Chapter 32

Bruce's P.O.V ;)

"Bruce please. Please wake up. Please. I need you. Please come back. Please."

Everyday I hear Ariel say those words. Everyday I hear her in pain. I try to move, I try to speak, but no. No, my body is acting like a bîtch and doesn't want to move.

All I can see is black. Black,black,black,black.

Everyday I feel Ariel grab my hand and place it on her stomach or just holds my hand and talks to me.

I can't believe we are having a baby boy! A boy. My little fighter.

I should've place a bet.

Anyway, it feels like I just got of surgery yesterday because it feels like I just wake up from a dream, but when I try to open my eyes I can't.

Have you ever fake sleep? Like pretend you're asleep when someone is around but you can hear what their saying?

Well that's how I feel everyday.

I don't know how long I been like this but Ariel says to wake up every time she comes in. I don't know if she comes in every 5 minutes or and hour? I don't know.

I just hope I wake up soon.

*1 week later*

I woke up by Ariel coming in, well heard Ariel talk than wake up. Do you know what I mean? Ok.

"Hey Betty." Ariel said.

"Hey baby girl. How you and my little bundle of joy doing."  I don't know who she is but she's been checking up on me now on and Ariel got really close to her.

She sounds nice though.

I was so caught up of thinking that Betty left and Ariel is alone with me.

Ariel grabbed my hand and placed it on her stomach and the little guy did a hard kick to my palm. I wanted to smile but I couldn't. I heard her sigh then was talking to me how her day was going and how the little guy didn't let her sleep. I wanted to say when I wake up I will make sure that he will let you sleep. But nope.

She interlocked our hands and I heard her sigh and I'm guessing she shifted in the chair to find a comfortable spot. When she stopped moving I heard that her breathing went to a even pace. That's when I wanted to see her.

I tried to open my eyes, but they felt like they were glue shut. I tried and tried but nothing. Ok. I tried to move my legs but no movements what so ever. Then finally I tried my hand that Ariel has in.

I tried to move my hand up, but nope. Ok. Let's try my fingers. I moved my pinky alittle to test it out and I felt my pinky move against Ariels palm.

YESSS! I wanted to scream out but I just focused on my task. So... I moved all my fingers. When I heard someone gasp I knew it was Ariel.

I wanted to see her face but I couldn't open my eyes. So I just kept tighting my hand around here. That's when I heard her scream.

"BETTY!!!!! BETTY COME QUICK!!! HURRY!!!"

Thats when my body took over and took control of my hand and went limp.

Nooooo! Please!!! Come on! MOVE YOUR HAND BRUCE!

"No no no. Come on. Come on Bruce. Don't do that. Come on hold my hand."

I can't! I'm trying! I swear I'm trying!

"What's wrong?! What happen!?" I heard Betty yell.

"No no no no! COME ON BRUCE!!! DON'T DO THAT! PLEASE BRUCE!" Ariel said while picking my hand up and I guess she was showing Betty.

I'm trying Ariel I swear! I swear Ariel! I didn't want to stop! I wanted to see you Ariel! Ariel I swear!

"He was holding my hand! I swear! Betty he was!" Arie said yelling to Betty.

I wanted to yell. I wanted to open my eyes! I wanted to move out of this bed! But I CAN'T!

"You don't believe me do you?" Ariel whispered.

"Let's get you home. You've been here since the morning and it past midnight."

Midnight?

That's how long I was trying to move?

"I swear Betty he moved his hand."

"Lets go. Let me clock out and I will drop you off. Ok?"

Then that was it. They're gone.

I promise you Ariel. I will wake up before you give birth.

That was my final thought before I fell back asleep.

*1 month later*

"Okay. I was thinking we should name our baby Zachary Trey Roberson?" Ariel said while rubbing my hand on her huge belly.

She 7 months pregnant! I can't believe I've been like this for 5 months.

I like that name.

"Oh how about Chole Jay Roberson?"

Nah, sounds like a girls name.

"Or Bruce Ray Roberson?" She said with a giggle at the end.

If I was able to see you Ariel, I would've sent you a glare, but I like the first one better.

