" Umm Seeing your state, It must be two legged kitten instead of four. Isn't it, Brother?? " Divyansh alluded while whispering in Ekaksh,s ear.
" Am I right Ekaksh " Divyansh smirked
Ekaksh gave him a death glare but then with a tight lipped smile replying " Who knows "
He again continued his way inside the mansion but paused on his steps and turned his head only to say "Btw Nice hickey Innayat"
Then he left with hands in pocket and whistling.
Divyansh could feel the daggers thrown his way by Innayat.
" Fuck you Ekaksh Singh Rathore just wait for my day." He cussed Ekaksh with profitaries then turned to Innayat
" Sugar- " Divyansh tried to say
" Don't talk to me!!!! " She shouted and stormed inside the mansion and he ran behind to pacify her.
When Divyansh walked into the room, his wife was standing in front of the mirror her hands busy in taking off her accessories. He cautiously closed the door behind him and stepped toward her.
Innayat, seeing his reflection in the mirror, sneered at him, but he brazenly backhugged her, leaning his weight on her to grab her attention.
"Move aside you are heavy " She snarled being annoyed.
"Listen, I am sorry. Please don't be angry with me." He attempted to calm her.
Why do you feel sorry? I should be sorry. It is my fault since you never do anything wrong." She scoffed as she turned around, now facing him.
" See, it was not that hard to accept your mistakes. I am so proud of you sugar. It's fine, I forgive you, now let's kiss "
He responded grasping her shoulder, patting on it softly. Innayat,s jaw dropped on floor hearing his antics she stared into his eyes with disbelief.
" Such a shameless man you are!!!! " Innayat yelled, pushing him away as he made a naive expression.
"At least tell me what I did that was so shameless." He inquired while trailing Innayat inside the closet.
"Ansh, do not try to be innocent when I know how crafty you are," she mocked while arranging her golden neck piece inside the wardrobe.
He smirked cunningly but eventually dropped it when she turned to look at him. Innayat squinted her eyes in questioning, then gesturing towards the door indicating him to leave.
" I agree with all your allegations and as a retribution I would assist wife in her every other work. What do you say? " He asserted
Innayat paused, contemplated for a heartbeat then responded " The offer seems great and very genuine so I accept your apologize "
" So let's begin with helping in changing" He announced stepping near her invading her personal space.
" What?!!! "No need, I will do it myself." Innayat quickly began racing to the opposite side of the enormous table.
"Ansh, I am warning you; if you dare to get near to me, t-then I will not sleep with you on bed." She warned him.
Divyansh gazed at her briefly before bursting into laughter, "I was playing with you, Sugar. You are aware that I would never cause you discomfort. Now that you have forgiven me, I am going to change."
She let out a long breath. Although she was certain that he would never cause her any kind of discomfort, but he does have the ability to make her entire body tense with merely a single gesture.
" Btw if you want, you can assist me in changing clothes. Since I am shameless therefore I wouldn't mind it at all " She wrinkled her nose in annoyance as his words reverberated outside.
" Duffer!!!! " She shouted back at him, but all she got were laughter.
AFTER ONE WEEK
INNAYAT,S POV
Why it looks kinda...not well but I did as they told adding two tablespoon sesame oil and half tablespoon of rock salt in cauliflower salad then air fry it.
It was suppose to be look slightly cooked then why it is black from other side and smelling like local transport,s gasoline.
Did I done something wrong?? as I did not have cucumber for the sandwiches in the video, I substituted cauliflower as it was already in grocery of kitchen.
Once I ate raw uncooked cauliflower and I feel like puking. It is so awful that I am not sure how people can consume so many full leaves of lettuce at once in salad.
I turned to Daren, our cook, and asked: "Darren, Isn't it how this stuffing needs to be turn out? Have I done anything wrong?"
Darren gave me a courteous smile and asserted " Mam I think it needs to be Slightly less cooked "
" I agree with you. "Let me cut the cucumber again and put it in the air fryer for 4 hours instead of 6," I declared.
