My eyes keep shifting to the stunning girl sitting across from me on the plane,

My beautiful girl.

We landed in Turkey about 15 minutes ago, but I feel bad waking her up, so I'm answering a few emails while she gets some rest.

After answering emails for over 40 minutes I decide to attempt to wake her up,

"Baby wake up" I whisper near her ear

She groans and leans on the window

I smile "Vanessa wake up, we landed"

"Ssshhh," she says half asleep

I chuckle and decide to just pick her up and let her sleep on the way to the hotel,

After I pick her up her legs wrap around my waist as if its a reflex and she hides her face in the crook of my neck as she mumbles incoherent words into my skin,

"Did you guys put our stuff in the car?" I ask a flight attendant

She clears her throat "yes everything is ready for you guys, the drivers waiting for you outside"

I nod and walk out of the jet,

"Good morning Mr. Huxley," the driver says

I nod to him "to the hotel" I instruct

I put Vanessa in the seat and put the seatbelt on after trying to pry her off me,

I take lots of pictures of the views on the way to the hotel so she can look at them later, and I also ended up sneaking a few pictures of her in there as well

After we arrive at the hotel I have people take our things up to our room while I grab Vanessa

"Sunshine get up" I whisper kissing her ear

"Stop whispering" she pouts a little

"Get up we're at our hotel" I whisper

"Come on," I say giving her my hand when she opens her eyes slightly,

She smiles still half asleep "can you carry me?"

I try hiding my smile "come here"

She lunges into my arms wrapping her arms around my neck and sighing in contentment,

I smile to myself, I will never understand the way one person can make you so happy from their presence alone,

Sure I'm still an ass to pretty much everyone in my life but the fact Vanessa manages to make me smile so damn much in just one day is insane to me,

I love this girl with every damn part of me

"You still tired?" I ask her when I open our hotel room door

She looks me in the eyes with a small smile that feels like it burns away any hatred I have in my body for anyone...

except for David, he's on my shit list.

Her smile alone calms me in ways I can't explain

"Not anymore," she says quietly kissing my cheek and then laying her head on my shoulder

"Alright, then we can go out to eat," I say placing her on the bed

She hums but pulls me down on the bed with her

"I thought you said you weren't tired?" I say raising a brow

She has a mischievous little smile on her face

"I'm not" she pulling my face down to connect our lips together in a feverish kiss

"Are you ready to go?" I ask her at the restaurant after I sign the receipt,

She nods

I grab her hand and we walk out of the restaurant, the cool breeze hits us as we walk out

"I have a little surprise," I say when we walk over to our rental,

We get rentals at each destination because I like driving Vanessa, and I don't want some annoying person in the car with us like when we get picked up from the airport,

"What surprise? And how little is it?" She frowns when I open the car door for her

I smirk "now what kind of surprise would it be if you knew what it was?"

She huffs and crosses her arms over her chest

"Relax you will find out in about half an hour," I say kissing her cheek before closing her door and walking over to my side,

I keep my hand on her thigh the whole drive

"Are you sure you cant give me a tiny little hint?" She pleads,

"Stop being a little brat, you can wait ten more minutes" I tease and run my thumb over her lip when were at a red light

She sighs at my touch and mumbles a "fine"

I can feel her gaze on me while I'm driving but do my best to ignore it,

I don't know why she likes looking at me so much

Her eyes on me feels like a burning flame on skin, the minute we arrive I hear her gasp,

I turn to her and see her eyes lighting up with excitement

"Are we going on a hot air balloon?" She asks her eyes wide

I chuckle and get out of the car to open her door

I've never seen someone get out of a car as fast as she just did,

"So I'll take that as this is a surprise you like?" I fight a smile

Her face beams with the most beautiful smile

"Are you kidding me i don't even know how to thank you right now" she squeals and jumps onto me and wraps her legs around my waist

"I'll take kisses as payment" I smirk against her skin

She cups my face and starts attacking my face with kisses all over making me smile at the touch

"Thank you" she whispers and hugs me tightly

"Come on we don't want to miss our ride right?" I tease

"I love you," she says softly in my ear

I will never get tired of hearing those beautiful three words,

It's like the way medicine heals you when you are sick,

Or the comfort a warm blanket provides you on a cold winters night,

Or the way your favorite food gives you comfort in a time of sadness

Her saying those three words to me, her smile, touch, and presence alone gives me all those feelings and so much damn more combined

I will never fully comprehend how much bliss and love Vanessa makes me feel

My sunshine,

My angel,

My source of happiness and peace.

