The bright sunlight fall on Ruhanika face making her turn her face but her phone buzzed off making her annoy . She declined the call without seeing it and try to sleep again but now where the problem arises she can't sleep once she woke up .... She get up and picked her phone and saw shivangi missed call .
" What happened shivi ? " She asked in her sleepy voice.
" Are you coming college today?? " Ruhanika scoffed..
" As much as i know I come college daily shivangi" she said making her chuckled
" Today your sister is getting engaged" she said
" So what ?? It's not like they need me here . Moreover the function is at evening and I can't stay in this prison till evening... I will see you in college" Ruhanika said and hung up the call ...
She went to washroom and frehsn up ...
She look at mirror only to see my outfit..
" Well whatever people say ..I am beautiful no doubt "Â she spoke while spraying Lady noir perfume...
Her outfit:
She took her airpods and plug it in her ears before going downstairs...
As she reach downstairs she saw everyone eating breakfast ignoring her to which she thankful .
She went to her grandfather and hug him ..
" Good morning dadda .." she whispered and kiss his grandfather cheeks making him chuckled.
" Have breakfast.. " his grandfather said
" I will but with shivangi..for now I will just drink juice.." Ruhanika said and went in kitchen and saw her cousin sister pouring juice of herself..
Nikita smiled at her a little and pass her glass of juice ...
" Thanks " Ruhanika said while tieing her hair ..
" Leave it like this ..you look beautiful in open hairs ." Nitika said
"It's frustrating to keep them open .." Ruhanika said tying them in a bun .
" Congratulations though..I didn't get a chance to wish you " Ruhanika said
" It's fine .. i know you don't like to stay at home..." Nikita said
" It's not like that it's just I want to stay there where i have respect... You like to stay here because you are the stars of there eyes , a perfect idol daughter unlike me " Ruhanika said with a little envy ....
Nikita chuckled and said
" And I wanna be like you , rebellious, a free bird . Do whatever I want ..but I don't have courage to stand for
myself " Nikita said making Ruhanika smiled.
" Well nobody is satisfied from there own life . people always think others life is more exciting and adventurous than ours ... " Ruhanika said and put the glass in sink and about to go but Nikita said
" Invite your friend shivangi too " Nikita said making her nod ...
Ruhanika pov
Well she is my cousin sister Nikita who is getting married this week ...well i don't even know her groom name . Well it must be looking like we share a great bond but the fact is that we can't name this bond . Sometimes she is sweet, sometimes she is rude and I am being a mirror. The way she talk ,the way i reply. We don't hate each other but we don't love each other too . We both are always envy of eachother. If she was good at maths ..I was good at social studies. If she used to sucks at sst I used to hate maths... But after that tragedy everyone started to despise me and she becomes the idol girl of our house .... But atleast i think we both are well wisher of each other.... Atleast I am a well wisher for her until she did something to go on my bad side ....
Reaching college i attended my class...no shivangi is not in my class . She has different course. As time passes by soon all lectures ended ...
And we both meet at break time ...
" My sister invited you to her engagement and wedding" I said to her making her gulp ..
" Can I skip it ?? You know whenever i go to your house I feel like I am standing at India Pakistan border.the tension is too high . Your family glares at me like they would kill me right now " she said ..
" They don't glare ... it's just the way they look at everyone or everything related to me ." I said taking a bite of burger ...
" Fine i can't come today but on wedding for sure I will . I have a viva tomorrow " she said making me nod ..
That means i have to get bored alone ..I sigh and pray everything went well
At evening
Ekansh Malohtra pov ...
I look at myself in mirror. I was all groomed but my heart was gloomy. Only moment i felt of my heart is when it's pump blood...those fast heartbeat and nervousness nothing was there...my all emotions get Burnt with Ishita body ...
I look at my Ruhi ..
" Baby this clip is loose .. let's change this . " I said but she didn't agree . I don't know from whom she inherited stubbornness , neither Ishita was stubborn nor I am .
We went to venue where I saw... everyone standing there for welcoming me . I couldn't even smile even for formality. I can't fake it . I look at my daughter even she is not smiling...I am doing all this for her and still she didn't even smile ...
Soon we went on stage where I saw Nikita coming to stage with her brother...
Nikita outfit:
She smiled at me ,I also give her a forceful smile ... which she seems to noticed..
" How am I looking? " She asked coming at stage .
" Good" I said and look at people. I can't compliment her how can I when I my heart there is only Ishita memories. Sometimes I wish I loose every memory with her so atleast I can take a sigh of relax ...but it's not possible...
Soon my brother Rohan and my dad all come there ...
" Where is ruhi ?? " I asked them ..
" Ohh she was here just now .." Rohan said earning a glare from me ..
I was about to go but Nitika hold my hand ...
" Where are you going it's time to exchange rings .." she whispered
" Actually ruhi ,my daughter she has ring ..I will just come back .." i said and left ...

I was eating noodles and enjoying with my phone...well today i decided to wear Western..it's a fishtail off shoulder gown ...not until I saw a little girl running to me ...I realised she is the same girl whom I met yesterday at wedding where we sneak in ...
I call her near me ...as she was staring at me . She was holding her clip in her hands ...and her hair was open and looking messy ...
" What happened sweetheart? " I asked her ... She didn't said anything just keep staring at me .. don't tell me she is mute ??
" My c-clip " she said forwarding her little palm showing her palm ...I chuckled and called her near me and put my noodles aside...
And took comb from my purse and tied her hair ...
" See it's done ...you are looking so preety" I said squeezing her cute little cheeks making her smile ..i won't lie it's flutters my heart...a small child smile is the most innocent thing anyone could ever see...
" Thankyou" she said forwarding a box infront of me .
" No darling it's yours ... " I said and look at her gaze ..
She was gazing my noodles...
" Do you want to it ?? " I asked her but she shooked her head ...
" Dad say it's a trash and unhealthy" she spoke making my face fell down .. honestly I curse his father thousand time for calling my favourite noodles trash ...
" Have you ever eat it ?? " I asked her but she shooked her head..
" Can I eat it ?? " She said making me smile ...I took another fork and made her eat noodles. Her eyes sparkled at first i afraid that she might find it spicy but I guess she is also spice lover like me ....
She took fork from my hands and we both dig in ..not until a Manly voice hit my eardrum...and i saw the same man from yesterday...
Author pov
" Ruhi sweetheart,how many times i have told you not to talk to strangers and you are eating with a stranger here ..." He said in his cold tone making the little girl pout ...
I am already hating the fact that he said bad about my noodles and now he is calling me stranger in my own family function though that's fact I am stranger in my own family...
" Excuse me Mr , I am not a stranger here . It's my cousin sister engagement..so if someone is stranger here that's you not me " I said standing up ....
He steps towards me and his tall height dominant my small body ..
" How can I belive what if you are again sneaking in some random event for free food ..." He said eyeing my noodles plate...
Before i could speak Nikita come there ...
" Ruhanika and you ekansh what are you doing here ?? " Nikita said
" Who is he /she?? "We both asked at same time ..
" Ok guys let me introduce you guys , ekansh she is my cousin sister and Ruhanika he is ekansh my childhood friend and my soon to husband " she said
" Hii baby" Nikita said to ruhi but she hide herself behind ekansh..
Soon they all left and me left alone here with my plate of noodles...so he is my brother in law ...
I took my plate and follow them only to see there ravishing engagement.... There was a time when I also wished or dreamt something like this for me ..but my past now made that a horrible nightmare for me ...
" Will i ever able to love again, do I want to experience this in future with someone...."