" Umm Mam- " Daren was saying something, and I interrupted him.
" It is alright, Daren; for today, I will do everything by myself. So either you sit in corner or rest in living room " I ordered them sterly because they are so persistent to help me.
I entered inside the kitchen after Ansh left the mansion because I am in mood to cook something for Everyone. I know I am not good cook but it's my wish to sometimes make food my people.
So I've my laptop on the kitchen marble, YouTube interface opened playing sandwiches recepies.
" Sandwiches are simple they said, then why it's getting so difficult for me to make" I said to myself while steering the bowl of veggies to mix the sesame oil throughly. Tiredness is making my head feel heavy and a little pain, but I can not give up.
It turned out to be the same as previously when I glanced at the second piece of stuffing.
" Ahhhhhh how can it be soo difficult. Ain't way I will give up. "No matter what," I stated resolutely, "I will prepare sandwiches today."

At 3 p.m I reached outside the Suryavanshi building, after alot of struggling a perfect stuffing was made. Seemingly it was need to be air fry for minutes not hours.
I also gave some sandwiches to Daren and all Maids who were standing there in the kitchen.
They stated it was great; I am delighted they enjoyed it. There are now just Ansh, Ekaksh Bhai, and Trivesh remaining. Suddenly, my stomach growled, reminding me that I had not eaten since morning.
"I was so thrilled about cooking for Ansh that I forgot to eat. It's okay I will eat with Ansh, I can be hungry for some minutes it's not a big deal " I shrugged off entering inside the building alone.
I've told bodyguard bhaiya to wait inside the car. It wouldn't be nice to make them walk around everywhere because of me, for security reason it's fine but unnecessarily shouldn't be done. And what may happen to me in my own husband's company?
I approached the familiar receptionist and asked " Hii khushi, Omg your eyeshadow blended so perfectly!!!. Oh yeah, Is your boss in his cabin? I came to meet him, but please do not tell him."
I signaled her with my index finger over my lips to keep my presence a secret from him.
She answered with a smile, "Yes, Ma'am, sir is in the cabin. Do not worry, I will not tell him."
"All right, thanks, good-bye." I waved my hand before turning to enter his cabin. I hit the elevator button, but unfortunately, it was under service. I guess I've to use stairs.
Divyansh,s Cabin is on top floor, it means I've to climb alot of stairs to finally reach. I looked at the first stair and immediately felt fatigued. But I have no other options.
AUTHOR,S POV
Innayat begins climbing the stairs. Her speed was rapid at initially, but she soon became exhausted, and she was also carrying a food containers. Well she kinda regret refusing bodyguards help when they were asking her.
But it's just small container in bag she can carry it by herself.
After sometime she reached the seventh floor. She breathes out being weary. Innayat glanced over, Divyansh's cabin was just three floors away, and a glimmer of relief appeared on her weary face. Her predicament was akin to finding an ounce of water in the desert.
Divyansh was currently outside the cabin on eight floor, accompanied by Pankaj, who was carrying his laptop. Divyansh was about to reach the seventh floor.
" Finally I can sit somewhere....." Innayat was moving towards next stairs
"Sir, Ma'am," Pankaj spoke as he noticed Innayat causing Divyansh to shift his gaze from the file to Innayat in astonishment.
But suddenly her head felt incredibly light as if it were in clouds. She started losing control over her body before anyone could realize the situation all her senses blanked out and her body rolled over stairs being unconscious.
Her body hit the floor with such an intensity following it,s impact causing Blood oozing from her forehead.
Divyansh,s eyes went wide when he saw Innayat,s body falling from stairs. He left the paperwork on the floor and rushed to her, kneeling there.
" Innayat? Sugar?! open your eyes Baccha!!! " Divyansh shooked her cheek softly at first but lack of response from her made him shake her cheek vigorously.