"And I love you, so much," I say kissing her ear slightly

She puts her forehead against mine and smiles

"Come on I was promised some cheese and fruit board shit when I got the tickets," I say

She laughs and its better than any song out there,

It's a musical masterpiece in itself

One that will live on for hundreds of years, a musical masterpiece that all will remember,

"Alright let's go," she says getting out of my grasp and grabbing my hand

"Hello you two! Are you ready for your hot air balloon ride?" A man that looks in his late twenties asks, but he's looking right at my girl,

I try to ignore the twinge of jealousy, but I can't help it

Any time a man looks at her I want to rip there eyes out

"Yeah we are, just make sure not to kill us" I reply dryly

His gaze moves to mine and he clears his throat "right...come along this way" he directs us

"You didn't have to be mean" Vanessa whispers with a frown

I kiss that frown right off her face "have you met me sunshine?" I raise a brow and run my finger along her bottom lip,

She rolls her eyes and looks away to hide her smile

"You could try being nicer" she smiles softly looking at the different hot air balloons descending

"I'd rather just be nice to you" i shrug

"And your parents and henry?" She grins turning to me

"Yeah and them...but that's the only people I'm going to be nice to...that's as far as the list goes," I say sternly

She sighs "you're such a grump" she says quietly running her soft fingers along my jaw

I hum in response and help her in the hot air balloon

"This is so exciting" Vanessa squeals as people do a check over the hot air balloon before we take off

I hug her from behind and I feel her leaning into my touch,

It puts a small smile on my face knowing she likes my touch,

The man starts pointing around and talking about different parts of turkey, Vanessa's looking around with the biggest smile on her face taking pictures

"Look at all the other hot air balloons" she whispers with the biggest smile,

I look to where shes pointing to see a handful of other hot air balloons

"Yeah I see them" I give her a soft smile

She grabs my hand and puts it on her waist then puts her hand on top of mine

She definitely likes my touch, and that makes me one lucky damn man,

I kiss the top of her head and she leans her head back to look at me with a beaming grin on her face,

"These cheeses are actually made right over there at that farm, you can visit it and they can show you all the different kinds they make, it's a big tourist attraction," the man says bursting us out of our bubble,

We eat the cheeses and fruits, and the man's voice is just a buzz in the background as I look at the beautiful view in front of me...

Vanessa's smile is everything and more.

It's brighter and warmer than the sun could ever be

She looks so damn happy and free, I can tell there's nothing behind her smile except pure happiness

And I would have us go on hot air balloons every single damn day if that meant getting to see her this happy,

Whenever we're at work and she smiles at others I can tell it's just to make them happy and hopefully get a smile out of them,

She always thinks of others before herself,

And I want her happiness to be her number one priority,

And to finally see her let go of everything and just be happy is truly the best gift on this vacation,

"Thank you Aaron" I hear her soft voice pull me out of my thoughts

I look down at her and smile "you're welcome, and you don't have to thank me for anything" I say quietly so only she hears

"Yeah I do" she whispers before cupping the side of my face and connecting our lips in a sweet kiss

I on purpose deepen the kiss slightly knowing the man next to us is looking

She helps as well when she wraps her arms around my neck pulling me closer

When we pull away she rests her forehead slightly on my cheek as she looks at the view

And I smirk knowing that man saw just how much my girl likes my touch,

And all of a sudden I'm enjoying this ride much more than a moment before

"That was the coolest thing I've ever done...and romantic" Vanessa smiles when we get done with the hot air balloon ride,

I chuckle and pull her close

"glad you liked it" I smile looking at the glow of happiness across her face,

It makes me happy to see her happy

It's all I want,

Her happiness means everything to me,

"I love your smile," she says running her fingers along my lips, while she has a soft smile tugging on her lips

"Nothing compares to your smile sunshine, no one smile will," I confess lifting her chin

She immediately gets shy and hides her face in my neck when the blush takes over her cheeks,

I wrap my hands around her thighs and she jumps and wraps them around me

"You're cute when you're flustered" I tease whispering in her ear as I walk to the Rental

"Am not...I'm just tired" she mumbles into my neck

"Sure" I tease kissing her ear a little which makes her squirm

"Can you get out of my damn way?" I say to a man standing near the car

He immediately runs off, and I feel Vanessa's hands shove me a little in the shoulder

I know she doesn't like it when I'm rude to people, but I can't help it

Humans are annoying,

They're like ticks, they will never go away,

The only damn exceptions I have to humans I don't despise are my parents, Henry...because he means a lot to Vanessa and most of all my sunshine

She is the one person that I will never get tired of being around,

She is the one person that I never want to leave,

"It always catches me off guard when you're an asshole to others" she sighs

That gets a laugh out of me "sunshine, you have worked for me now for around three years, I think you should be used to it by now"

