The weekend's guests.....Continuation of the night...May I come in Mr Malhotra...Rishabh was brought out of his reverie by hearing those words         he turned back and found his mother standing at the door...He replied Maa (mother) !!!please come in.....Sukh on the other hand was talking to herself....when Roohi snapped her fingers in front of her face saying from earth to Sukh are you there.....Jiji (sister) were you listening to what all I said ,where are you lost; I wanted your suggestions please help me!!!!Sukh was astound, she didn't heard a word of hers as she was lost in the thoughts of Rishabh ...Roohi angrily comments no one takes me seriously as if I don't have problems at all , pouting her face....        Sukh smiled at the drama queen in front of her and said I am so Sorry Rooh , ab Kya kare aapki pyaari aankhon mein aur aapki khoobsurat meethi baaton mein kho gaye hum( I was lost in your lovely eyes ;in your beautiful and sweet conversation) in the tone matching to hers...Roohi curiously looked at her and asked are you speaking truth?? am I that beautiful....on which Sukh abruptly nodded her head...they both smiled and Roohi narrated the whole thing to her again...Rishabh's mother came inside his room and held her ears infront of him         He was startled at the sight and asked Mom what's wrong ...why are you doing this I am being embarrassed.....please don't do itSukhmani continued..I am doing this as I always taught you brothers to apologise when you commit mistakes,as one should never be shy of accepting them...so I have done a mistake and it's my time to apologise now....Rishabh grabbed her hands and said Please don't do it Mom, you taught us this as well that if someone commits mistake unintentionally then they should be forgiven and I know whatever mistakes you are talking about must be an unintentional one....Now tell me what's wrong....Sukhmani said you were right those people who approached us to marriage were fraudsthey wanted to merge their company which is suffering huge losses with ours.....They would have planed to divorce you with a year's time after they fulfilled their motives....She began weeping like a kid....Rishabh calmed her down.....He was quite at this....then asked who said you all this... Dhruv enters the scenario and says her personal Sherlock Holmes....Rishabh gave him a deathly glare and then said I told you to keep this upto you....His mother confronts you knew about it...Rishabh smirked and said Mom I am not a kid anymore who can be easily deceived  ....I am running an empire , I come across this type of people often ....the only thing I am worried about is  they tried to play with your sentiments....Now please stop crying ....Even Dhruv joined the hug and their mother smiled widely seeing the two brothers by her side.  She  asserted you two are my strength...I will never be incapacitated when you guys are around me....Sukh on the other hand jumped up from the bed hearing Roohi...She confronted so you mean to say You had a fight with a boy of your class and you broke his  teeth....I didn't knew you had such a bad temper .....On which Roohi replied I am not afraid if they call Mom and Dad to School , as it was him who started the fight....It's been a month he was teasing me by stupid names,  he used to call me nerdy , messy ,fatso and so on....the situation got out of control ..... so I bursted my anger upon himShe began sobbing and said That was all because I got selected for the quiz, he was envious ....I swear I didn't intend to start the fight but he left no option for me.....Sukh snapped her saying stop crying....you are not wrong at mocking him downbut ofcourse you had a fault here you should not have waited for a month to mock him down ..... you must have broken his bones the very first time he teased you ,don't worry.. I am by your side , your family is by your side...I know Mom and Dad they gonna support you at this..have you talked about it to them...Roohi replied Yes ..... but they seemed to be mad at me ....Sukh was about to say something when Roohi cut her off saying they said the same thing....even Dad was up to break his bones as well....They both bursted in laughter and Roohi hugged Sukh saying Jiji you always say I am blessed to have a family like ours ...this time I wanna say this to you.....Sukh caressed her hair and said We are a family Roohi ...we will be there by each other's side always....Next  morning.......Sukh was worried about Roohi though she encouraged her that time but she knew hitting someone is an offense and they may take actions against her on disciplinary grounds.....        She was in her bed wondering about her well being as her parents already left for school with her ......Both the guardians of Roohi and the boy were called ,even Roohi was seeming to be very worried...Sukh was concerned that if anything wrong happens Roohi's name will be removed from the quiz and she had worked very hard for it , she knew what it matters for her....Shrugging all the negative thoughts away she took a quick shower and prayed to God if everything goes well with her we will be very grateful to you I will visit your temple to offer praying tomorrow for sure....She had no other work to do so she started to do dusting of the floor....After an hour her family came back to home making a serious face ...Sukh got anxious and asked is everything alright why you all look so worried....But no one answered ... she consoles Roohi what if your name is removed from the stupid quiz ....you can take part in the quiz when you will be appearing for your Graduations....Roohi nodded her head in No and said Jiji I can't appear in the quiz later because ...Sukh was anxious till the point when she finally announced I got selected for the Semi Final Round!!!!and shouted in happiness....she continued the boy whom I knocked down didn't dare to utter anything as everyone knew he was wrong ...he got suspended for a few weeks...Sukh was so happy hearing the news that she took the broom stood over the sofa and started dancing with it..... Roohi too joined her along with her Mother....all three were dancing when her father enters the room ....all three stopped seeing him as they thought he may be is angry but to their surprise he too joined them at dancing ..  All of them had a gala time..  Sukh had a great start of the weekend...On the other hand.   