He got panicked seeing blood streaming from her forehead. She wasn't responding and Divyansh could feel her bodyburning with high temperature
" Baccha, please open your eyes!! Please, you are scaring me now!!!" Divyansh,s hand started trembling, he went into the incorrigible state
" Sir please calm down. We should take Ma'am inside. I am contacting the doctor." Pankaj, who witnessed his boss lose his cool, attempted to manage the situation.
" Y-Yes we should take her inside " Divyansh stammered with each word but even after tremendously shaking from inside he carried her in his arms cautiously towards his cabin, climbing all stairs.
Pankaj phoned a doctor and followed Divyansh inside the cabin. He saw how Divyansh carefully laid Innayat on sofa and tried removing his blazer but he was struggling with bottons because of shaking in his hand. So he violently removed it, causing a few buttons to tumble to the ground.
Pankaj placed the bag of food container on table. Divyansh was in no sense to pay attention to any other thing except Innayat so he didn't saw the bag on floor but Pankaj did. Assuming the bag belongs to Innayat he thought to bought it here.
He immediately coverd Innayat with blazer.Innayat,s body temperature was high making Divyansh contemplating she is feverish.
He saw blood still coming out of her wound. This caught Pankaj's attention as well, and he reached inside his clean handkerchief to offer.
However, his eyes widdened when Divyansh without even thinking twice used his sleeve of his white shirt to wipe the blood and even pressed it on wound to stop the blood flow.
He didn't knew what he was doing but Pankaj can see Divyansh,s face turning more worried with each passing second.
" Why she is not opening eyes? When will Doctor came? " Divyansh asked without diverting his attention away from Innayat.
Pankaj could sense only vulnerability in his boss,s voice, it was a very astonishing sight. Divyansh,s face was morphed into that husband whose life is stucked into his wife.
" Don't worry sir Doctor is on the way " Pankaj gave assurance to Divyansh.
Divyansh continued pressing sleeve on
her forhead.
As Doctor entered, Divyansh eventually pulled away from Innayat, allowing him to do his work.
Doctor checked her vitals and asked Divyansh how it happened and he told him everything.
Doctor did dressing to Innayat,s forehead . She was still unconscious but Doctor said it might be because of extreme fatigue. It was good that Innayat,s head didn't striked to iron railing otherwise the injury could've been near to her skull.
"Don't worry Mr Suryavanshi she will wake up after sometime. As you said She got unconscious before falling, maybe because of starvation. Make sure to make her drink water first then food after she wake up " Doctor gave instructions with medicine recipt and left the cabin.
" Pankaj, I am sending you all her favorite dishes name. Get them from nearby restaurant and Carry all the food here " Divyansh said stroking Innayat,s bandage head.
" Yes Sir " Pankaj left the cabin to get the food.
Divyansh knitted his eyebrows on the white bandage while stroking her forehead. He was loathing the bandage because it was a sign that his wife got hurt.
" I've never being scared of anything but today You got my senses trembling only by the mere thought of never being able to looking into your eyes, being scared of any harm coming in your way " Divyansh kissed Innayat,s forehead
Time skip
" I can't eat anymore " Innayat whined having enough of food after retrieving consciousness. For God sake she just woke up from a long slumber and here her husband making her eat.
Divyansh who was now in clean shirt, forwarded spoonful of curry and rice saying" Just little bit more and drinks this juice Otherwise you will faint again.
Inaayat blinked her eyelashes contemplating " Is it that bothersome if I faint and you have to pick me"
"NO Sugar !!! you can faint whenever you want, Your man can carry you whole life without getting tired but every Second of you being in the state of unconscious made me feel like someone unalive me before making me live again. I never felt so helpless." Divyansh was balbering carelessly, reminiscing the way he was shaking seeing her in that condition.
" Faint whenever I want? Hehehehe Ansh Is it some kind of game? That's soo chessy. Awwwww I got you soo worried, Ansh." Innayat said with a grin pulling his cheeks who was on his knees feeding her food.
" I came all the way here to let you taste my cooking but now you ordered soo much food for me. My surprise got floped once again " Innayat pouted
"You should have notified me before coming here," he attempted to explain softly.
