It's been two days since that night. At hindi parin kami nag-uusap after that incident.

I'm scrolling through our text box as if may mag pop up na message, I sighed.

Now I'm stuck staring sa huli niyang tinext

"I don't know if I'm any of help to you Jo, but know that I am here."

I smiled, a sad smile. Why do I feel like she's slipping away from me? I wanted to call her and ask her pero ayaw ko naman maging attention seeker masyado. I mean, over acting na nga ako, nag over share pa, ngayon magiging over clingy pa ba ako?

And I was kinda expecting her to message me but I left her on read at ako naman dapat talaga ang mag reply sa kaniya, pero the inner me don't want to take off the 'notreplyingyetIamhavingahardtimetoexist' crown, I could but I wouldn't kasi ayaw ko naman siyang disturbohin, I mean there are factors I should consider, right?

Like you know, busy siya sa upcoming acquaintance party- right! I could ask about the party!

I was about to send her a message ng biglang nag text si Wayne, saying ililibre niya raw ako ng lunch.

So I decided to go with him, delaying what I can do in a single click, I know I was just making excuses, but Wayne asking me for lunch seems valid enough.

Nagkita kami sa park ni Wayne pero my mind is still thinking about her.

I'm laughing and making jokes but Sabrina keeps popping inside my head.

Is this some sort of disease?

I haven't really thought about a single person this much.

Maybe I was just bothered, the distance between us was almost closed but then I ruined it that night, it felt nice keeping everything off my chest pero lahat talaga may kapalit. I don't want Sabrina to treat me differently, but the problem is me, I can't seem to figure out how to treat her.

Naiinis ako sa sarili ko.

"Jo ang lalim yata ng iniisip mo?" Wayne woke me up from trance

"Ah may naalala lang"

"Ang tanong, sino?"

"Ha?"

"Sabi ko sinong nasa utak mo? , kanina ka pa wala sa sarili mo eh"

"ba't mo naman nasabi eh halos magda-dalawang oras na tayong chika ng chika"

"Kaya nga, kung wala kang problema eh aabutin pa tayo dito ng magdamag without noticing the time pero tingnan mo"

"Gago hindi naman ako ganiyan ka chismosa"

"Hahaha"

"loko"

"Punta tayong mall Jo?"

"kapagod na way"

"Magmo-mokmuk ka na naman sa kwarto mo? mamasyal nalang tayo!"

Inirapan ko siya "ayaw ko nga!"

"Sige ka...ayaw mo pala ha."

"tangina, itikom mo nga 'yang nguso mo.. don't you dare Wayne, talagang hm hindi ko alam magagawa ko ha"

He was slowly thrusting out his lips knowing I really hate it when he does that, nakakapikon eh ang laswa!

"Fine!"

Agad siyang ngumisi ng nakakaloko "Got ya!"

"Oo na bwesit"

Mabuti nalang walking distance lang ang mall from park kaya naman we arrived agad-agad.

"So ano na?"

"Punta tayong bookstore"

"sus apaka pick me mo naman Way, alam naman natin na nagpapa-impress ka lang sa mga book nerds 'dun, mahiya ka nga"

"Sabi ko nga mag milktea nalang tayo, napaka kj mo"

I rolled my eyes at him, we decided na pumunta nalang sa SB, I was tailing behind him and while walking on the way there biglang natigil si waway sa paglalakad dahilan ng pagkauntog ko sa likoran niya, hinaplos ko ang noo ko "Ano ba 'yan Way?" sininghapan ko siya "bigla bigla nalang tumitigil eh"

He was quiet and he didn't move a muscle that made me wonder "Just what is going on?" I said impatiently, at ng tiningnan ko ang tila kumuha sa atensyon niya, I was surprised

"Sab?" I gasped

"Jo?" Sabrina responded

"Kuya?" our attention went to Gia

"Gia?" Wayne was obviously stunned too

"Shiloh?" Sab call on her who appears to be hiding behind Gia

"ahm, Damian?" Sabat ng hindi ko kilala pero mukhang afam

If you're asking what in the world is going on? apparently nag cross ang mga landas namin dito sa mall, Gia was with Shiloh and I'm gonna fucking juice her out later, I mean what was she doing with her junior? running with errands? It's the weekend for Christ sake and aside from that bakit hindi niya ako sinama? o sinabihan? Kasama parin ako sa chain of command ng buhay niya! Mula kay nanay hanggang sa mga itlog ng mga loko niyang kuya papunta sa akin! Ako ang huling magde-desisyon!

At what's worse, is Sab with this— teka sino ba 'tong kanong 'to? Kung si Chris Evans lang to kahit pa napulot lang 'to sa eskinita eh maintindihan ko pa. At tsaka...what if they're dating? I mean, so what if they are? Anong pake ko? Teka, may pake ba ako?

Maybe that's the reason why we're so distant, baka kasi I'm taking too much of her time, time intended for him...

Ako naman ang hindi nag reply, siguro mabuti narin iyon.

"Hindi ko maintindihan, are you saying you're dating? Like dating-dating?" Joan asked the two girls sitting in front of them, more of interrogating

Gia and Shiloh nodded

"What the... So she's the HER you were talking about earlier? That, my date is on her way.. the HER is Shiloh?" Sabrina questioned, unnecessarily exerting an effort to imitate how Gia said it "and shi, you didn't even bother to tell me?"

Shiloh looked away, giving her a fake smile "kaya nga I didn't tell you kasi I don't want to bother you hehe"

"Seriously, Shiloh?" Sab shook her head in disbelief

"Teka teka, Sab you were with Gia earlier? And you knew, you knew she's dating someone? You were the first one to know?.... not me?" Jo was shocked, saying the last line quietly, she can't believe what she found out, if you could spell what's she's feeling, it's betrayal "Gia?"

"Jo, it's just so happened that we bumped into each other, and I didn't REALLY told her— it just slipped naturally.." Shiloh gave Gia a look after hearing her argument, which made Gia gulped before continuing, now she's talking to Shiloh "I-I mean I don't have a problem telling Sabrina about it beb..." Gia modified her words, sounding a bit defensive, trying to be more careful with the words she's using knowing the love of her life is just beside her and who knows what could the other girl do to her if she sense a hint of denial on Gia's mouth

"BEB?!"  Sab and Jo shouting in sync, in their faces you could see the refusal to believe what they just heard, to them it was — so extreme it's hard to believe; mind-boggling, unimaginable, astonishing.

(The boys was sitting in a bench meters distance from the girls, they're staring at them but can't really grasp the words they're saying—na ikanuot ng mga noo nila. They just sighed and stopped trying.

"Girls" Damian said while sipping a can of coke

Wayne nodded, he couldn't agree more.)

"Ano pa bang gusto ninyong malaman?" Gia asked impassively, she's back to being the unbothered queen that she is

"LAHAT!"

"I mean we don't have the whole day for this guys, so why don't you just let this pass like-"

"Like what Shi? Like what? Tatakas ka na naman? I think I deserve an explanation, I'm your best friend!"

"And me too, Gia!" Jo interrupted

"Fine, calm down the two of you.." gia massaged her temple ,"so what do you want us to do?"

Nagtinginan ang dalawang dilag, of course they won't blow this chance off, of course they won't let this two get away.

Jo can't seem to figure out what's Sab's idea but she noticed how the other girl's lips formed into a curve, the girl has a plan and she just wanna ride along with it.

"We're gonna have a sleepover" she smiled mischievously.