Rishabh was struck with contracts and files to be taken care of ...he was working upon a contract when he received a call from Lavanya.....He received it and greeted her Good Morning!!!Despite of greeting him back she asked him where are you when will we be going for shopping...Rishabh sighed and said you called me to ask about it ....it's just 7:30 nowLavanya smiled cynically and said No I just wanted to confirm are we going for jewellery shopping or accessories or just for Dresses....Rishabh replied anything you like will see you around 10:00 and disconnected the call.....He was about to shower his phone on his pocket when he reminded of Dhruv's words "She didn't received my gifts ,never took favors from me, she is different....."He snapped himself away from her thoughts saying what's going on with me, why I think so much about her ,she may be nice at office but I hardly know her...why is it like everything around me is associated with her....He looked back to his wrist watch and continued working again.....Sukh's family were having breakfast when Khurrana's visit them ....Sukh's father greeted his friend saying what makes you come here have you forgot your way to home..  on which Mr Khurrana said I remember my ways but it's you who forgot the way to my house....all of them clamoured at thisSukh and Roohi too greeted Khurrana's by touching their feets....they had their breakfast together ....Mrs Khurrana announced them the reason of their arrival saying...."Sumit's marriage is fixed and it will take place in a months time"All of them were happy hearing the news..they all Congratulated her...she continued  as you all know Reet is not here I will be needing your assistance in preparations of the marriage... (Reet is married and in abroad with her husband...)Sukh and Roohi jumped up and down in happiness as Sumit has always been a brother figure for them....Mrs Khurrana continued everything happened so suddenly we were so worried about his marriage we came across the girl in a matrimonial site...there meeting was arranged in video call...he didn't uttered anything at the time last night he called us and spoke his heart out...the girl was his classmate and he kind of had a crush on her but was never able to express .....So we fixed the marriage last night on phone...and today early morning we are here to share the news with you guysSukh was surprised and said are you guys taking about Naina Mathur...she was our senior ....They too got amazed and asked her you know her  she replied Ofcourse I do she is a very nice soul she used to be the prettiest girl in college...Sukh mentally cursed Sumit saying meet me once ....this time I am not going to spare you I am not going to talk to you until you apologise you may have said this to me earlier....Sukh asked Mrs Khurrana... where is Sumit bhaiya.. on which she replied Sumit wanted to come here too for the rituals but as you know he was so eager to set Orange and Peaches branch overseas that he couldn't make it he will be coming within couple of weeks...They all continued their conversation about the arrangements of the marriage and the preparations to be done...When Khurrana's were upto leave Mrs Khurrana  asked Sukh to be ready by afternoon as she wants to take her to her friend's house...Sukh happily aggreed at this...Rishabh went out for shopping  with Lavanya at around 10:30 after having breakfast with his family ...it's like a ritual they try to follow....they tend to eat atleast one of the three meals together no matter what.. if there is no urgency.....They went to Emerald Shopping Complex....and she was shopping like crazy there....While Rishabh was busy on his phone....she made him buy her shoes, accessories, dresses and what not .....While He didn't cared about it...After that they went to the jewellery corner and she selected for herself two diamond pendants..while she was occasionally asking Rishabh for his reviews he was there busy on his phone....He received a call from his mother and she asked him to come home urgently...  Rishabh stood up to leave when Lavanya stopped himShe asked him what's the hurry why are you leaving so early  He replied I received a call from home  and it asks me to be there ASAP....Lavanya sarcastically said you don't need to be hurry... nothing is going to happen to them if you don't arrive on time... Rishabh intently looked at her  He asked can you please repeat what you just said.... in a angry toneLavanya smiled cynically and was about to repeat her words when he snapped her saying Lavanya you should know what to say at what time....Remember you are talking about my family and nothing is more important to me than them....just because I never show it it doesn't mean I don't love them .. they mean everything to me .....Lavanya was about to utter something when he stood up from there and said pick whatever you like the bills will be paid.....He left from there  to his Mansion in a fast pace ........Mrs Khurrana sent her driver to receive Sukh from her house, she joined him half way from the journey...Sukh was excited about their visit so she asked her where are we going to.. .Mrs Khurrana replied we are going to my friend's house.... we used to be childhood friends and luckily got married to the same town  we used to meet very often but now as she leaves at the other part of the town we  occasionally meet sometimes.... though we seldom call each other ...She has been through a lot few years back but thankfully everything is fine now... Sukh was contented seeing the bond Mrs Khurrana has with her friend.....she missed Reet at the moment and asked her when is she going to come....Mrs Khurrana smiled to her and said she will be coming few days before marriage... though she wanted to come but as you know she can't travel during pregnancy and she is due this month so we are expecting her to come alonwith her baby ...Sukh was glowing with happiness hearing the good news....Within an hour journey they reached their destination.....The board outside the huge building read Malhotra Mansion but she was unaware where is she going to step into.... _____________________________________So guys we are a t the end of this chapter...Hope you all like and enjoyed it..  Don't forget to vote and comment ....See you all in the next chapter updateTill then Smile and be happy 😊Make others smile and spread happinessThis is meSigning outBye....***