She shrugs and nuzzles herself closer to me "yeah, but you should be nicer to people"

"No thanks" I snort

"I'll keep trying," she says quietly which makes me think its more for herself than for me to hear

I smile as I put her in the passenger seat

"What shall we do next?" I ask getting in the car

She thinks for a second with a cute concentrated face "maybe just walk around"

I nod "whatever you want"

After we do a ton of tourist type shit we get back to our hotel,

We're currently in bed right now and Vanessa is cuddled up close to me with her head on my chest along with her hand,

I kiss her on the forehead and just look at her

The smile this girl puts on my face is unbelievable

I get a text on my phone and sigh in annoyance

I look to see it's an unknown number

I click it to see a message and a photo

Unknown number: hey this is Wren, just thought you'd enjoy a nice little picture of what you can have, when you get back you should totally call me.

I immediately cringe at the almost nude photo,

After seeing Vanessa's body no woman will compare, it's like every curve on her body was perfectly made just for my viewing,

It's disgusting to me how people will try talking to taken people acting like they're single,

Aaron: I suggest you lose this number immediately and not send hideous pictures to me, if I wanted to see things related to you I'd go to a zoo.

After I delete her number I decide to answer a few work emails

I know I told Vanessa that I wouldn't work on this trip but she's asleep and I need to answer these important emails,

Plus it's nighttime so it doesn't even count since it's bedtime

After about half an hour I feel Vanessa mumbling incoherent words,

"What?" I say quietly

"Stop doing work and please cuddle me" she huffs

"How did you-?" I knit my brows

Without even looking she grabs my phone and throws it somewhere in the room

"Vanessa!" I stare at her in amusement and a small amount of irritation since I was just about done with answering someone,

"No work...we still have a few days left then you can be an annoying workaholic, but for now I want cuddles" she mumbles into my chest

"We're cuddling right now" I chuckle

I feel her frown against my chest and I fight another smile

"Aaron you need sleep...you always overwork yourself, so can you please just hold me and we go to sleep?" She says in a tired small voice,

I stroke her hair and kiss the top of her head and bring her closer to me

"Better?" I tease smiling slightly as I feel her cling to me

"Much" she whispers

"Love ya" she whispers barely able to keep herself awake

"Who do you love?" I ask

She lets out a breathy laugh "you, I love you"

"More then sandwiches?" I tease

I feel her smile on my chest and it almost feels like it's seeping into my heart

"Much much more" she whispers

"Wow that's a lot more" I smirk

"Mmh" she hums

"Can we have sandwiches tomorrow?" She whispers

I quietly chuckle,

This girl and her damn sandwiches

"Whatever you want" I say quietly

"Can we get a frog?" She laughs quietly

"You want like a real frog?" I knit my brows

"Yeah, there so cute...there's a bunch of different ones and I really like the white tree frog, they're great for beginners, and there a cool silver green color" she quietly says and I can hear the happiness in her voice

"You really want a frog?" I question

She nods "I've wanted one for a long time but felt bad because they live so long...and what if I die and it lives longer... I don't want it to be alone, or what if I on accident neglect it because I work so much" she huffs

I chuckle lowly "sunshine, if you want a frog we can get you one..." I say as I play with her hair

"Really?" She says excitement clearly coating her voice

"And you can always work more from home when it comes to emails and appointment schedules...I always just kept you past usual time because I loved being around you, but in reality you don't actually have to be in the office to schedule things" I say quietly

"You asshole!!" She says light slapping my chest

"I'm trying to be mad at you right now...but it's really hard when you said you just liked having me around and the fact you just said I could get a frog" she squeezed me tightly excitement clear in her voice

She moves and hovers her lips over mine

"We're you actually serious about the frog?" She bites her lip

Even with it being dark I can still slightly see her silhouette,

"Dead serious" I bring her face closer to mine until I lightly brush her bottom lip

"If You actually want one then after our trip we can go get one...maybe after we leave my mom's restaurant," I say kissing her

She wraps her arms around my neck and squeals

"Oh my goodness I'm getting a frog!!!" She beams

I pull her close to me "yeah you are"

"Thank you, thank you, thank you" she says peppering me with kisses

I flip us around "you're welcome, you're welcome, you're welcome" I say trailing kisses down her neck

I'm not really going to write about everything they do in each place they visit because I feel like that will be boring...so hope this was alright-ish, we have one more chapter left of traveling and it's back to New York they go👀(it's gonna get interesting when they arrive back is all ima tell y'all I'm excited!!!)

Also, the I'm sorry for not posting last week! I've been so busy I didn't even really check my phone.

Also sorry for bad grammar in this I'm to tired to read it over before posting!
