Author's pov:
Here 7 year old ayansh was in his bhaiyas lap crying because he scored a little less marks than his sister. Their parents consoling the crying child . And there she was , little Ayesha in her short hair trying to hug her crying twin only to get pushed away
" Don't come near me , sha-sha, y.you're a big meany! You got more marks than me and now you want to make me jealous, I hate you. " The words seemed innocent and naive to their parents and Reyansh but for Ayesha's little mind they were worse than anything .
" No ayansh, I'd never do that it's soo meany thing to do , I just wanted to hug you , it's okay I'll score less numbers next time or maybe next time you'll score more than me . I.it was just a test P.please don't push me away" little Ayesha's eyes had tears , she needed some reassurance that she did nothing wrong .
" Don't mind Ayesha, beta . We'll reduce her marks to less than yours , okay. Then you'll be the class topper , amd for me you're a topper not Ayesha." said Mrs. Anjali Raghuwanshi, their mother , a narrow minded person who just loved her sons.
" Yes see now I'll punish her also . Ayesha! Go to your room and no lunch for you today ! " said Mr. Manish Raghuwanshi, although he didn't hated Ayesha yet it was no secret he loved his sons more .
" D.dad b.but-" Ayesha tried to say
" Go to your room . Ayesha. Now . Please. You already caused scene." It was her bhai . Reyansh Raghuwanshi. He never called Ayesha by her name , no , she was his little dove , his sweetheart, he babylove . It hurted her to hear him call her by her name and not to even console her , she had tears in her eyes too! Was it not visible.
And she went to her room , she didn't cry , no , because she was too shocked to even feel emotions .
With Ayansh , they tried to convince him to stop crying and took him out to amusement park amd restaurant, without Ayesha. No body remembered her , as if she never matters.
Ayesha waited in her room ,she was starving , she didn't eat anything at all , as they were all too busy to feed the poor kid . But no one came .
It was now 10 pm when they returned, Ayansh had a bunny cap and a balloon . He was in Reyansh's arms , their parents settled in the dining hall.
That's when it strikes Reyansh that Ayesha was alone cold and starving . He got in her room and saw her studying quietly, her cheeks had tears stains but she seemed emotionless until she saw her bhai .
" I'm s,sorry P.please I'll n.not study, I'll n.not score m.more than Ayansh " the words shattered his hearts .
He hugged her tightly " I'm sorry ,babylove . I'm sorry please forgive me I'm sorry " he kissed her cheeks and took her in his arms " you ate something?" " Dad said no food for Ayesha " " I'm sorry sweetheart come I'll feed you "
" where were you all gone bhai?" That's the question he dreaded " t.to a.amusement p.park , you know Ayansh was crying baby we had to console him , I'm sorry baby I'll take you there tomorrow, please forgive your bhai ."
He curious eyes got glossy" d,did you bring me something? " " No we forgot, anyway Ayansh would've been more sad if we bought you something babydove, we'll buy something tomorrow for you , okay?"
She was now quiet , as she saw ayansh surrounded with toys she just turned her head away and ate the burnt sandwich that Reyansh prepared, they had fun while she cried, she was starving while they had delicious meal . That's the day they broke her heart for the first time .
