(Chapter 1) A Neko and Vampire

Y/N POV

I was sitting on a bench waiting for a bus to pick me up to take me to Yokai Academy while thinking of taking a nap but the bus arrived before I could.

The doors slowly propped open releasing some smoke, I poke my head in to see a creepy looking guy.

Bus driver: You going to Yokai kid?

Y/n: yes.

I step onto the bus and see it almost empty but saw the only other person sitting at the back so I took a seat near the front to get off quicker.

I heard the other kid at the back talking to someone until we entered a tunnel and he examined saying he lost reception and from there on the rest of the ride was silent before the bus came to a halt jerked forward in the process.

Seems we arrived. Getting off I was about to leave but the bus driver stops me and the other guy caught up.

Bus driver: Careful kids Yokai Academy is a scary ass place.

???: Huh?

Y/n: I'll keep that in mind thanks.

After that the bus left and I looked around looking for a path to lead me to Yokai and low and be hold I spotted a dirt path leading to some creepy looking woods. I started walking there.

The guy followed closely behind not wanting to be left alone in this scary area, maybe. When we were walking through the forest the guy decided to introduce himself.

Tsukune: Hi my name is Tsukune Aono what's yours?

Y/n: Y/n L/n.

I stopped hearing a noise approaching us. As soon as I stopped so did Tsukune.

The noise was getting louder until I recognized it as a bike. A bike that was getting dangerously close to us...

Tsukune: What's wrong?

I shove Tsukune out of the way and proceed to get nailed in the face by a bike wheel. I get sent tumbling and rolling to the dirt floor with something tangled with me.

That something turned out to be someone as my vision focused seeing a girl with pink hair.

I quickly get up and Tsukune comes over to see if I was alright.

Tsukune: Hey are you alright? That looked like it hurt.

I nod my head.

Y/n: My head stings but I'll be fine really.

???: I'm sorry i just suddenly got all dizzy..

She said opening her eyes and lands her gaze on me. Those emerald colored eyes stared at me until her cheeks heated up a shade of red.

Y/n: It's cool.

That's when the side of my forehead started bleeding making the girl freak out again before she took out a tissue and started to clean the blood off.

Y/n: What's your name?

Moka: Oh, I'm Moka Akashiya! And I'm a vampire.

Y/n: I'm y/n.

'Wait what did she say after?'

As she was cleaning the blood she stops and starts to sniff it...before leaning in and grabbing me by the cheeks and bites my neck before drinking my blood.

When she was done I stood up and dusted myself off before seeing she was wearing the Yokai uniform for the females.

Y/n: See you both later.

I walked off hearing Moka ask Tsukune if I was angry to which Tsukune said he doesn't know as he only met me today and hasn't seen my expression change.

Timeskip

I was sitting in class in front of Tsukune and was chilling when the teacher started explaining the rules.

Hearing movements behind me I look back seeing Tsukune freaking out.

It was until Nekonome said that this school is for monsters that Tsukune really started to freak out.

Nekonome: As of now, the world is under control of humans and for us to survive we have to coexist with them!

'Good luck with that' I say still looking at Tsukune.

Nekonome: For that reason rule one is: All students must be in their human form unless special situations arise, this counts for us teachers as well.

'Well oki' i keep looking at Tsukune.

Nekonome: Rule 2! No other students should show their true form. Understand?

'Nya'

???: Boring rules.

Nekonome: You are..Komiya Saizou.

'Ew, bully' I think glancing over at him.

Saizou: why don't we just eat the humans?

Nekonome: You shouldn't do that. Because the school's staff and students from head to toe are all monsters. We're inside a secret barrier and any unsuspecting humans who enter will be killed immediately!

Tsukune drops his book but quickly picks it up and covers his face from Saizou.

Saizou: Say what you want but I swear I've been smelling a human this entire time.

That was the last straw as Tsukune's face went pale and I started to piece the pieces together.

'Oh Tsukune is human, no wonder he's acting scared' I shake my head.

Y/n: Nah bro that's just you since you probably didn't take a bath this morning.

That got him to shut up as some students started to laugh quietly. That is when moka showed up and introduces herself.

I lower myself to my seat as moka's eyes land on Tsukune as she lunges at him.

'Whew! Close one-'

Moka: Y/n you're here too! I'm so glad we have the same class together!

Moka process to crush me in a hug.

Timeskip

During lunch Moka was clinging to Tsukune as I followed close behind seeing the stares Tsukune got from male students made me grateful that moka didn't cling to me.

We then gathered around a vending machine to get drinks when moka accidentally launched Tsukune into a wall.

I pry him out of it.

The guy from earlier Saizou shows up and grabbed Tsukune and me by the collar.

Moka: No let them go!

Saizou: What's a pretty girl like you hanging out with this two morons? How about you ditch them and hang out with me.

He threw Tsukune towards the vending machine damaging it as drinks spilled out from it.

Moka: Tsukune!

He was about to throw me too until I crushed his wrist forcing him to drop me.

I was then grabbed by moka and dragged off who I in return grabbed Tsukune.

Later

We were now on the roof cooling off after what happened and i was looking up at the sky as moka and Tsukune continued to talk about stuff. I let out a yawn and moka showed us the cross and Tsukune being Tsukune freaked out because of were it was (her chest).

I look into the red gem in the center I saw a different moka with silver hair and red eyes looking at me. Creepy?

Moka then talks about only drinking tomato juice and blood transfusions packs until she sucked mind today. I look at her tiredly before she holds my face and looks me in the eyes and leans in closer to my neck but stops when we turn to Tsukune who began running for his life.

Moka dragged me after him and we began searching for him until finding him at the gates with his stuff packed. Moka tries to stop him but Tsubaki says that he didn't want to be friends with monsters that really hurt moka's feelings, even mine a little. He runs off and Moka once again grabbed my wrist and dragged me after him.

Chasing after Tsukune was not easy since he already had a head start and me and moka were far behind. A unknown force hit me into a tree almost knocking me out until noticing that the force that hit me was Saizou who changed into monster form. His tongue goes to grab moka but instead grabs me and flung me to another tree as I slammed into it.

Moka: Y/N!

Tsukune then shows up to help, not much he could do..and there he goes flying through trees.

I push myself up to then receive a kick and fall down the cliff like Tsukune.

I roll next to him with my blank expression and limbs wide open.

Y/n: That hurt.

Tsukune: Yeah let's not do that again.

Moka shows up to help us when I reach out my hand for her to hopefully help me up when my hand actually grab onto the rosary and pulled it...

Moka: The rosary it came off.

Y/n: Well that can't be good.

Bats then pry off of her before all of them fly away revealing a scary and beautiful moka.

Inner moka: So your the one who woke me?

Saizou: That silver hair! Blood red eyes and aura! It's a real class super monster, a vampire!

The rest of the fight was over with moka delivering a kick to Saizou and knocks him out after that with some weird bat saying something. She then walked over to us and told us to look out for her outer self.

Tsukune passed out and moka looks at me.

I myself look at the rosary and back at her.

Inner moka: I'm a bit parched and could use some blood.

She then proceeded to grab me and hold me into a hug as she sucks my blood. After she was done she put the rosary back on and pink haired moka was back. I gently set her down and pull out a candy from my pocket and start to eat it.
