Chapter 472 – Evidence

Although she was always worked up about the fact her last name was Xiong (bear), but she probably doesn’t hate bears, especially the cute ones. And that’s why she likes the nickname ‘Winnie’ and wears bear underwear that’s for elementary school students.

“No.” I lowered my voice and said next to her ear: “Your skirt. You’re not wearing the back of your skirt properly.”

Xiong YaoYue felt behind her and realized it, “Ah, so close, I almost exposed myself in public.”

She didn’t seem embarrassed like a normal girl. It was like exposing her underwear was no different than having food stuck around her lips.

After tidying her skirt, Xiong YaoYue spotted a McDonald’s ice cream window nearby and treated me to an ice cream. She said they were having a two for ¥5 sale recently, so it was worth it to buy two.

I felt ashamed after staring at Xiong YaoYue then having her treat me to an ice cream, so I rushed in to pay first, but that still didn’t get rid of my guilty conscience.

I sat with Xiong YaoYue on a bench to eat the ice cream. I stared at a dim star in the sky and it really makes you want to discuss about your future and dreams.

“Ye Lin, did you pay because you saw my underwear?”

Xiong YaoYue asked a question completely unrelated to the future.

I silently nodded with a red face.

Xiong YaoYue lightly punched me once while smiling, “You don’t have to treat me like an outsider, since there’s nothing going on between us. Did you hear Germany set a new law where newborns don’t have to state their gender. I think in the future gender will be like being fat or skinny in the future where it could easily be changed with science.”

Um… I can’t say that Xiong YaoYue has an optimistic view on science, since you can reduce fat with liposuction surgery (but it’s still dangerous and there’s a high mortality rate).

But I was a bit curious, “Winnie, if you could change your gender in the future, which one would you choose?”

“You could take it as a confession, but I’m not confessing who I like, but rather the type I like…” I stared at Xiong YaoYue’s eyes and said seriously, “I like the opposite sex. You were mistaken previously, I am heterosexual, not homosexual.”

“Stop joking around. You just said you were bisexual last week, but now you’re saying you’re heterosexual? Aren’t you changing your sexual orientations too quickly?”

“It’s not quick, it was all a misunderstanding before. I’ve never liked men, I like women, I like women!”

Because I repeated it multiple times and yelled it out loud, a lot of parents with kids avoided me.

Xiong YaoYue let out a panicked shriek, a sound she would usually never let out.

I was less than a centimeter away and I would be able to kiss her youthful lips. But she used her free hand to stop my advance.

What a rough way of stopping me. She wiped her hands on my face and pushed my face far away.

It was the first time I saw Xiong YaoYue blushing.

Xiong YaoYue was embarrassed since she never expected I would actually kiss her.