"Ha. I imagine you glaring at me for the Bruce name."she said while giggling at the end again. "No, but I like first name better. What do you think? Zachary Trey Roberson?" She said while placing her hand on top of mine and then stop moving are hands till we felt a hard kick.

"Okay. I guess it's Zachary Trey Roberson."

My baby boy.

I heard Ariel move my hand then heard her stand up. I heard her move more towards the bed till I felt her lips on mine. She stayed like that for a good minute and half till she moved away.

No. Please. I need something on me. Please I can't stand not looking at you are not being able to touch you.

"Please and hurry up and wake up Bruce. I can't do this without you any more." She said while whispering in my ear then kissing the side of my neck.

I wanted to touch her, hold her, kiss her, and tell her I'm awake and I'm not going anywhere. But my fûckin body is acting like BÎTCH!

Ughhhhh! Why is my body taking for ever to wake up!

"I have to leave. It's past 10 at night and I'm really tried. I'll come back for you in the morning. Just don't wake up without me." She joked then placed her lips on mine again.

"I love you Bruce. Don't ever forget that. Fight for my love and wake up to see your baby boy and me. Fight for us Bruce. I love you." She finished then kissed my forehead and I heard her take off.

I'm trying baby. I'm really trying. You don't know how hard it is not to see you, hold you, kiss you, and love you.

Ariel's P.O.V <3

IM 9 FÛCKING MONTHS PREGNANT! And still BRUCE hasn't woke UP!

It December 20th and I'm due on the 28 of December.

I'm waddling towards Bruce's room but I felt something warm on my leggings. I look down and see something wet.

Oh no.

Noooo! I'm just 2 doors away from Bruce's room! No this can't be happening!

"AREIL! OH MY GOD! DOCTOR! ARIEL YOURE GOING INTO LABOR!" I heard Betty's voice down the hall and hear her foot steps coming closer.

No! I need to see Bruce! Then I started to walk towards his room. I was next to the door and I was going to walk in, but Betty pulled me down on a wheel chair.

"NO! I NEED TO SEE BRUCE!" I said trying to get off the chair but she pulled me back.

"Ariel do you not know the meaning of 'you're going into labor!?'"

"NO! BRUCE! BRUCE WAKE UP! I NEED YOU!" I yelled when she started to push me into a different direction.

"DOCTOR! I NEED A DOCTOR!" She said while running now and turning corners and running towards the delivery room.

"I need to see Bruce Betty!"

"No Ariel!"

"BETTY PLEASE!"

"NO!"

We made it to the delivery room and I saw doctors there and nurses. They quickly made their way towards me and stripped me out of my clothes and placed a hospital gown on me then laid me on the bed. They placed my legs on some legs risers.

"PLEASE! I CANT DO THIS WITHOUT BRUCE!" I yelled while pain going through me and tear streaming down my face.

"Sweetie, I need you to relax." One of the nurses said. I turned and glared at her.

"FÛCK YOU!" Then another pain coursed through me.

"AHHHHH!" I screamed while grabbing on the bed sheets.

"Ok Ariel. We can see the baby's head coming. So I need you take a deep breath and push when you exhale." A doctor said while getting himself between my legs and looking down there.

I need you Bruce.

"On three Ariel. One. Two. THREE! PUSH!"

"AGHHHHHH!!"

"PUSH ARIEL!"

"WHAT DO YOU THINK IM FÛCKIN DOING! AGHHHH!"

Bruce's P.O.V ;)

I woke up with the sun coming into my eyes and see myself under the hospital bed sheets. I look to my left and see Ariel walking in but getting yank back down and being placed on a wheelchair. She's yelling something to a nurse, but I'm looking at her confused. She didn't see me though, they pushed her away to the opposite direction. I look down on my arms and see wires going through and a heart monitor on my pointing finger. I look to my right and see an IV liquid holder and my heart rate on the monitor. I look back down and look at my hands. I turn them around and see all my fingers. I move my feet, my arms, my head... My HEAD! It feels so light and a little pain here and there, but that's not the thing I'm shocked. The thing I'm shocked, is this a dream, or is this reality?

