Chapter 193 I blinked really slow, taking in the sight before my eyes. A handsome man and an angelic fairy duo were giving me Disney vibes.

My former guess about them being a couple was strongly challenged by their similarity in apperances. I was dumbfounded to see the identical silky blonde hair, clear attractive eyes, and delicate facial features.

The identity of the girl short–circuited my brain, breaking my trance as Aaron uttered her name.

“You are late, Sienna!”

Yes!

Sienna!

The same Sienna I waited to meet for the entire day was that mystery man’s side, tugging his arm coquettishly. She pouted as he feigned anger and scolded her.

“I was standing outside your office for half an hour. Where were you?”

“I was about to come, Aaron. But a last–minute important file delayed my off time.

I am sorry. It won’t happen again”

Sienna held her ears, messing her hair a bit, Aaron tucked a stray lock behind her ear and smiled lovingly.

“Alright. I will let it slip once. You know how much I hate tardiness”

During their interaction, they completely ignored that I was awkwardly watching their conversation, arguing like two fluffy cats. I wanted to believe that they were a couple in love and this was a lovers‘ quarrel. But their resemblance was telling me a different story, not letting me feel the happiness of catching Bright’s so–called fiancé with her boyfriend.

I was striving my best to form any connection between my assumption and reality when Sienna finally noticed me. Her hand flew to her mouth as she screamed involuntarily.

“OMG! Such a gorgeous girl. Is she the one you are hiding from me, Aaron?”

She swiftly left Aaron’s arm and walked around me to examine my outfit and gasped.

“Simple yet elegant style, beautiful face. But alas!”

Her face turned gloomy all of a sudden as she spoke sadly.

“What a pity that such a gorgeous woman has a major eye problem.

That’s why she is with my good–for–nothing brother”

Christ on a bike!

Brother?

My eyes bulged out of their sockets as I stood unblinkingly, awaiting an explanation to wrap my head around this reality. This revelation was too much for me to handle at once.

Sienna Lockwood had a brother?

Why didn’t I know about him?

Before coming here, I searched online about Lockwood’s family heirs and there was no Aaron mentioned in the list, misguiding me. He wasn’t in the short clip of Wilson family’s farmhouse party as well.

Perhaps, it was a heaven’s message for me to stop relying on websites and consult actual people to search about someone. I could have avoided today’s uncanny encounter if I had directly asked Bright about Sienna’s family.

He didn’t have her contact information, but he must have met her brother. I wouldn’t be embarrassed like this for considering them a couple due to 10:08 The Black Swan’s Final Revenge Pirouette The 99th Game Was Mine All Along $5.7%

Chapter 193 their frankness.

Wishing the earth to split open and swallow me as a whole, I lowered my head in shame. Aaron’s deep voice résounded in my ears, “Stop it, Sienna. You are making her uncomfortable!”

Well, no!

I was unsettled because of my own supposition, but I couldn’t dare to say it out loud. Instead, I chuckled nervously.

“I–It’s nothing like that”

Luckily, they didn’t press on it and moved on quickly, Sienna introduced herself enthusiastically.

“Hi, I am Aaron’s little sister, Sienna Lockwood. What’s your name?

How did you two meet? I want every single detail”

Speaking gleefully, Sienna was like a common younger sister, thrilled to meet her brother’s hidden girlfriend. Her unadulterated joy made me dream about my knight, Henry. My reaction wouldn’t be different from her seeing his precious girl, the one who was ruling his heart silently.

Feeling at ease now, I stretched my hand for a handshake and smiled pleasantly.

“I am Laura Becker. It’s a pleasure meeting you, Sienna”

I looked up at Aaron and found him silently waiting for my rectification, so I said, “Aaron and I aren’t a thing, Sienna. In fact, we met just an hour ago”

Sienna narrowed her eyes, shifting her gaze from my face to Aaron. Her voice was laden with suspicion as she pointed her finger towards my imaginary boyfriend.

“Hah! So, you have taught her a fake story to confuse me.

But let me tell you one thing, I am not going to be fooled, Aaron.

Spill the beans now!”
