After my father sudden appearance, my mom has to rush out to search for a dress for her and for me. When we go to the own to buy the dresses, what can I concluded is that the dress is not to my liking. The fashion is like the 18th century dress, where the lower part of the dresses is so puffy. Even though I don't like it, my mom forces me to try and finally I had a dress to wear but I think I need to repair part of the dress.
When we arrive at home, I return to my room and start to cut the part of the dress that I don't like. Re-designing the dress is hard but I enjoy it. It takes me a total of two days to correct the dress but I felt accomplish when I look the dress. Mom said that the new dress is quite unique for her because she never saw a dress like that, plus when the day is arrive, I will wear a fur coat to cover my upper body. I think everyone will be shocked because I will present to them a whole new brand of dress.
"I feel nervous yet excited at the same time, mom. How about you"
"Don't you worry about me. I can't wait for you to wear that dress. It's so beautiful." Mom praises me when she saw me skilfully re-create the dress.
As long as it can change the event, I will do my best ... tomorrow is the event. I will show that this weak girl will stand to any type of treatment that you will throw to me.
I woke up early to prepare for the event. I had worn my dress , tied up my hair and done some make-up. When I go to the living room, my mom had wait for me and
"Oh my goodness, you are so beautiful Maria. The dress look so pretty and your hair style are suits for you." And mom start to praise again
"Thanks mom, you also look pretty"
"But not pretty as you are, my dear" she smile when she said that
"Now, are you prepared for this upcoming war?"

Then, we enter the carriage and the journey to the palace start. It takes roughly one hour to reach the palace. When we arrive, our family attendants, oliver show the invitation card to the palace guard and we enter the main palace door. During the waiting for our turn to reach the door, I saw many aristocrats join the event.
This is a very large scale of event; I must do my best to protect my mom's name. When out turn arrive, my mom went out first and after that is my turn. When we enter the palace's main hall, every one of them stared at us, looking down at us.
Then for the first time I saw the heroine AKA my father favourite's daughter, Catherine Rose also AKA the legendary magic user. Looking at her wearing the pink, fluffy dress full of flower also with her pink hair, what I want to do is find a toilet to vomit because it looks cringe and disgusting. I really don't like the pink colour and looking at her with full of pink make me hate it till the bottom of my heart. And also for the first time I saw Samuel and my elder brother, Edward. Both of them has grown up to become a handsome looking brother. I really want to say hi to them but my bastard father also with them, so I haven't received any chance to meet them.
After all the guests have arrived, the event starts. The royal family enter the hall and the guest start to flock round them to give greetings.
"Mom, aren't we got to greet them too?"
"Nope, it looks so crowded. When the people is lessen then I will go to greet the king"
"If you say so, then I guess I will do the same." Both of us go straight into a table full of foods and deserts. When I was looking around to pick the deserts, I heard someone talking to my mother. When I look back, I saw the king's mother, the queen dowager. I think her name is Eliza von Farquhar.
"It is a long time since I saw you, Angeline. How have you been?"
"I am always in a good condition, your highness. How about you?"
"I am still the same. How about you introduce that little girl behind you?"
"Oh, hey Maria, can you come here?" My mom called me and asked me to introduce myself to the queen dowager.
"My name is Maria Valentina, your highness." I bowed to her when I introduce myself. It is a customary to do that when there are aristocrats whom have higher position and that are the royal family of Farquhar.
"Such a good girl, aren't you?"" She smile when she look at me and
Thank you for your praise, your highness. I am just a little girl which still in her grown phases." I said to her while smile with the business smile.
The queen dowager look shocked for a bit but her expression back to the same as before. Maybe she knows that I am not the same as other girl.
"Oh, well I just want to say hi to you. I hope I'm not bothering both of you..."
"Oh, no, you are not bothering us."
"If I may, I really want to have a talk with you Angeline, is it okay? And I mean only both of us..."
"Oh, I'm fine with it. Maria, can you eat by yourself?"
"Yes, I can mom. I don't want to be a bother, so may I excuse myself from this conversation?"
"Yes, you may excuse." After that, I resume my searching of food. While I am doing this, I notice a presence of someone that I want to avoid and that is the HEROINE AKA Catherine Rose.
