[Chapter 9]

♥︎Married and Blessed♥︎

Ayan

I almost forget to breathe when my eyes catch the descending figure of my future wife.

She's wearing a saree!

Oh my God, she looks ethereal.

She's rocking that purple and silver saree, the fabric's made of net and it's almost see through beneath the embroideries.

I can see the deep cut of her sleeveless blouse, small part of her breasts are visible, and I don't know if she's just being a tease or what. My heart itches to get my hands on her, and knowing our restrictions end tonight, I can barely keep msyelf at restraint.

Unfortunately, we are pulled apart and don't even have a chance to talk or be close as our relatives keep pulling us away to talk or take picture.

It's frustrating, honestly.

Every time my eyes land on my beautiful fiancé, my stomach tightens and mouth goes dry. Especially when I shot piercing gaze at the exposed part of her boobs.

I can't wait to get my hands on them. But we have already promised each other, we'd do the ultimate deed on our wedding night. To savour that special day and postpone the fun to make the wait even more worth while.

After dinner, we were talking on the stage. Me with my colleagues and Lumira with her friends and other women. Once in every few seconds, I'd peek over my shoulder and stare at her, admiring her beauty in my mind.

So beautiful.

"Ayan." I'm suddenly turned around by a soft, weak voice.

My eyes widen upon seeing Lumira breathing in shallow gasps while swaying. Her eyes fall shut as she tries to touch her head and I jump in to catch her without hesitation as she falls.

"Lumira!" My panicked yell causes everyone to pause and look at us. Our families hurry to gather around us as I lower her on the floor, holding her in my arms. She fainted.

"Lumira? Lumira, wake up. Come on." I cup her face and shake her. Her hands fallen on the sides and my heart races in anxiety.

"Lu, dear, wake up." Her mom calls worriedly.

"I-I'll take her up to the green room, she must have been overwhelmed by the crowd." I say and everyone nods.

I hook my arm under her knees and back, then effortlessly lift her up in my arms in bridal carry. Not sparing anyone else another glance, I carry her upstairs to the green room where she got ready.

Amara helps opening the door as I bring her in and tell her to go and end the party. She nods and leaves, I kick the door shut and gently put Lumira down on the big divan in the room.

"Lumira? Please wake up. You're worrying me." I say and tap her cheek. My concern spikes when she doesn't respond.

Glancing around the room, I spot a glass of water and bring it over, sprinkling some on her face repeatedly till her eyes flutter and she blinks them open.

"Oh thank God." I breathe out a sigh of relief and put away the glass, kneeling next to the divan and holding her hand. "Are you okay?" I ask, caressing her head.

"What happened?" She asks in confusion and looks around the room.

"You fainted, so I brought you here." I inform.

Suddenly she sits up abruptly and gasps.

"Hey, hey, take it easy. You might get dizzy again." I put my hands on her shoulders.

"I- uh." She looks at me guiltily. "I just wanted to spend some time with you." She says.

"What? I mean yeah, me too. But what's that got to do with you passing out?" I sit next to her on the divan.

She hangs her head low and fidgets with her fingers on her lap.

"I faked fainting so I could be alone with you but I guess I fell asleep. I'm sorry for worrying you and everyone." She murmurs sadly.

What the hell?

So this was all an act just to be alone with me? I don't know what to feel about it.

At one point I'm mad at her for making me worried sick, on the other hand, my heart's really tingling because my fiancé can do anything to spend time with me.

"Please don't be mad." She whispers, still looking down at her lap.

I can't help but laugh a little, she's so cute. She looks up hearing my laugh and breaks into a smile too.

"Darling, you're so naughty." I say between laughter, not missing the way her cheeks tint red hearing the pet name.

"So you're not mad?"  She asks with innocence.

I smirk, leaning close to her face and whisper, "Oh I am mad, so much. And you're gonne be punished for that, babe."

She visibly shudders this time, and I notice how she pushes her thighs a little closer.

"Just you wait for the things I'm gonna do to you, little bride." I continue, wanting to spark many more reactions out of her. "You so wanted me touch you, huh? Just wait till I eat that pretty mouth of yours and touch everywhere you want me to till you're moaning my name."

"Ayan.." She whines and her breaths quickened, she's so red in the face and the glazed over look in her eyes makes my pants tighten.

"Let's head home first." I finish and pull away from her, her low whine still ringing in my ears like a broken record, and I can barely control myself.