Divyansh was furious on his staff for not informing him about her arrival. More on the bodyguards, because they were meant to accompany her. However, right at this moment, he was entirely focused on caring for her.
Divyansh forwarded the morsel of aloo sabzi and Naan towards her but she scrunched her face in distaste.
" No~ It has capsicum. I hate it except when it's in choewmin. Remove it, it tastes bitter" She whined.
"Green veggies are important for health and cell healing," he asserted frivolously.
" You don't have doctor,s degree and even if you had, it won't be enough to convince me to eat this-
He just shoved the food in her mouth making her stop talking. She chew it unable to throw but then grimaced by its flavour.
Divyansh chuckled at her and prepared another bite.
Door swunged opened, causing them look behind. While using his phone, Ekaksh walked inside the cabin. He did not spare anyone a glance as he marched right towards the table.
" You bodyguards have already learnt their lesson after running just 80 kms for two days. Should we stop starving them? They won't survive like this- " Ekaksh uttered without even looking around.
Divyansh instantly sprang up from his position, interrupting "Ekaksh!!! Innayat bought food for us."
Finally Ekaksh looked up, saw both of them and casted a huge smile to Innayat who was looking at them with suspicion.
"Oh really, what did you make for us?" Ekaksh asked her
" I prepared sandwiches, also remember to take Trivesh,s container. Here is the bag of containers" She was ready to get up, but Divyansh stopped her. Taking out all the container out of the packet, he set three containers on the table and proceeded to open them.
Divyansh takes the first bite of the sandwich, and it tastes amazing. " Hmm it tastes wonderful. "
"Ansh, What did Bhai meant when he was mentioning something about bodyguards?" Innayat enquired Ekaksh making me feel in trouble
Ekaksh was just devouring the entire container, staring at us. I threw glare at him After getting me in trouble he is simply sitting here, indulging food.
"It is nothing," I answered.
I suppose I should leave. I am taking this " Ekaksh got to his feets, pointing index finger at the container.
" No bhai tell me what do you mean about torturing bodyguards? " Innayat halted him, inquiring him.
" Hold on... I have not seen my regular bodyguards?where are they? Why they are not guarding me these day ? " Innayat attempted to compile the pieces of information together.
" They just got starved for letting you get drunk " Ekaksh stated impassively
" What??!!!! Starving? Ansh really? How could you? That,s so cruel of you!!! They work for you doesn't mean you will treat them like this " Innayat looked into my eyes with range, making me lower my head.
" Bhai, I want to see them right now. Tell me where they are, and we will go there," Innayat declared with conviction, shocking both of us. There is no way we can let her enter the place where they are.
" But we couldn,t- " Ekaksh Implore but cut off.
" Please You can,t deny this Bhai. Let's go " She firmly said.
Innayat reached for the exit door but She tripped on her steps about to crash to door but Divyansh immediately rushed and saved her from falling.
" What do you think you are doing?! Huh?? Atleast Sometimes stop being stubborn, You are not a kid !!! Use your brain atleast!!! Are you fucking mother Teresa? Can't you see this bandage on your head??? First know how take care of yourself then think about others!!! " Divyansh screamed at her out of concern and range. He could not allow her go where the bodyguards were, but she was not willing to listen.
Innayat froze on her spot as she listened to his outburst, and her look turned into one of hurt, prompting Divyansh to realize he had spoken too much right now.
" Umm I think I should leave, taking all these boxes. I don't think you guys will eat this now.....so See you " Ekaksh walked out of office with food containers and Divyansh was least concerned about them because he knew he messed up really bad this time.

â IMPORTANT: Guys I wouldn't be updating this whole month since my exams are going on. I wanted to update this chapter somehow so I took time in between studies to edit.
âSo I searched for common house lizard tommorow while editing this chapter, for its real name ( just randomly) it was hemidactylus. They also popped its pictures, I swear It was scary than any snake picture, my body shivered in disgust and fear.
