Dad is getting ready to leave. I couldn't help but to break down crying. I've always been a daddy's little girl, and to watch him leave after this weekend, it hurts. We had so much fun and we had just been together for a short time, now he has to leave. "Don't worry sweetheart, I'll be back. This is just a little break. I will come here once a month. But I do need to get home so I can take care of some business. I need to go see Brentin and before I do that I have to make a decision." He said.
"What kind of business with Brentin? You're not going to tell him where I am are you?" I asked him.
"Why would I tell him where you are? He had his chance with you and he blew it. No this business is purely alpha business. It's time that I made him see his mistakes. Even though I can pretty much tell he already sees his mistakes. But I need to also decide whether or not to keep my treaty with his pack. Since you are no longer part of his pack, I see no reason to." He said.
"Alright dad, just don't let anything slip out. I know how you get when you get angry. He can't know that I'm pregnant. He also can't know where I am or how I am doing." I told him.
"I know sweetheart. Now, I gotta go, my flight leaves in 2 hours. I love you and will see you in a month." He said.
"I love you too dad. Be careful and see you in a month." I told him. He then got in the car he drove, seeing how the other pack members were staying here and just bought the cars they drove. He drove away from the pack house and then he was gone. "Guys, how about we learn more about our newest pack members?" I asked my pack.
"Sure. Why don't we have take out tonight so that we can hang out and relax?" Tommy asked.
"What do the rest of you think?" I asked.
"Sounds like a great idea. So what are we gonna have? Pizza? Chinese? Or what?" Destiny asked.
"Let's take a vote. We need at least 9 people to vote for one thing. Ok?" I asked. I watched everyone nod. "Ok. Who's up for pizza?" I asked. 7 people raised their hands. "Alright. Who wants Chinese?" I asked. The other 8 raised their hand. Leaving me to either tie it up or go with the other group. But I really want pizza. "Ok. How about we do both? I really want pizza and that makes the vote tied. So we will order Chinese for the ones who want Chinese and pizza for the rest of us. Who wants to go get the Chinese?" I ask.
"I will." Marty said.
"Alright. Who wants to go get the pizza?" I asked.
"I will." A new pack member, Quan answered.
"Ok. Take everyone's order and write it down. I want pepperoni and mushrooms on my pizza." I said. Then I went to my office to add the money my dad had given us to our safe.
An hour later, Marty and Quan was back with the food. So we all sat down to eat and getting to know each other better. We were having a good time, then one of the new pack members, Lydia, asked, "Why did you move over here? Last I heard you were an alpha's mate. What happened?"
"Well, I caught him cheating on me. I resigned as the luna and flew here." I answered. She looked mad.
"What do you mean he cheated on you? Ain't you mated? Did he mark you? Mate you?" She asked.
"We were mated. No he never marked me. But he didn't have anything against sleeping with me." I answered.
"So that's why you don't want him to know you're pregnant?" She asked.
"Yes, he has another child on the way. So he can keep that child and the whore he got pregnant." I said.
"Will you ever go back to him? Isn't your wolf going crazy being so far away from him?" Another pack member, Stephanie, asked.
"No and no. My wolf, if I had been paying attention then I would have noticed how she was feeling hatred towards him. The mate pull slowly faded. She would growl inside my head whenever he was near. I just never paid any attention to it. So no my wolf is not going crazy. If anything, she feels free and hatred towards him." I answered. She looked at me with tears in her eyes.
"I'm so sorry. He must be a real douchebag. How long were you together before you found him cheating?" She asked.
"Two years. We were together two years when I found him cheating on me." I said. "Now, onto other things. This is really a sore subject for me."
"Ok. Sorry. Do you know what you're having yet?" She asked.
"No. I want the sex of the babies to remain secret until they are born." I answered with a slight smile on my face.
"Do you have a pack doctor?" Quan asked.
"No we don't. But, we do need one." I said.
"Well, then you're in luck, my aunt is the pack doctor in your dad's pack and she taught me everything she knows." He said. "Can I be your pack doctor?"
"Sure." I answered. "Anyone else have a secret profession?" I asked.
"I was a teacher there. Plus a female fighter." Lydia said.
"So the pack kids, when they are old enough can be home schooled? Or would you rather we built an all werewolf school for them?" I asked.
"Either. But a school would be nice. Until we have other kids in the pack, we could just use a house or something as the school building." She answered.
"Ok. Anyone else?" I asked.
"No. But we would like to be able to go get a job, that way we can help with everything." Stephanie said.
"Ok. That's fine. When will you be looking for jobs?" I asked.
"We'll go looking for some tomorrow." Stephanie said.
"Alright. Quan, how much do you know about child birth? If the doctor I've been going to is right then I can have these babies in the next month." I said.
"My aunt taught me everything to know about child birth. So you're in good hands." He said. And for the rest of the night, we talked and told jokes.
Alpha Allen's POV
Leaving my daughter was hard. But, I also knew that I had to get this alpha business dealt with. I told Brentin I would be there after this weekend. So I'm going to go over there tomorrow. After I call to let him know of course. I now know I have to figure out whether to keep the treaty with his pack or make the treaty void. I still remember when the treaty was first drawn up.
Flashback
The Morning Star pack had just called and wanted to know if we would ally with them in case of a war between packs. I didn't see no fault in it so I said yes and I started writing it out. The stipulations at first were:
1.) If one of the 2 packs need any help, the other will help them out.
2.) We will call upon them when we need assistance in a fight.
3.) If we lost our territory or vice versa, the packs would share their land.
Of course that was until I found out that Aaryana and Brentin were mates. Then I added some stipulations.
1.) My pack, the Night Star pack, will not declare war or void this treaty as long as the Morning Star pack, who has my daughter, Aaryana's mate in it, does not deceive her in any way, shape or form. She must be protected and not be hurt, whether intentionally or not. Her mate must mark her in 2 years and she cannot feel like she was mistreated in anyway. Breaking these terms can and may make this treaty void.
The next day I went to the Morning Star pack, and the Alpha signed it. He even had Brentin sign it, but Brentin was so focused on Aaryana that he didn't pay attention to what he was signing.

So the question is, do I keep the treaty? Or do I make the treaty void?
