extracts that will be a status symbollike plant P. endulis , the flower is used as an antioxidant and the drink obtained by it is commonly called Pomogranate vine ,it has a sweet sour taste so every non drinker can enjoy it too and we may save a lot of money which we would have spent on bewering wine plant..We will just be needing a new plant biotechnology centre and we can have one in the Pharmaceutical wingI mean they can help us cultivate hybrid plants...and we will sow itand just as it uses plant tissue culture method the time of cultivation will be very less we will be able to complete the project before time which will be helpful for us....and for advertising I suggest we should go for Indian outfits as most of the girls in rural areas wear Indian clothes so if we may present the idea of Indo ethnic wear they will enjoy wearing our outfits more than our competitive brands which either focus on Indian or strict Western attires.....she noticed no one was suggesting or questioning her anything so she turned up ...she saw everyone around and all of them were watching her intently with mixed expressions of shock and exclaimation she became embarrassed and finished it saying it was Just an idea...Mr Avasthi, Abhimanyu and Dhruv appreciated her idea...while Mr Rathod was envious with this new talent he cut her off saying Ms. Mehra giving an idea and working upon it are two different things maybe you are right with the advertisement portion but for drinks I think you must reconsider what you said.....Sukh with a friendly smile whimpers Sir Malhotra Pharmaceuticals are the best across the country ,we are known for it... and the best thing is most of the medicines made by us are derieved from plants..that means our staff has knowledge of plant culture and extraction processes....both the things are not much different we will just be needing a field to sow them and we can also employ more expertees if we need helpplus this idea is new and creative most of the elites will be glad as many few of them can afford to have drinks after the age of 47 due to health risksbut if we can work upon it the drink obtained will surely be accepted heartily by many ....Everyone clapped hearing her...and she smiled heartily... Rishabh too was happy with the idea but didn't show it upon her face Mr Rathod was upto say something else too but Rishabh glared him and motion him to keep quite....Rishabh dismissed everyone for half an hour saying it's time for a short break we will resume the meeting after a while;        after hearing her idea .....he was not much sure about the bioculture techniques so he picked his phone to call the Pharmaceutical's Senior Managing officer..Rishabh put forward the idea and even asked him can this two be connected .. he confirmed Yes Sir we can make a hybrid plants for beverage via Culture method techniques and yep this will lower the cost of the Bewering Drink Plant .. and for making drinks and all we will need specialised machine.....which are the terms which will be taken care later....The idea is fresh and new so many Customers will be attracted towards it plus there will be no shortage of finance as everyone will like to earn extra profit and Goodwill I think you should go forward to it.....A small smile appeared on his face and he called back his staffhe announced... After hearing everyone's idea and discussing it with the Senior Officers I have decided to put forward Ms. Mehra's idea I think it's new and creative so I guess we will like to put forward her idea so here I have decided to go with it... I will appreciate your coordination in our new venture so this means extra working hours and lots of work .....Sukh cut him off saying why should everyone be a part of it you can make one special team for it with talent and dedication they will be her working for extra hours and th we e routine work should be allowed to the additional new staff this way they can learn new work....Dhruv chuckled and said Love you Sukhi great idea I think we should go with the idea and they both have each other high five ... excitement and happiness evident in their voices....Rishabh too smiled at theirchildish behavior...        He continued Ok Ms. Mehra I will make a team for it ... and none of your colleagues will have to suffer with extra work load she too smiled at him genuinely...He dismissed the meeting after that and asked everyone to resume their work he even asked Sukh to make a project report on it so he can put it forward to investors and the boards of directors and on which she easily agreed....Everyone left from the conference hall after that...
