Aaryana's POV
"You ready for your ultrasound?" Quan asked.
"Yeah." I answered. He has changed my ultrasounds to once a week since I am 5 months pregnant now. He said with me having twins I can go into labor anytime. And, since he didn't have a doctor's office, I had to set up one of the extra rooms in the pack house as one. Which is where we are heading now.
"Alright, lay down." He ordered. My wolf, who doesn't like to be ordered around, got angry.
'He's going to check on our children. Calm down.' I told her. 'I know, I'm sorry, I just don't like to be ordered around.' She answered me. 'Well I want to see my children, now watch you go all crazy pregnant alpha on a new pack member.' I told her while laying down on the bed. Then, I blocked her out and watched Quan get to work.
"This might be a little cold." He told me. Then he continued to put the gel on my stomach. He moved the wand around until he got one of the babies to show. "Do you want to know the sexes?" He asked me.
"Yes. I need to know if I need to buy boy things or girl things." I told him.
"Well, it looks like you are having a boy and a girl. So you need to buy both anyways." He said while chuckling. Then he got a nervous look.
"What's wrong?" I asked him. He kept looking at the screen, so I looked at the screen.
"I thought I saw an extra arm. Must have been seeing things, as it's not there anymore." He told me.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Nothing. Like I said, it was nothing because I can't see it now. Maybe the boy was trying to protect the girl." He replied. "Now, let me get the ultrasound pictures so you can show them off to the rest of the pack."
After he gave me the pictures, we both went down to see the rest of the pack. Lydia, Stephanie, Anabella, LaRhette, Destiny, Aiyana and Latisha wanted to see the pictures. I handed them the pictures, while thinking about what Quan told me, did he really see another arm? Or was he mistaken? While thinking of those questions, I started listening in on the men's conversation. I heard them saying 'We all need our own house. Especially the mated couples.' I knew the property was big enough so I decided to talk to them later, after I talk to the ladies.
"Boys? Girls? Or one of each?" Lydia asked.
"One of each." I told her.
"Have you decided on any names yet?" LaRhette asked.
"I have either Violetta or Angelica for the girl. Then I have either Daniel or Zander for the boy. Other than that, I don't have much." I replied.
"Do you need help with getting stuff for them?" Anabella asked.
"Yeah, we need to go to the mall to buy the stuff. I want all you ladies to come with me and help me pick out the stuff I will need. But first I need to talk to the pack." I told them.
"About what?" Destiny asked.
"About the housing. I overheard some of the guys saying they wanted a house of their own. Especially for the mated couples, so we are going to talk about that then head to the mall." I said. "Ok, everyone, pack meeting." Since everyone was either here in the kitchen or in the living room, I knew they all heard me. The people that were in the living room, came into the kitchen to see what the pack meeting was for. Once everyone was ready I started talking.
"I know a lot of you want your own house. What I need to know is how many? Once we find that out, we will go around the property to find the place where you want your houses located." I told them. I watched as all the men raised their hands. That would be 8 houses that need built. But, then I looked at the ladies and LaRhette along with Stephanie had their hands raised. "You two want your own house too?"
"No, we want a house with our mates." LaRhette replied.
"Who's your mates?" I asked.
"Mine is Tommy." Stephanie said.
"Mine is Cameron, we've been mates but didn't want to keep flaunting it to you after hearing what your mate did." LaRhette said.
"Oh, well Tommy and Steph, congratulations on finding each other. LaRhette you and Cameron didn't have to hide it from me. I would have found out eventually. But, we will get the supplies to build y'alls house." I told everyone. "Now, I believe that the girls and I are heading to the mall to get some baby stuff. So ladies, go get ready and while you're getting ready, we will figure out a schedule on what times and who will be running the perimeter checks."
As I said that, the ladies all went upstairs. I knew I had at least 20-30 minutes before they came back down. So the guys and I went to the office and started figuring everything out. The first 2 would be Marty and Quan, yes Quan wanted to be on the perimeter check to keep everyone safe. They would take the morning check. Tommy and Cameron would take the lunchtime check. Zane and Domonick would take the evening check. And, finally, Justin and Nick would take the check right before bedtime. As soon as we had that figured out, I told the guys to draw a floor plan for their houses and have them done by the time me and the ladies got back from the mall.
"We're ready." Destiny said.
"Well, then let's go. We got a lot of shopping to do, seeing how I didn't get all the baby stuff. And besides the baby shower is tomorrow." I told them. My first few ultrasounds, I didn't want to know what the babies were. But, then, that got confusing and I didn't know what kind of clothes or decorations I needed so I figured I better figure out this time. When Aiyana, Latisha and Destiny went shopping the first time, I told them to keep the colors neutral. But now we know what I'm having and can pick out what each child will need.
~3 hours later, at the mall~
"Guys, I am hungry and tired. Can we go home now?" I asked all the ladies.
"One more store." They said. Why one more store? What else could we possibly need? We already got the beds, clothes of all name brands, about 10 pairs of shoes for each baby, car seats, strollers, diapers, toys, bottles. What else is there? "Here sit down on this bench." Steph told me.
About 30 minutes later they came out of the store they went in. I couldn't be bothered with finding out the name of the store, as hungry and tired as I am. But they came out with 2 bags each. "Can we go eat now? I'm hungry and pregnant, not a good combination right now. Then I want to go home and take a nap." I said grumpily.
"We are heading to the food court now to eat. What do you want to eat?" LaRhette asked.
"I don't know yet. Let's go find out." I told them. We went to the food court and looked at all the restaurants in there. "I want subway."
"What kind?" Lydia asked. "I want a sub too, this way you can relax and I will get your food."
"I want the meatball sub. Add banana peppers, lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese." I told her. Then I sat down and waited for her to come back with our food. About 5 minutes later she was back with our subs, 2 cups, a bag of chips and 2 macadamia nut cookies. I grabbed one of the cups, went to get my drink and when I came back to the table, I took the cookies. After everyone ate, we went back to the house.
The ladies told me not to worry about getting any of the bags that they would get them and to go take a nap. So while the ladies were getting the bags, I headed upstairs. Once I laid down, I tried to fall asleep, but then I remembered that the guys were supposed to have the floor plans drawn out so I went down to see what their floor plans looked like. The plans were simple and wouldn't take much time to get them done, well with all 8 guys working on each house anyways, so I okayed the plans and the money they would need for materials, then I went upstairs to take a nap.
~1 week later~
I had woken up, feeling like something wasn't right. I didn't know what it was, so I went downstairs. Once I reached the bottom of the stairs, I noticed that Lydia was in the kitchen cooking, I was hungry so I went to tell her to make me some. I sat down on a chair and she handed me my food. She had made me General Tso's chicken. Yum! After eating I was standing up, I felt liquid gush down my leg. So doing the only thing I could think of, I yelled. "Um, QUAN!!!"
"Yes?" He asked. He then took in my facial expression and the puddle on the floor. "Oh, oh my." He then yelled for Marty and LaRhette. When they came in, they took in the scene and then Quan started talking again. "I need to get her to the room set up as the doctor's office." They took me to the room, while the only thing going through my mind was 'My water just broke. I'm gonna be a momma sooner than I thought!'

I am still rewriting chapter 1-10...so please reread them if you haven't already. I added some stuff to them.
