OLLIE
âDo you want to know how badly I want to take you?â He grabbed my ass. âRemember what I said about taking my time?â
~Oh, noâ¦~ He was planning on doing this for a while.
âYes,â I moaned, arching my back.
âSo impatient.â He held my hips steady as he removed my thong. âDo you want me to take my time, Olivia?â
âNo!â I cried. I couldnât take it anymore.
âNo?â He spread my legs further for his entertainment. âFuck. Look at you.â He caressed my ass softly. âBaby, you are a mess.â
Yes, a drenched mess about to punch him in the throat for making me wait.
He was torturing me!
âJust fuck me already!â I was losing my cool.
His husky laugh made me see red.
Why was this so funny to him?
âJust fuck me already, ~what~?â
Though I could not see his face, I knew he was smirking.
I was beginning to loathe him for real.
I breathed in, moving my pride to the side as the burning need was becoming unbearable.
âJust fuck me already, please. Fuck me!â I put my hands on the bookshelf, my back arched and ready, waiting for him as he stood and squeezed my butt cheeks.
Finally, he was going to fuck me.
I closed my eyes, waiting for the sweet pleasure.
âWhat makes you think there is going to be a next time?â He repeated my words from the hospital, and then he broke contact with my skin.
It was almost painful not feeling his touch on me.
A deep laugh erupted from his lips, mocking me as he stepped away.
Motherfucker! This motherfucker! I should have let them take his car.
âGood night, Olivia.â He looked at my naked body for the last time.
My hands were still holding the bookshelf.
âI am taking this with me.â He clutched my thong in his fist and didnât turn around as he walked out of the room. âA reminder of how much you hate getting wet for me. They are drenched.â
Fucking Darius Rothschild!
I hated that guy.

When I went down to the kitchen the next morning, Vivian was sipping on a Bloody Mary, looking horrible.
Alexander and Sarah sat with her, having breakfast.
The poor girl looked like sheâd gotten beat up at the bar.
Her bruise was red and purple with a shade of green on the side.
~Ouch!~
I sat in front of her. âGood morning,â I muttered. âYou look awful.â
âIt hurts like a bitch,â Vivian confessed, taking another sip.
âWell, good morning to you too, Olivia,â Alexander said. âThere is a video of you rolling around.â He took a bite of his toast.
âWhat video?â I gasped.
Sarah covered her laugh by taking a sip of her coffee.
Alexander pulled his phone out, and I heard my voice over a beat.
âThe one where you called me dumb. It has a million views already.â He put the phone in the middle of the table so everyone could look at it.
I was good; I almost looked like a legit performer.
I blushed while they listened to the part where I called Sarah a blonde, not dumb, a gold digger with a purpose.
Vivian added salt and pepper to her eggs. âDonât be dramatic. She called ~me~ a phony. How did you know I was a virgin, Ollie?â
Obviously, she was joking about it.
Was she?
I looked at Sarah, who looked normal, with no sign of rage or discomfort.
Wasnât she mad?
âAt least you gave me a purpose, and I am not just some dumb random gold digger.â
She was mad.
âThe best part is coming!â Vivian exclaimed.
Darius appeared in the kitchen and asked, âWhat are all of you watching?â
My face got even hotter and surely turned redder than ever.
He saw Vivian and did a double take. âAnd what happened to you?â
Vivian covered her bruise in shame.
I reached to snatch the phone, but Alexander was faster and took it away before I could grab it.
âIs that Olivia?â Darius asked in surprise.
âMean rapper Olivia,â Vivian explained. âShe is bullying the poor kid.â
âSo, this is how you behave in public. No filter, huh?â Darius asked without taking his eyes off the video.
âOkay, guys, I know you are all mad, but I saved the car.â I raised my hand. âWho was the one afraid of having her head cut off? Youâre welcome.â
I turned my head to look at Darius directly. âYes, Vivian bet your car to a teenager, and she lost it.â
âYou took my car? Which one?â Darius asked with barely controlled anger.
