You are hired.....Sukh's Pov:His words were hurting me and I turned around facing him...... Answer no 1.its a Amber coloured glass building reflecting the colour of sky.... No 2. The building has 25 floors No 3. I climbed 385 stairs for reaching this floor including the two of the basement..... She blurted out the answers all at a go.....Rishabh was left stunned at this he had no words to disuade her....after few seconds of silence and staring  each other Rishabh said "You are hired....report at the office tomorrow at 9:00am sharp"in his cool authorative voice....Hearing this Sukh replied "No Sir, thank you"......her words irritated the hell of Rishabh and he yelled on her saying "if you don't wanted the job then may I know the reason why you wasted my time ,we make decisions here on our instincts..... it s a company of my Fore father's it's been 5years I am handling the company as a CEO, my time Worths to me and my company maybe your time doesn't had any value....."Hearing this harsh words Sukh replied "time values for  everyone and the reason I am saying No to this job is Aapne Hume apne instincts pe nahi balke apne presumption pe judge kiya, aap Hume mauka nahi de rahe the you were just making a point; waqt humne aapka nahi Aapne humara zaya kiya hai....(you judged me on you presumptions and not on your instincts ,you were not giving me chance but were only making a point....it's you who wasted my time not me!!!!)......Sukh made her way out of the cabin completing her words.....  Rishabh stood there staring her... Rishabh was left speechless in his life for the very first time...he never estimated that anyone can point his decisions and prove him wrong... it's  that, he has been useful to people around him thinking him to  be their ultimate survivor who always makes right decisions, no one ever dared to retreat him and here she is so outspoken and honest......While her way out of the office one of the girls wearing black  Pencil skirt with peach blouse called her back ...saying "Ms. Mehra you are called to the boss's office and  are asked to report soon....." Hearing this Sukh though I am not hired yet; why is boss calling me..... She shrugged her thoughts away and asked the girls where is Boss's cabin....The girl guided her -it's in 24th floor you should take a right from the elevator....Sukh thanked her and headed to the elevator...reaching the destined floor and taking right she saw the  most lavishing cabin ever.....        it was decorated elegantly and speaks authority and power though the ambience was quite positive but shouts Work.... She gets a bit nervous seeing the cabin and feared entering it...she knocked at the door and asked "Sir I am Sukhpreet Mehra and am asked to meet you  ,May I come in..., "the guy whose back was facing Sukh and self is facing the walls replied "come in"Sukh nodded and entered the Cabin .... She said "Sir why did you asked  me to report at your cabin ,I am not hired as a staff here I guess you have a misunderstanding....." The voice replied "No Ms. Mehra, I never misunderstand People" he turned in his revolving chair now facing Sukh......Sukh gasped seeing the figure infront of her and said "Aap....." The Guy standing infront of her was Rishabh Malhotra..... He said let me introduce myself ,I am Rishabh Malhotra the CEO of Malhotra Group of Industries .... he thought to himself that now this girl will be guilty for what she said a few moments ago and will apologise for her rude behavior...he thought of her to be one of those people who get influenced by People's Power and Position ,and treat them well because they know they will be benefitted by them... but to his Surprise ,Sukh showed no change in her behavior..and snapped him saying why did you call me here at your cabin ....I guess we were done a few moments ago ....we were at the end of the conversation.....Rishabh was taken aback by her gesture he was mentally shocked wondering how his power and money has no effect on her ,he has seen girls who tried to seduce him or pretend to be his friend just for the sake of his money and power.. and here she is ;he had no impact on her like he is just an ordinary guy.....Sukh said "Hume pata nahi tha ki Aap yaha ke boss hain ,warna hum yaha kabhi nahi aatey ...galti ho gayi humse ;hum jaa rahe hain.....Rishabh stared her for a few seconds then said "you passed the CBT with the highest grades and qualified the interview....the terms and conditions of the contract clearly states if a person walks in for the interview and qualifies it then he /she will have to take the job opportunity......else be ready to bear the consequences....." Sukh turned back and asked what consequences,on which Rishabh replied, "you will have to pay the company a sum of 3 lakhs as compensation...." "Compensation what for I haven't done anything wrong here so why should I bear the consequences ?"Sukh asked him shocked, Rishabh replied "it's my office Miss Mehra not an amusement park where one can enter with their will.... and whatever I just stated is a norm of our company.....on which Sukh said" norms it was nowhere mentioned at the application form and terms & conditions column"; she thought to herself" but you know what ,I will take this job not because I am defeated but because I am not wrong in this, I deserve this job and qualified the interview I cannot let my hardwork go in vain"Sukh then remained silent for sometime then asked him "what will be the duration of the contract"Rishabh replied "3 months" For Rishabh Sukh was defeated and stuck so she agreed to the Job proposal......She sighed and said "Ok Sir I will report to you at office tomorrow at 9:00 am sharp..."Rishabh cut and said "8:00am sharp;' Sukh retreated you just called me to report at 9:00 am .Rishabh gasped and said that's for other staff you will be my "Assistant Executive Finance Manager", tomorrow you will have to come earlier so the Ex staff can give you a brief ....and make you understand your work, you will be able to decorate your cabin according to your will ,and can be prepared for your first day at office, I don't like unprepared staff in my office .... He said in a cool businessman tone...Sukh nodded her head and biting her lower lip out of Confusion and nervousness  said "Ok Sir......"He then said ,"one more thing Ms. Mehra you will collect your Id from the HR department tomorrow morning before 9:30 and you will have to submit copies of your original   documents at the HR tomorrow morning," Sukh nodded her head ...Rishabh dismissed her.....Sukh was engrossed in her thoughts, all this happened in snaps of moments!!! she was unable to accept it ,ofcourse she was happy getting her dream job but working with the guy whom she called her nightmare will be tough for her, it's a new place of work where everyone judged her on her appearance ,what will she do now to make her own place and make a mark ....There was so much going on her head when he heard a familiar voice.... She looked up to find someone from her past...  Her eyes glisten seeing the guy standing infront of her.....she couldn't utter anything then both of them said together "Aap yaha kaise".....______________________________________So who is the guy Sukh meet at the elevator...and what will Rishabh do now .....Will Rishabh Malhotra ,the arrogant businessman will let things go or is planing something fishy......How will be the first day of office for Sukh..... too many answers to find out and most of them will be answered at the next chapter.....So we are here at the end of this chapter hope you guys like it....Don't forget to vote and comment on the favorite part of the chapter....See you on the next chapter update, till then 😁 smile......This is me Signing out.....
