IT WAS FOR ETERNITY IF IT WOULD BE SAID TO NOT HAVE SEEN THE FAMILYâ HAZEL WAS IMPATIENT TO AWAIT FOR.
Or them.
She knew they were in need for help and so on, Derek had to just get in a garage and beat some asses for answers.
Hazel stood there outside waiting, thinking if she should actually pop in and join him too but Derek told her not to.
That's when a car barged outside through the garage. Hazel looked up & narrowed her eyes. The car came right beside her to a stop. Derek was inside grinning at her.
Hazel shook her head. "Crazy ass." She walked around before getting in. "What's this?"
Derek looked at her. "Something worth."
A scoff came out of her before they sped off the view, on the way to meet some very good & close acquaintances.
"Just to make sure. We need to split up when it comes to the pack. Which means... you go your way first." Derek said, Hazel looking at him with a hint of understatement.
Clearly, the plan was just beginning.

It was just the arrival of the full moon when Hazel & Derek had left hours of not seeing each other through their plan.
But Hazel was right on her way, sneaking up behind him & a specific Chris standing by a cell gate Derek was trying to open by the lock.
"There's another vault?" Chris questioned.
Derek who was able to unlock it, proudly replied, "More than one Hale, more than one vault."
"Guess I don't count much to that." Chris quickly turned to see Hazel standing there with a grin.
"You."
With a raise of her brows, Hazel shrugged, keeping her grin plastered. "Me."
Derek moved on by walking through the cell gate as the two went after. "I get the need to keep your feet from the fire, but I also can't think you wanna see Beacon Hills burn to the ground." The three walked side by side through the dark walkway by the full moon that dimmed through the trees.
"You're asking me to come back?"
"How about, admitting with great difficulty that we need you?" Chris referred to the both of them.
"I thought we were already on it somehow." Hazel spoke up, clearly a bit confused.
"That sounds more like an Argent." Derek commented.
"And protecting Beacon Hills sounds more like a Hale with his mate striding along." Chris followed his sarcasm.
"Hey, if we go back, it's not for Beacon Hills." Derek turned to Chris. "And there's something we gotta take care of first." He held up the little bottle with liquid inside that he got from Brazil.
"Where did you get that?"
"Whoever murdered that pack in Brazil, they were looking for this." Derek mentioned to it. "And I'm gonna make sure they never find it"
Chris shrugged. "Maybe they want it because it's an antidote." He suggested.
"Is that why Gerard wants it?" Derek challenged, clearly not taking it serious.
"Well that sounds like you already knew the answer." Hazel said.
"So you want us to help you stop him when you're the one who brought him back?" Derek said, just to make Chris look dumbfounded.
"Gerard knew more about the beast than any of us. So, like it or not, he was the ally we needed at the time." Chris said just for Derek to nod & look away. "But you're the one we need right now."
Lights shot on toward them as they looked over to see two cars with FBI agents nearby. "Federal agents!"
"Don't move!"
"Put your hands in the air!"
The three did as they were told as the two agents made their way closer until someone shot them from behind.
But that was no luck when the bullets somehow hit every three of them too. They fell down the ground, grunting in pain.
The bottle that was important to them fell a couple inches away from them. The woman that shot thenâ dressed in her FBI jacketâ pulled her cap off until they couldn't believe their own eyes.
Kate.
Her foot stepped in the way of Derek's hand that tried to get the bottle. "Hey handsome." She grabbed the little bottle. "Miss me?"
Hazel clenched her fists, ready to already pull her heart out & fist it in her palms do right there was no way for her to ever return.

So, I apologize for that, but let's move on from that now shall we?? Wait for another chapter (you won't wait another year dw) thank u guys for being kinda patient tho! :)
