Chapter 33: The Elements ❄️

Alankrita's pov :

I woke up feeling cozy in his arms . I saw his innocent, sleepy face . I kissed his bearded chin and tried getting away from his embrace . He whined in his sleep and pulled me even more closer to him .

Ashwin : Please ma , pogaadhe .. 5 minutes .

Saying this he nuzzled more into my neck , while I patted him back to slept ending up myself in a doze .

The bright sunshine again woke me up and I woke him up too . I covered myself and rushed to the restroom to refresh .  I refreshed and went out , only to see him still lying in the bed .

" Ashwineyy , get up and go get ready "  I shook him left to right vigorously , which made him to pull me on to the bed .

I was lying under him and he was above me .

Ashwin :  Morning , Love !

He spoke in his raw yet husky base morning voice , which sent me chills down the spine .

" Apdi pesadha nu sollirkken le ashwineyy"

Ashwin : Epdi ??

" Idho .. indha base voice le .. enaku ulla edho pannudhu "

Ashwin : Seri .. enaku oru kiss kudu .

" Adhellam mudiyathu .. ne poi ready aagu .. veliya polaam "

Ashwin : Ne kudukalena na endhirikka maaten .

" Ashwineyy " I whined

Ashwin : Nee dhan mudivu pannanum .

" Seri close your eyes "

He closed his eyes . I slowly moved towards him and kissed the mole on his neck . As expected he was freezed . I quickly got out of his hold and ran away while he was still in his trance .

After sometime he came out of the bed and walked to the restroom while I was watching TV .

Ashwin : Iru d .. unna vandhu vechukren .

" Adhayum pakalam "

He went inside and continued watching . After sometime , I heard door knob being opened . I didn't mind and was completely endulged into the show .

I heard no sounds of him . I turned to look at him . He had only a single piece of cloth , which was a towel around his waist . Water was dripping from his bare chest . His hair was ruffled and wet .

The smell of his body shower prevailed the room . I kept looking at him , forgetting the world outside . I could feel him nearing me . He bent down and came close to my face and shook his head , causing the water from his hair falling all over face and dress .

" Ashwineyy .. I'm gonna kill you "

Ashwin : I'm ready to die , if you kill me darling .

" When did you become so filmy ?? "

Ashwin : Since I started loving you ..

" Ohhh .. "

Ashwin : Ohhhh ....

We dressed up ourselves and decided to roam around the city .

" Ashwineyy ipo enga porom ??? "

Ashwin : Chamarel !

" Huh ? Apdina ?? "

Ashwin : Adhu oru village ma .. pogumbodhu theriyum ! Adhoda speciality ennanu ..

I was excited about the village to find what was interesting .

We drove towards Chamarel . He parked the car at a distance and asked me to get down . The weather was so pleasing . But I heard sounds of waters from distant .

" Ashwineyy .. inga edhachu beach iruka enna ?? Water sound kekudhu . "

Ashwin : Nee paaka dhane pora .

We walked few steps further .

Ashwin : Anga paaru

I turned my head towards the pointed direction . I squealed in surprise .

It was the Chamarel waterfalls . We stood faraway from the falls which made it look like white threads touching the ground from the skies . More to describe , it was like noodles .

" Ashwineyy semmaya iruku . Thankyou so much "

Ashwin : My pleasure  . He kissed the side of my lips .

We spent some valuable time there .

Ashwin : Seri ipo andha speciality ennanu paaka polama ?

" Polaaame "

We walked back to the car and drove to the place where he suggested .

We got down and he began speaking

Ashwin :  Indha place oda name enna theriyuma ?

I twisted my lips .

Ashwin : Seven Colored Earth .

I was about to ask further , but he showed me the place .

I was gobsmacked to witness the sight .

The sands on the  land was multicolored . I heared him saying that these are due volcanic rocks getting decomposed . The colors were stripped across the earth .  We were not allowed to climb on them , although we were allowed to look at the scenery .

It had seven beautiful colours including our favourite , purple 🥰 .

I turned to see Ashwin . He wasn't there .

I looked down . He was tying his shoe lace . Before I turned back , he pulled one of my leg and kept it on his thighs . I held his shoulders for support .

" Ashwin , ipo na vizhundhurppen ... Enna panringa ?"

He didn't say anything , instead took out two beautiful golden anklets from his pocket .

He wore that on my ankles and kissed my foot .

" Ashwin .. ena panringa .. get up ."

Ashwin : Indha anklets le ennoda heart iruku . Enna konjam selfish ne vechuko .. enaku epome unna suthi irukanum nu aasai . Practical uh paatha mudiyathu le .. adhukaaga dhan , en heart uh un kaal la maati viturken .. enga ponaalum unkoodaye varum .

" En ashwineyy .. enaakaga ivlo panre .. "

Ashwin : Namaku kalyanam anadhu le irundhu , ne dhan enakaga ellame panna . Indha konjam naaluku na pannitu poren .

I made him stand up and hugged him , whispering thanks to the skies and stars for giving him to me .

We spent a long time there . We decided to move to have our lunch .

We drove aimlessly , singing songs like mad people .

After sometime I laid on his shoulders and dozzed off , while he continued driving .

I felt a pat on my cheeks .

Ashwin : Krita .. Ma endhirichuko .

I rubbed my eyes and looked outside the car's window . It was a less secluded area .

" Ashwineyy .. edhuku inga vandhurkom ??? "

Ashwin : Vaa ma solren ..

We stepped out of the car and began walking . The earth had beach sand . Soon we reached a small beach . We sat on the shore without exchanging any words .

He suddenly pulled my hand and kissed the tattoo in my hand .