My eyes turned huge. I looked back at my arms and yanked out the wires. I took off the heart monitor and pulled the blanket off my legs. I moved to the side of the bed and tried to stand up, but my legs gave out.

I clasp on the floor and grunted.

I need to find Ariel.

I grabbed the bed for support and standed up. I grabbed the IV that has wheels on it, and I used it for support when I was walking.

I walked straight out the door and turned to the way Ariel got pushed to.

My hearing was a little blurry, my vision would turn blurry but come back to normal.

"Ariel. I need to find Ariel." I kept repeating.

I walked pass a front desk but walked back.

I tapped the desk and the front lady looked up and her eyes went huge. She was light skin with her hair in a bun and with light makeup on.

"BRUCE!" She yelled. I gave her a confused face but shook it off. I looked at her chest and saw it said Betty.

"OH MY GOD! BRUCE YOU'RE AWAKE!" She said while dropping a file and running around the counter.

"Ugh. Yeah. Where's Ariel?" While she checked my heart rate, and my eyes.

"OH MY GOD! SHES DELIVERING YOUR BABY!"

My eyes turn huge.

I can't miss my child's birth! I just can't!

"WHERE?!"

"The delivery room down the hall."

As soon as the words left her mouth, I turned and ran. She called out yelling for me to stop, but there is no way I'm stopping.

I turned corners and dodge nurses on the way. I didn't care if my legs felt like they will stop working at any moment I kept pushing.

Emerge-

"Wait!" I turned back around and pushed open the door.

"One more push Ariel!"

"UGHHHHHH!"

I heard then open another set of doors and saw two doctors and nurses and Ariel on the bed. One of the nurses turn to me and got huge eyes.

"SIR! You can't be in here!" She yelled while pushing me out the door, but I didn't budge. I pushed forward till I was next to her side and grabbed her hand.

"I'm her fiancé!" I snapped. I looked back at Ariel and saw her face in pain. She squeezed the life out of my hand but I felt numb.

"AGHHH!" Then I heard my baby cry. I looked up from Ariel and saw a doctor hold my child and gave him to one of the nurses to clean him off. The baby's crys filled the room. I looked back at Ariel with teary eyes and smiled.

She looked at me confused and had a ghost smile.

"Bruce?" She said in whispered I almost missed it.

"Yes Ariel. I'm here. I'm here. I'm not going anywhere. I've been gone for way to long." I said while peppering her face with my kisses.

"You're awake." She said in her tried voice.

"Yes I'm awake. I told you I will fight for you and my family. I'm here."

"You made it for our baby."

"Yes I did. I told you I will wake up before you give birth."

"Thank you. I love you."

"I love you too."

"Zachary Trey Roberson. Do you like that name?" She said while her voice was getting slower and barely being able to hear.

"Yes. I love that name."

"O...oka....y" she said while her eyes were about to rollback.

"Ariel?"

But she didn't respond, the only thing that respond was the heart monitor that was beeping crazy! All it shown was a straight line.

"No,no,no,no,no,no. No Ariel come on don't leave me!" I grabbed her hand and shook it. But she didn't wake up.

The doctors pushed me out of the way and made me stand outside of the room and made me looked through a window to the room.

"NO! LET ME IN!" I yelled while hitting the glass. All I saw was the doctors doing electric shock over and over again...

Rose's P.O.V ^-^

My baby BOY IS AWAKE!

I got a call from one of the doctors saying he woke up and ran towards Ariel that was giving birth. 2 miracles happen today.

I got the next flight to San Jose from Chicago but it takes 13 hrs for my flight to land in Cali.

I'm on the plane right now, and I can't wait to see my baby and my godson.

Welllllll hellooooo to you to! Ah yes, Ariel delivered! But what do you think happen to Ariel? And Bruce waking up in time? Wow. I know I said I would make this chapter long, but I was like. " I should make the last chapter really long and make that be like 'wow!" So yeah! There's only 3 chapter left! I know it's close, but let's just see how this all plays out.
