"Jam, you ready?" I asked him looking at my watch."Yeah...yeah...I'm coming" he came out tucking his shirt under his pants."Come on, we can't be late to the premier"."Relax! We have 10 more minutes in our hands" he tied his shoes."There will be, Benjamin Huff, Right?" I asked him with a pinch of excitement."Yes, Ana for the nth time, yes" he replied in an irritated tone.We've been invited to Director  Stephen's movie premiere. We became friends after interviewing him, so he sent us an invitation. At first, I thought to turn it down. But when I heard Benjamin Huff is also invited, I grabbed the offer.Benjamin Huff, a famous actor in Hollywood. His movies will motivate you to achieve greater heights and his acting, no words to explain it. He can get into any character casually and can switch his personalities within a minute. I grew up watching his films. Now almost he is on the verge of retirement. He is on my bucket list- At least once to meet him in real and now it's gonna happen."That's why I'm hurrying you up, Idiot! Fans stood behind the barricade waiting for their favourite stars to show up. We reached the entrance and showed our invitation to the security guard. He nodded and handed us Tags. We bought it and moved inside. The walkway is covered by a long red carpet and large high banners stood erect showing film title and poster."Umm...Where are our guys?" I asked Jamie."Daniel and Mindy are here" he pointed at them.We went near them, they were discussing something seriously and stopped that when they spotted us."Hello guys, Is everything ready?""Yes, Thomas" Daniel assured."Good, give good importance to this".They both nodded. After few seconds slowly, the flim crew started to show up m cameras flashed them and they gave a good pose."Jam, Why the hell Mr Huff is taking this long?" I asked while my legs started to dance on the floor uneasily."Well, he may have some works to take care of, not like us" he replied.I stared at him, "Are you saying that we are wasting our time here?""Then, What we are doing? At least, if we go inside, we can get popcorn and coke".I ignored his comments and focused on the entrance. After a second, I saw him coming inside.What the fuck he is doing here? My breath became rapid and heavy. My legs started to shiver under my weight. Stay calm! Stay calm! I convinced myself. I requested my eyes to face the other direction. But it didn't move away from him. It was terrified and shocked as like me, unexpecting this. Shit! How the fuck I forgot to check this? Oh yeah! Enthusiasm killed my sense.My eyes viewed him from top to bottom. He was wearing a charcoal tuxedo and his jawline is entirely covered with beard. His pink lips are surrounded by a moustache that joined the beard. He is not the same as the year before. His eyes lost their glow and looked like it lost something. His face was pale and lost. His body became extra bulky, I think he transferred all his focus on the workout. His hair is trimmed into a lowfade slicked back.He stood in front of cameras and gave a pose tucking his hand inside his pocket. I swallowed hard, my eyes moistened seeing him. Fuck! Ana! No, don't show you are weak before him. I turned back to Jamie before he can spot me.Jamie asked me, "Ana, what? You seem tense?""Do you know that he is coming here? That's why you bought me here?" I grinded my teeth.He tilted his head and spotted him, "No, Ana. I swear, I don't know" he looked sincere.I let out few deep breaths. My mind flashed flashbacks of him which made tears to roll out of my eyes. I wiped it away swiftly before anyone can spot it."Ana, please don't do anything. Don't care about him. Look, Stephen is signalling us. Come, let's meet him" he grabbed my hands.I nodded and tried to move away. But at the same time, Mr Huff came out of his car."Umm...Jam is here. You go, I'll join you after talking to him".He looked at me and Chris, "You sure?"I nodded tucking my hair behind, "Yeah...yeah...just go".He left me alone. I waited for Mr Huff, while he signed autographs for his fans. Chris saw me, Ana! Don't run! Don't run! One day you need to see him. This is that day. Put on a brave face. You need to show that you are fine without him. So take a deep breath and be steady. I encourage myself not to run towards Jamie.He started to walk towards me, fans screamed his name on top of their lungs. I clenched my skirt tightly and let out a breath again. His walk was unsteady, fuck! He is drunk! Shit! His fucking anxiety! The crowd...! No...No...I need to escape before he can do anything. I tried to take a step, but a reporter came in between us and stopped him. I let out a relaxed breath and waited for Mr Huff. But I couldn't stop eavesdropping on them."So Chris," that lady reporter asked him in her sweet voice, "What do you have to say about this movie?""Oh! Oh! Oh! The movie! It's...it's..." He slurred, "Fantastic" he stood unsteadily moving his legs restlessly, "I...I...am