Few days passed since Sana joined the college. As always she couldn't make any friends there and spent most of her time with her books. Only she came little close to Pri as they connected with each other at the very first day. They liked each other's company. But still they couldn't become good friends as Pri's best friends Sid and Anki didn't like Sana that much as according to them she was very boring.
One day, Pri said to her friends, "Guys listen aaj college ke baad hum sab movie dekhne jaa rahe hai. Mere paas 4 tickets hai."
"4 kyu?" Asked Anki. "Hum toh teen hai."
"Woh maine socha kyu na Sana ko humare saath movie dekhne le jaau. Waise bhi college ke baad akele bore hi hoti hai bechari. Uska yaaha koi bhi nahi hai."
"So what?" Asked Sid. "Humein uss chasmish se kya lena dena? Woh boring aur pakau ladki har jagah humein join karegi na toh kuch din ke andar hum bhi uske jaise ban jaayenge. Aur main nahi chahta ki humare group mein koi aur join kare. Hum teen hi kaafi hai."
"I totally agree with him." Said Anki. "Aur Pri tere best friends hum hai, woh chasmish nahi."
"Ok Baba fine." Said Pri. "Main Sana ko invite nahi karungi. Hum teeno toh jaa rahe hai na?"
"Neki aur puch puch?" Said Sid and three of them smiled.
After college...
Sid, Pri and Anki were going to the movie theatre. While talking, Pri's one foot suddenly fell on something and she got slipped. She was about to fall but both Sid and Anki hold her.
"Are you okay?" They asked.
"Yeah." She replied. "Par main phisli kaise?"
She looked down and saw banana peel on the road because of which she got slipped.
She then saw two boys sitting on the bike and eating bananas. The dustbin was near but they were throwing the peel on the road.
"Accha. Toh inn logo ki wajah se main girte girte bachi. Inko toh main baata ti hoon."
Saying that Pri started going towards them.
"Yaar Pri faltu ka panga mat le..."
Anki tried to stop her but she didn't listen to him.
"Fayda nahi hai. Ab yeh lad ke hi maanegi. Humein bhi chalna chahiye." Said Sid and they both went after Pri.
"Oye suno!" She shouted and the boys looked at her. "Yeh sadak kya tumhare baap ka hai jo itna gand phaila rahe ho? Udhar dustbin hai dikhai nahi deta? Abhi kuch seconds pehle girne wali thi main."
"Giri toh nahi na? Phir faltu mein sir mat khaa." Said one of them.
"Main nahi giri toh kya hua? Koi aur bhi gir sakta hai. Isliye apna kachra saaf karo. Warna...."
"Warna kya haan? Kya kar legi tu?"
"Halke mein mat lo mujhe. Tum jaise chomu logo ko seedha karna mujhe acche se aata hai."
The boys got angry hearing that.
"Teri toh...."
One of the boys were coming towards Pri but Anki stopped him keeping his hand on his chest.
"Ladki hai. Zara dhyan se." He said.
The boy looked at Anki angrily and was about to punch him but Sid hold his hand and punched him so hard that he fell on the road.
"Shabaash yaar! I'm proud of you." Said Pri happily patting Sid's back.
Sid looked at another boy and asked, "Tujhe bhi ladna hai?"
The boy didn't say anything and called someone on phone.
"Lagta hai aur logo ko bula raha hai humare saath fight karne ke liye." Said Anki.
"Aane de. Dekh lenge." Said Sid.
Within few minutes, some people came there. They were looking like body builders. They all were fuming in anger looking at Sid, Pri and Anki. Both Sid and Anki got scared seeing the people. It was only Pri who was smiling.
"Abbe chomu! Tujhe kya laga? Inn logo ko dekh ke hum darr jaayenge? Arrey darne walo mein se nahi hai hum. Tu chahe toh aise hazar admiyon ko bula le. Tum sabke liye toh mere yeh dono dost hi kaafi hai. Itna maarenge na, tum log soch bhi nahi sakte." Said Pri showing attitude.
Meanwhile Sid and Anki started moving backward.
"You want to fight na? Come on!" Said one of the body builders.
"Anki tu ready hai?" Asked Sid in a serious tone.
"Haan haan.... bilkool." Said Anki nervously.
"Ok....1....2....3.....Bhag!"
Sid and Anki immediately started running leaving Pri confused.
"Guys humein bhagna nahi hai. We have to fight." She said.
Anki returned, pressed her mouth and took her with themselves. Three of them started running while the men started running after them.