" Enna Ashwineyy .. unaku neeye kiss kuduthukra ?" I winked saying this .

Ashwin : Illa ma .. unaku evlo valichurkkum idha pannumbodhu ..

" Ayoo .. idha nee 3 years ku aprm kekre "

Ashwin :  Apo enaku theriyadhu la ma .. 🙁

" Seri seri .. chumma sonen ashwineyy 😘 "

Ashwin : Seri vaa .. oru edathuku polaam ..

Saying this he stood up and pulled me . I followed him blindly .

After few steps of walking , I saw some old tribal people sitting with logs of wood .

We went near them . Ashwin asked me to wait and went near an old man and spoke for few minutes .

He came back with the old man . The old man came near me and touched my head and blessed me .

I felt confused but was happy he did it .

Soon , the old man went away from us and arranged some thick wooden logs and started to set fire on the logs .

" Ashwineyy .. is this bonfire or what ? "

Ashwin : Illa ma .. come with me I'll tell you ..

We went near the logs which were burning at a low flame . He took my hands and held it tightly and saw my eyes .

Ashwin : Do you trust me ?

" More than I trust myself ! "

He smiled .

Ashwin : Ipo Namma rendu perum indha logs uh thaandi jump pannanum . Wish edhachum irundha manasula nenachuko .

I blindly believed him and was not afraid to do this and didn't ask him why .

I closed my eyes wished for his happiness and love to remain the same till our deaths .

I opened my eyes , he was seeing me and asked me whether we could jump . I nodded and held his arms tightly and jumped and reached the other side in a jiff .

The old man again came and blessed us and said something in Morisien .

I looked at Ashwin . He gave me a smile and thanked the old man and he left .

" Ashwineyy avaru enna sonnaru ? And why did we do this ? "

I , all this time was seeing him , mesmerized .

" I've got the best husband in this world". I said with tears glistening my eyes .

I kissed him hard . I conveyed all my emotions through my kiss . I couldn't ask more in my life . He was what I wanted and I've got him .

We parted and were panting heavily . He cupped my face and wiped my tears away .

We drove back to our resort .  We entered our room and I went to get refreshed . Ashwin informed me that he got a business call and will be back in few minutes .

I took a hot shower . I came out and saw a gift box infront of me . It was covered with deep purple colour and a silver satin thread enveloping it .

My eyes twinkled and I opened it , it had a note inside it .

' Hey rowdy ,

Wear this and just come out of the resort , I'll be waiting for you '.

I quickly opened the complete package it waa a beautiful white gown and had accessories matching it .

I quickly got ready and ran outside . I saw a man , coming towards me and he handed me a bundle of flowers . I frowned and got it from him .

It had a note inside

' Please come to the beach as soon as possible ! ' 💜

Without a second thought , I ran towards the beach . I saw only few people . I kept searching for my husband .

Suddenly someone tied my eyes with a cloth .

Ashwin : Na dhan ma .. come with me . I've a surprise for you !

He took me into the beach . I heard sounds of water splashing sounds .

Ashwin : Namma motor boat le porom .

About what seemed like half an hour , he lifted me and I could feel him move out of the boat.

He made me stand on the floor and removed my blindfold .

I was stunned seeing the sight .

We were in the centre of the sea , standing on a small tropical arrangement area , with Magenta Lilacs  .  I looked at him and was shocked even more .

He wore a green blazer matching it with black turtle necked shirt and black pants .

Ashwin : I know , Nammaloda kalyanam nadandhapo na sandhoshama ile . Apo enaku full satisfaction varle . So , ipo oru chinna surprise kudukalam nu paathen .

Enakaaga idha potukriya ?  He asked .

I looked at his hand and was shocked at looked him again , my eyes popping out .

It was a diving helmet .

Ashwin : Underwater wedding panlama ?

I stood rooted at my place , without knowing what to do . He helped me to wear the helmet and he wore himself and we dived in with the help of the guides .

We went deep inside the water and he slid a diamond hug ring into my ring finger .

I couldn't control my  .He held my hands tightly . One of the guides took pictures of us , under water .

We swimmed up and reached the tropical arrangement .

Ashwin : I love you . He said once we removed the helmet and kissed my forehead .

I just held on to him , feeling dizzy of all the love he showed me these days .

We sat on the mini boat and witnessed the sunset together .

All these time , the only thing I could do was , shower happy tears from my eyes .

Ashwin : Krita ..

I looked at him .

Ashwin : Ipo na pannadhu elathulayum , ne edhachu speciality paathiya ???

" Ne enna endha alavuku love panre nu purinjudhu "

Ashwin : Adaa .. adhu ile di . Na unaku epo lam ' I love you ' sonen nu nyabagam iruka ?

" Umm .. copter le pogumbo .. aprm seven Colored Earth le , aprm flame of luck le and now in the wedding .. "

He saw me with a mischievous look on his face and that's when reality hit me hard .

" Okay wait ... Apo nee ???? "

Ashwin : Apo Naa ???

" Ashwineyy 🥺 "

Ashwin : Sollu ma ..

" You mean ... Five elements le .. enaku propose panirka ??? "

Ashwin : Uff .. ipo dhan theriyudhu madam ku .. Aana five le four elements dhan pannen .. space ku elam ipo poga mudiyathu ma : )

I was dumbstruck . This man and his ideas are insane .

" Neenga enkita irundhu edhum edhirpaarka matingala ?? "

Ashwin : Ne enna nambi un life eh kuduthurkka .. idhuku mela enaku venum ?

I hugged him as much as I could and we returned to the shore .

Soon , he slept and I kept admiring him , the same way I used to do in my college days .

' We've come so far ' I thought and kissed his forehead .
