A GOLDEN BOY is meant to be someone who has a flaxen aura, a good guy with quintessential looks. But Helius Gray having that title didn't sit right with who he really is, he seemed like everything but a golden boy.

Devon Academy was being conned by him. They're under the belief that Helius Gray is more beautiful than he really is, he is a prime example of kalopsia but nobody is ready to believe that. His glorious looks and exemplary smile seemed like a deception. His faultless smile and consummate looks were enough to fool a whole continent.

Helius Gray lived as if his world was filled with colour when in reality all he could ever witness was sepia. He's only nice because he has to be nice, his image was deeply crafted by his parents to be torn apart. This golden boy who is thought to only shed golden tears, this golden boy who is thought to bear a golden spear is, in fact, a lost boy who sheds silver tears.

"Vote me, Helius Gray, to be this year's student body president." he forces a faultless smile, covering his boredom with ease. His words alone cause the whole room to applaud loudly, people loved the golden boy, after all, there was nothing wrong with the golden boy. The golden boy was majestic, he was virtuous.

As he steps down from the stage, he loses his bright smile almost instantaneously. The reason he was attempting to be the student body president was so he could add to his parents' impeccable reputation, which he despised wholeheartedly.

"Sooner or later everyone will realise how much of a liar you are." Luca Valdez bittersweetly comments. The caramel haired boy simply throws Helius an exigent gaze which causes him to respond.

A liar. The golden boy with a flaxen personality was, in fact, a liar. That would make several tabloids in Devon Academy if someone was to hear this distinctive conversation. And to both the billionaires' bad boys club members luck, there was someone listening.

That someone was Normani Blaze: a gossip girl who is known for her numerous tabloids on the rich kids of Devon Academy.

The sound of a tape recorder being on was not caught by the two boys but caught by another. Normani, who was recording the whole conversation wasn't aware of Jumin Xu: who was watching with a bemused expression.

"Nobody will find out unless I wanted them to." Helius says with an unlighted expression which causes Luca to throw his head back in amusement, Luca is very capable of making people find out about Helius' secret.

"Want is a strong word Helius, you shouldn't throw it around like that," Luca says smoothly, his gaze was focused on Normani Blaze, he knew she was recording this whole conversation. "If I wanted to, I could tell people but since you're a member of this club, I won't."

Helius clenches his jaw at Luca's conflicting statement, although he disliked Luca he respected him too. "I appreciate that." he responds calmly, not attempting to burst out. He can't expose his real persona, he has to keep this act on.

Even if Luca Valdez knows he's a liar.

He'll continue lying.

Jumin walks towards the beautiful dark skin gossip girl with a blank expression imprinted on to his ethereal face. Normani Blaze, who was so focused on Luca and Helius doesn't realise the aloof Jumin Xu is behind her.

"There's people in the world who can't help but intrude in other peoples' business but then get angry when someone intrudes their business." Jumin states, striking fear on to Normani who widens her eyes, right, she just realised the billionaire bad boy member is right behind her.

She takes a step forward, creating a huge gap between her and the fearsome raven haired boy. "I was just sitting down!" she lies, her voice raising a few pitches. Jumin scoffs, his cold, menacing eyes scan her in distaste, that's right; Jumin Xu hates liars.

And most importantly he hates being lied to.

"Yeah I was just watching you pull out a large tape recorder," he says sarcastically, snatching the tape recorder from behind Normani's back. He tosses it on the ground, crushing it with his foot in the matter of seconds.

From a distance, Luca Valdez had an infamous smirk on his face. He knew Jumin was watching the gossip girl, once again, the billionaire bad boys win. And nobody, nobody will ever be able to expose them for who they really are.

"I'm sorry, I really am, I was desperate for information!" Normani begs, her deep brown eyes were almost pleading for Jumin to forgive and forget. But he doesn't. He looks at her with a steel glint in his eyes, he had no mercy for her, not at all.

He runs a hand through his lustrous brown hair, causing Normani to swoon, after all, he was an elysian person. "Today's your last day at this school," his words cause Normani to widen her eyes; remorse was encrypted all over her face. "If I see you again, your family will be stripped of their wealth."

His dominant words cause Normani to drop her jaw in surprise, she couldn't lose her place in this school, her parents paid more than 500,000 dollars to keep her in this school. And now some billionaire brat is forcing her to leave just because she wanted to expose these billionaire rats for who they really are.

Normani drops her false act of innocence. "Do it, I dare you Jumin." her words were laced with poison, she knew so much about these billionaire rats, they were all capitalist fools who exploited the poor.

Jumin looks at her with revulsion, bending down to pick up the already broken tape recorder. His eyes scan the tape recorder, before slamming it against the bookshelf: breaking it into a thousand small pieces. "I've warned you once, now we wouldn't want to warn you once more." he throws her a sickly sweet expression, causing Normani to feel like throwing up.

No billionaire rat is going to tear her down.

"Warn me again, warn me a thousand times, show me what you can do Xu." she states Jumin's last name in pure disgust, she hated him and his friends. They were cold blooded killers in the modern day social hierarchy which separated the rich from the poor. People shouldn't believe in capitalism they need to believe in socialism.

It's the only way to save society.

Jumin raises his eyebrows at her words, needless to say he was surprised by her words. He's never met an individual who spoke against his words, it seemed so amusing to a guy like him. Sadly, he can't play around too long with the girl since he has important matters to tend to.

"One word is all it takes for your father to lose all his earnings from his successful cleaning business, it's quite pathetic that you got rich from something as disgusting as cleaning other people's clothes, shame on you." Jumin mocks Normani, making fun of her father in the process.

Normani thinks wisely, this boy has the power to make her father's business worth less than a penny. She can't let this happen, just because she hated these guys: she can't let something as petty as her large scale hatred ruin another person's life.

Some other people have to complete this legacy of hers.

Someone needs to expose these billionaire bad boys.

And the right people for this role is none other than Saher Glace & Solar Errendor , her best friends, they knew all about the billionaire bad boys club: more than Normani ever knew. The both of them will single handedly take these billionaire rats down.

"I'll leave, I care about my family, unlike you rich brats, you probably think blood is not thick." her words cause Jumin to glare at her with spite, he didn't care anymore. He hated this girl with a passion and she deserved the worst. He's going to ruin her father's business and leave her with nothing.

And that's what a person gets for disrespecting a billionaire bad boys club member.

i really love normani's character, she's bold & isn't afraid to stand up against a billionaire bad boys member. she reminds me of a friend. (sukai if you're reading this it's about you) anyways, i am glad that you all are enjoying this book as much as i'm enjoying the process of writing it.