~Oh, shit!~ She was in trouble.
âJust the Maybach,â Vivian mumbled, avoiding his eyes and concentrating on her drink.
â~Just the Maybach?~ Itâs a Maybach Exelero. Last time I checked, it went for eight to ten million dollars, and you bet itâ¦on karaoke? Against what?â
Alexander relaxed in his chair, enjoying everything too much.
Fucking ten million? Ten million on the line for fun?
I swallowed hard.
âYou snitch!â Vivian spat at me.
âMe, a snitch? Oh, please, save your words. That is so much better than being a weasel, Vivian!â
âA weasel? Did you just call me a weasel?â Vivian exclaimed.
Sarah jumped in. âHave a sense of humor. She is just a mean rapper, and she meant no harm.â
âGive me my keys,â Darius commanded.
âOlivia took them; she said I shouldnât be allowed to take them anymore.â Vivian closed her eyes and sipped her Bloody Mary.
âOlivia was right.â Darius extended his arm toward me and opened his palm.
He wanted his key back.
I suddenly remembered that he had something I wanted too.
âOnly when you bring me my meds and my book.â I raised my chin.
âI donât have any patience left.â
âMe neither,â I fired back.
âOkay, letâs not fight, please?â Sarah grabbed Alexanderâs hand on top of the table. âCan we have breakfast as a family first?â
âYes, we can have breakfast.â Darius sat beside me.
He placed his left hand on my thigh, squeezing it lightly, sending electricity through my body.
âAnything else I should know about you? Any other secret talent?â
âNo,â I grumbled, shaking his hand away.
He only squeezed harder, though, keeping it in place on my leg.
No one noticed as they were already talking about the next topic: New Yearâs Eve.
âEat, then we will talk.â He gave two little taps on my leg before removing his hand.
~Did he just pet me like a dog?~ I ate in silence, watching them.
Darius put more food on my plate.
What was he doing?
Vivian gave me an amused look as she watched him add another piece of toast to my plate.
âYou cannot take your meds on an empty stomach,â he warned me, âEat.â
I frowned, feeling confused, but ignored him as I continued eating.
âYou donât do that for me anymore, babe,â Sarah complained, looking at Alexander.
Darius looked at me and gave me a secretive look with a closed-mouth smile.
I blushed. My mind was in another realm.
He was making me nervous with this strange behavior.
Sarah stood and Alexander followed. âI need to pack my bags for tomorrow.â They were both walking to the exit.
âYouâre leaving tomorrow already?â My question made her stop.
âDidnât you hear the whole conversation? Thatâs literally what I said five minutes ago.â
âBut I thought we had two more days before I had to get back to the city.â I hid my puppy face.
It was hard to admit how much I wanted to be near her.
It wasnât how we usually behaved as sisters.
Fuck, I was experiencing something new.
The tables had turned and now I was the one who felt left out.
I was needy and my eyes itched.
Was this what it felt like when real tears pooled in your eyes?
âThereâs been a change of plans. I am sure you can stay that extra day with Darius.â She glanced at her manicure, unaware of how I struggled.
From the way she spoke, I sensed she was hiding some information.
I took a long breath, doing my best to blink away any trace of my sad face.
Oh, no⦠Lord have mercy on me! Was I becoming Sarah? Was I a softie now?
I was lost in my thoughts, but I heard her say, âIâll see you in January when I get back from Australia. Weâll hang out in your new apartment, promise.â
My hand went to my chest.
Again that fluttering feeling.
Iâd been feeling strange since Iâd woken up that morning, and my heart was racing.
Sarah waved her hand at me, breaking my trance. âWhy are you so distracted?â
âIt is because they are playing their dirty business under the table,â Vivian arched her eyebrows, looking at Darius.
âThatâs not true!â I exclaimed, feeling another soft blush passing over my cheeks.
To make it worse, Darius placed his hand on top of mine, and I stiffened under his touch.
Everybody saw our hands together on the table and decided to remain quiet, except Vivian.