happy for Stephen" he smiled."How is your girlfriend? Fans are eager to know with whom you are going to settle down" she understood that he is drunk and took advantage of that."Ugh...oh...oh...oh...no...no...no...that" he tried to cover the mic, "No...no..." He started to move front and back unsteadily and giggled, "I...I...umm...I can't...I can't" he stammered. I don't want to upset them" he gave a flying kiss to his fans, they shouted back."Alright then, why don't you tell me about your upcoming movies? Is there anything special?""Yeah...yeah...I can say that" he smiled, "You...can have anything you need" he chuckled.No! No! No! He is giving out spoilers. He needs to be stopped. I looked for Jamie, he was busy talking with others. Daniel and Mindy were also talking with other celebrities. Shit! Where the hell is this Chuck?At the same time, Mr Huff came towards me. This is the perfect chance to meet him, but Chris he is gonna spoil his movie. What to do? I sighed and made a decision, I went near Chris.I called his name in a calm voice, "Chris?"He looked at me and was surprised, "Ana" his eyes smiled, "Omg! You...you came back?" He hugged me tightly. She was irked and disappointed for interfering with them. I excused her, she moved to others staring at me.His cedarwood scent engulfed me and it made my heart bleed. It begged me to hug him back. No! No! Don't fall into this trap. I came back to my sense and moved away from him, "Umm...There...Jamie is asking you. Why don't you go there?""Sure, but you need to come with me".I became uneasy, but he interlocked my hands with me, "I cannot lose you again" his voice sounded sincere.Fuck! I don't wanna make a scene. I nodded and went with him. Jamie was shocked to see me with him.Chris spoke, "Jamie, you want to meet me?" He giggled.I tried to remove my hands from his grip. But he held me tight."Umm...yeah...I" Jamie looked at me still he unbelieving his eyes, "I was about to say that movie premiere started"."Okay then, what are we waiting for? Let's head inside" he smiled."Umm...Can you give me and Ana a second?"He looked at me and sighed, "But she'll leave me If I let her"."No, she won't. Tell him, Ana" Jamie looked at me."Umm...yeah...I won't" I said uneasily.His lips curled up, "Okay then," he kissed my head, "See you inside, love you" he went inside adjusting his tuxedo.After ensuring he left, Jamie opened his mouth. I stopped him, "I know what you are going to ask. He was drunk and the reporter took advantage of it. I saved him from embarrassment, nothing more. It's my professional ethics, I would have helped anyone in that spot. So don't try to convince me" I let out a breath, "I'm going back"."Woah! What about, Mr Huff?""I'm not in the mood"."Ok, we can go back"."No, Stephen invited us. So, stay with him. Don't worry, I'll take the tube".I didn't wait for his reply and came out of the crowd.Fuck! Why the hell he is making this hard for me? I couldn't stop thinking about him. He kissed me and I didn't stop him. I felt the same butterflies when he interlocked his warms hands with me. He loves me, No...No...No I don't want him to love me. I want to move on. But now, I couldn't. The good memories we shared started to revolve around my mind.After three hours,     Jamie came to my cabin, "Ana, Look What I got for you" he handed me a paper. It had an autograph of Huff with my name, "Omg! Jamie! How do you get this?""After the end of the movie premiere, I caught him and told him how big a fan you are Also," he stopped for a second, "He is ready to give an interview for us".I would jumped around hearing this. But now, it didn't excite me, "Thanks, Jamie" I thanked him with a smile.He sighed, "You can yell at me if you want, but I need to say this. You sabotaged your ideal to save Chris from embarrassment who you don't love" he air quoted with his fingers.I didn't reply."All I want to say is don't punish him for a long cause he can't take it" he left the cabin saying it.Jamie came out and his phone rang. He answered it, "Yes, Chris?""Jamie, she accepted Benjamin's interview and autograph?" He asked me eagerly."Yes, she is happy. But I didn't say that you arranged it"."It's okay. She is happy seeing it, that's all I need" he replied in an empty tone."Chris" Jamie sighed, "I'm supporting you because I believe you won't hurt her anymore"."No...No...I won't" he ensured it."Good. If you plan to do it again, I'll kill you with my bare hands and I can't forgive me for asking her to give you another chance" he hung up.Meanwhile Collins,     Collin stared at Ana's photo. Look, how you have grown up young lady! You look exactly like your mother. I would love to have you with me. But now, you are turning into trouble.He burned her photo with his lighter. So sorry my dear! You need to leave this world before you can reveal me to this world. But before that, I'll touch you once...one last time. He let out his evil grin.