"Pri tujhe har jagah jhasi ki rani ban ne ki kya zaroorat hai? Bekar mein humein fasa diya." Said Sid while running.
"Maine socha tum dono lad loge." Said Pri.
"Tu sochna hi band kar de meri Maa. Humare liye accha hoga." Said Anki.
While running, Sid bumped into someone and three of them stopped. It was Sana.
"Guys dekh ke chala karo. Itni zor se lag gayi." Said Sana rubbing her own shoulder.
Before Sid could say anything to her, he saw the men coming towards them.
"Guys they are coming! Let's run!" Screamed Sid and the trio again started running.
Sana looked at the men and became puzzled. They were coming towards her. Sid looked back and saw it. He didn't want Sana to get hurt in this fight.
He went to her and hold her hand.
"Abbe chasmish bhag!"
Saying that he took Sana with him and now four of them started running.
"Par guys hum bhag kyu rahe hai?" Asked Sana while running.
"Yaar Pri ne jhagra mod liya aur ab hum sab fas gaye iski wajah se." Replied Anki.
"Sana inki baat mat sun. Saari galti meri nahi hai. Yeh dono bhi hero ban rahe the." Said Pri.
"Jhagra kisne mod liya that doesn't matter. Main keh rahi thi humein bhagne ki kya zaroorat hai? Hum baat kar ke bhi solve kar sakte hai." Said Sana.
"Gusse mein pagal saand ban gaye hai saare ke saare. Inse baat kaun karega?" Asked Sid.
Sana suddenly stopped running and replied, "Main karungi."
Sid, Pri and Anki also stopped.
"Sana pagal mat ban. Woh zinda nahi chhorenge humein." Said Sid.
"Aisa kuch nahi hoga. Bas dekhte jaao." Said Sana confidently.
The men came to them when Sana stopped them showing her hands.
"Hold on guys!" She said. "Kya problem hai? Kyu inke piche padhe ho?"
"Inhone humare dost ko maara hai." Complained one of them.
"Aur aap inko maar ke apna badla pura karna chahte ho, right? Ok, maar lo."
The trio got shocked hearing that from Sana.
The men was about to go towards them when Sana said, "Lekin uss pehle apne izzat ke baare mein toh soch lo."
The men stopped and looked at Sana.
"Matlab aap khud ko dekho aur inko dekho. Yeh piddi pehelwan aap ke dole sole ke saamne thodi teek paayenge? Aur inko fight mein hara ke aap ko kya milega? Kuch nahi. Aap logo ki jaisi body hai aap ko toh WWE mein part lena chahiye. Aap kaha inn bacchon ke saath fight karne aaye ho? Kisi ne dekh liya toh kya izzat reh jaayegi aap ki? Kabhi socha hai?"
Sana's words compelled them to think. They looked at each other and then one of them said, "Thik hai, thik hai. Aaj chhor dete hai. Ayenda aisa nahi hona chahiye."
Saying that the men left making them relieved.
"Sana tune toh kamal hi kar diya. Aaj tu nahi hoti toh humara kya hota? Thank you so much." Said Pri hugging Sana.
"Arrey koi baat nahi. Waise tum log yaaha kis liye aaye the?" Asked Sana further.
"Actually hum movie dekhne theatre jaa rahe the. Aur tu?"
"Main kuch books kharid ne aayi thi. Raaste mein tum log mil gaye aur yeh sab hogaya."
Pri paused for a while and said, "Waise humare paas ek ticket extra hai. Tu chalegi movie dekhne?"
"Main?" Asked Sana and started thinking. She looked at Sid and Anki and then said, "Nahi yaar. Yeh tum teeno friends ka plan hai. Mera jaana sahi nahi rahega."
"But...."
Before Pri could say, she said, "Maybe later."
Saying that she started leaving. Pri made a sad pout.
"Sana!"
Hearing her name from Sid's mouth, Sana suddenly turned back.
"Tu sahi hai. Friends ke beech kisi ko nahi aana chahiye. Aur ab se tu bhi humari friend hai. So please come with us." He said.
Sana smiled hearing that and joined them.
Since that day, their journey started as friends. Before them Sana had no friends. So at first she was feeling little awkward in their group. But they made her so comfortable around them that the awkwardness went away. She started loving their company.
One day, Sana was waiting for her friends in the college when Sid came to her.
"Hi!" He said.
"Hi!" Said Sana. "Aaj tu akele? Pri aur Anki kaha hai?"
"Kyu? Meri company acchi nahi lagti kya tujhe?"
