Looking at his subordinates’ corpses, Yarzer asked Leo in a fearful voice.

In less than a minute, Leo had killed more than 50 manticores who had the strength of rank 7 and rank 8.

Even though Yarzer heard the ‘Talent swallowing hero’ was merciless when it comes to Manticores, he knew that Leo would not kill him as long as he proved helpful to Leo.

“Where is your B*stard king Zerre?”

Leo calmly asked Yarzer about Zerre’s whereabouts.

“I don’t know about his exact whereabouts; however, there is a rumour that His Majesty went to the Manticore territory in the Shadow region.”

There was no hesitation in Yarzer’s words as he directly answered Leo.

“Shadow region? Isn’t it the uncleared land near to the Everlasting city?”

Leo thought about where he had heard the ‘Shadow region’ and asked Yarzer about it.

“That’s right! The manticore territory there has more than 100 peak rank 9 manticores and they will soon start their invasion on the Everlasting city. I think His Majesty was planning to lead them in that invasion.”

Yarzer gave his thoughts on why the Manticore king went to the shadow region.

“Haha…that B*stard…he is trying to form an alliance with that city leader of the Everlasting city.”

However, Leo knew that was not the real reason behind the Manticore king’s visit to the shadow region; instead, it was to ally with Kaiser, the city leader of the Everlasting City.

After learning about it from Leo, Nasr became excited as he could not wait to fly back to his cave to check on her wife.

Leo asked all the enslaved mutated beasts to leave because, with the death of Yarzer, the slave seals on the enslaved mutated beasts had already disappeared.
