THURSDAY, AUGUST 24TH

"HOLY SHIT! CAMERON?" RONI LOOKED up and her eyes widened as she saw the girl she thought she would never see again. Danielle Linchon.

"Danielle? Oh my god!" Roni exclaimed as Danielle ran from behind the counter and wrapped her arms around the younger girl. "How are you back? When did you her back?" Roni rambled in disbelief as she held Danielle tight against her. "Wait..." Roni pulled back and glared at the girl infront of her as she remembered what happened before Danielle left. "Why are you back?" Roni asked making Danielle wince slightly.

"So, what can I get you?" Danielle asked as she walked behind the counter.

"Danielle." Roni stated making Danielle shake her head.

"What can I get you?" Danielle asked making Roni scoff. Roni looked over to where Embry stood awkwardly and motioned for him to come over.

"I'll get a double chocolate frappuccino and he'll get a carnal macchiato." Roni stated. Her eye twitching slightly as Danielle acted as if nothing was wrong with this situation.

"That will be eight dollars and forty-nine cents" Roni handed her the money while Embry made a noise of complaint that went unnoticed. "Okay, that will be out in a few minutes." Danielle smiled at the pair before walking away. Roni scoffed and pulled Embry away.

"Who was that?" Embry asked as the sat down.

"Her name is Danielle Linchon. She lived here until she was sixteen, something happened and then she just randomly packed up her shit and moved away without telling anyone. I had to find out through our principal." Roni scoffed. Embry's eyes furrowed slightly, he could feel Roni's anger coursing through him. Something he was never able to do before. Roni looked at Embry before her glare turned into a sad look. "I'm sorry for ruining this."

"You didn't ruin anything. She did." Embry glanced at the waitress before looking back at Roni. He could feel Roni's emotions for Danielle. And if Roni didn't like her, neither did he. "But let's not focus on that. So, how was work this week?" Embry changed the subject making Roni smile in relief.

"It was good! I got a new client! And he's like mega rich so he tips me really good." Roni grinned. "Like last week! It was the first time he came in. He needed his battery changed which was already one-hundred and seventy bucks. But he told and I quote 'I'm surprised a kid your age, nonetheless a girl, knows so much about cars at your age' and gave me a seventy-five dollar tip! Can you believe that!" Embry grinned as Roni spoke. "At this rate I might be able to go back to school this year."

"What do you mean?" Embry asked as he stared at the girl infront of him.

"Oh shit. I said too much. Just forget I said that." Roni quickly told him. But before Embry could say anything, Danielle came with their drinks.

"Here you go. Have a good day." Danielle smiled before walking away. Embry was sure is looks could kill, Danielle would be dead as Roni death stared her as she walked away from the table.

"You want to get out of here? I don't think any of the guys are going to the beach today." Embry asked as they both finished their drinks.

"Yes please." Roni groaned as she stood up. "Come on, to the beach we go." Roni grabbed Embrys hands and pulled him out the door.

"I'll run you home so you can grab your swim suit." Embry stated as he started the car.

"About that..." Embry looked over at Roni, she wore a innocent smile. "I don't have one."

"How do you go swimming then?" Embry chuckled as he put the car in drive.

"In a bra and shorts" Roni admitted making Embry's turn slightly pink.

"Then I'll take you home so you can get a change of clothes." Embry stated. "Or, I have some clothes in the back if you want those. They're most likely going to be huge on you."

"I'll take the change of clothes in the back. I don't want to go home until I have to." Embry nodded and continued to drive.