"Maine aisa kab kaha?"
"Just kidding. Woh dono aate hi honge. Kuch der pehle Anki ne call karke kaha ki unhe thoda late hoga. I'm sure unka jhagra hua hai."
"Tujhe kaise paata?" Asked Sana raising her one eyebrow.
"Woh dono aise hi hai. Jab bhi unka jhagra hota hai toh unko college aane mein der hoti hai. Tu dekhna, abhi Pri gusse mein andar aayegi aur Anki uske peeche peeche aayega usse maanate hue. Unka yeh hi chalta rehta hai."
Suddenly Sana noticed Pri coming in anger while Anki was coming after her and manofying her.
"Anki mere peeche mat aa. Mujhe tujhse koi baat nahi karni. Even mujhe teri shakal bhi nahi dekhni." Said Pri angrily.
"Pri meri baat toh sun. I'm sorry yaar. Galti se hogaya." Said Anki apologising.
"Iss baar teri sorry accepted nahi ho rahi."
"Meri baat toh sun..."
Anki was continuously apologising but Pri was not listening to him and showing anger.
"Tu ruk. Main inka matter solve kar ke aaya." Said Sid to Sana and went to Pri and Anki.
"Kya hua? Kyu lad rahe ho subah subah?" Asked Sid.
"Iss hi se puch le." Said Pri sternly.
Sid gave Anki what's the matter look.
"Arrey aaj subah main ghar se nikal raha tha. Uss hi waqt mere pados ki ek ladki aa ke puchti hai woh kaisi lag rahi hai. Maine casually bol diya sexy lag rahi hai aur isne sun liya. Bas uss hi wajah se naraz hai." Said Anki.
"Dekha tune? Mujhe yeh dhyan se dekhta tak nahi. Aur dusri ladkiyan isse sexy lagti hai. Pervert kahi ka!"
"Yaar pervert mat bol!" Said Anki little loudly.
"Main bolungi." Said Pri more loudly.
Sana was laughing silently seeing their cute fight.
"Okay relax!" Said Sid stopping them. Then he kept his hand on Pri's shoulder and said, "Iss hi liye maine tujhe kaha tha ki mujhe date kar le. Iski tarah nahi hoon main. Bohut loyal rehta."
Pri gave a fake smile and said, "Paata hai kitna loyal rehta. Abhi toh sirf dusri hai. Tujhe date karti toh teesri, chauthi, paanchvi paata nahi kitni ladkiya mere sir pe baith ke bharatnatyam kar rahi hoti. Aur tere saath rehke yeh Anki bhi tere jaisa ban gaya hai. Tum dono bilkool ek jaise ho gaye ho. Main tum dono se hi baat nahi kar rahi."
Saying that Pri removed Sid's hand from her shoulder and started leaving from there angrily. Now both Sid and Anki knew what to do to calm her down.
"Are o jummaa, meri jaaneman, baahar nikal/ Aaj jummaa hain, aaj kaa waadaa hain"
Singing that Sid came to Pri. She turned her face and tried to leave but Anki blocked her way.
"Dekh main aa gayaa, tu bhi jaldi aa/ Mujhe mat aur tadpaa" Sang Anki.
"Arey tu......" Sid suddenly stopped and looked at Anki. "Iske aage kya tha?"
Anki also tried remember but failed.
Suddenly they all heard Sana's voice.
"Are tu boli thi pichhle jumme ko...."
Sid and Anki gave a huge smile as they now recalled the lyrics. They went towards Sana and three of them sang together.
"Chummaa doongi agle jumme ko/ Aaj jummaa hain to aajaa aajaa/ Aajaa aajaa aajaa aajaa he."
Sid and Anki started dancing crazily while Sana laughed seeing them. Pri couldn't stay angry anymore and sang with them.
"Jummaa chummaa de de/ Jummaa chummaa de de chummaa"
They all started singing, dancing, laughing and doing a lot of fun.
Sana's POV
Uss din main jitna hasi thi, jitni masti kiyi thi, shayad hi uss se pehle kabhi kiyi hogi. Teen pagal dost jo mil gaye the mujhe. Meri boring si zindagi kuch hi dino ke andar itni mazedaar ho jayegi yeh maine kabhi nahi socha tha. Doston ke saath masti karna kya hota hai, apni life enjoy karna kya hota yeh mujhe unke saath reh ke paata chal raha tha. Aur saath hi saath yeh bhi paata chal raha tha ki kya hoti hai 'Yaariyan'.
