Terrence wants to see me and I have to say I’m happy because I miss him. I just wish, he would be less secretive and also not so close to my cousin. He’s hiding things and I think it’s about her.

“Hey, My gift.” He says pecking my lips. He looks stressed.

“Hey, how are you? Everything is fine, you look worried.” I ask him.

“I need you to come with me. Selina told me that I need to be honest with you and I agree it’s time for you to know the truth, all the truth.”

See again with Selina. Apparently he can’t make a decision without her! This is just too much maybe I should ask to choose between us! I’m too scared, he will choose her over me this is why I didn’t ask him.

“I don’t know if I want to come.” I reply.

“Please! We can’t speak here. It’s not safe.”

“Of course it’s safe, it’s my apartment.”

He sighs: “I’m not who you think I’m.”

“What?!” He is scaring me.

“Do you know why I call you my gift?”

I shake my head.

I nod: ” But I want to see your true self.” I realize I was attracted by him but not as much as I thought I would. So the logical reason is he disguised himself.

“Hi, I’m Lana! It’s nice to finally meet you, after all, I heard about you. This is my friend Asher, I try to come without him but he was too curious!” A petit woman says.

“Do it, Lana.” Terrence, I mean Tom says.

“I will find a solution. You go looking for his memories.” She adds and she runs out of the room.

This is so weird! How do I answer to him?

Okay! I let him guide me in their memories. It’s a bit overwhelmed but it’s giving another point of view of him. I’m taken aback by his sadness and depression after the death of Melissa. I don’t know if he realized that he was dying slowly and without Selina, he would not be here today. Their relationship is still difficult to accept but I know how deep their friendship is. I just have to work on that. Without her, I wouldn’t have my mate now. And if I have met him 2 years ago, I would have just rejected me. Before her, he was not ready to love again.

“Are you okay?” I or Tom in my body is asking me. This is so confusing!

“Yes, he was. And I understand now. I still need time to accept your past with my cousin but I’m okay with your friendship and her position in your life. I will still be jealous but I will work on that.”

“Remind me to never smirk like that! I’m looking ugly.” I tell him.

And I close my eyes and kiss him. It’s weird to not feel his beard but it’s still him. He is shocked by my action at the beginning but quickly in deepens the kiss and it’s becoming hot. Suddenly I’m feeling myself hardening. What?! I stop to kiss him and look at my crotch. Hmm, so this is how it feels?

“Are you checking me out?” Tom says teasing me.

I’m waking up by someone kissing me neck. Oh, my Goddess, we marked and mated each other yesterday night. And it was wow, just wow.
