At the Place, King John's room
King John took out his sword and faced his son.
"Phillip. I want you to wear this tonight" He told him.
"Your sword?"
"Because of you, Ulstead and the Moors will be united at last"
Phillip sighed.
"Father, my love for Aurora has nothing to do with politics"
"Yes, but your love... will ensure peace for generations. Now take it. And wear it... to know that you will never have to use it" He said as he looked as his so with pride in his eyes as Phillip took his sword.
"Oh, my son" (I taught you piano-) He said as he put his hand on his shoulder.
He told a deep breath in.
"I've never been more proud"
"And what about Mother? Is she okay with this?" Phillip asked.
" Your mother will learn to love who you love" He told his son.
Outside Queen Ingris stood outside the door hearing the conversation that to place. She left and went into her room filled with elegant gowns.
She walked up to a mannequin and snapped its neck which revealed a secret entrance. Once she had walked in the door behind her closed along with the mannequin's head returning to its original position.
As she descended down the stairs she walked overhead the ironworkers. The sound of metal clanging and men chattering could be heard as the fires roared.
In a small room, Lickspittle was extracting the dust from the Tomb Bloom when Ingrith entered and sneezed, starling the pixie.
"I'm losing my patience" She stated.
"Your Majesty" He greeted her.
"You need to move faster, Lickspittle" He ordered him, ignoring his greeting.
"Yes, Your Majesty" He replied getting back to work.
She walked passed his table to a door.
"Aurora said yes" She informed him as she opened the door to reveal the spinning wheel
"It's all coming together... perfectly"
~Back in the Moors~
I was trying to help prepare Maleficent fro dinner. He looked at himself in the water practising his lines as I stood behind him.
"Hello. Hello. Hello"
His tone caused me to glance at him nit sure how to feel about it though it was funny I couldn't laugh out loud however now wasn't the time.
"Try it with a little less fang" I suggested to him.
"How's this?"
"Try the greeting"
"How kind of you to invite me this evening"
"Remember dear, it's not a threat" I reminded him.
"So very kind of you to invite me this evening," He said again this time in a threatening tone.
"Yeah. Better. Oh. Try it with a bow" I said as I went to demonstrate but he gave me a look causing me to stop.
"We can skip that part" I told him placed my hands on my hips.
He looked away from me and sighed.
I placed my hand on his shoulder and offered him a smile as he faced me.
"You know, She really loves. You're doing her a great kindness by going with her"
He raised a brow at me.
"So you're nothing coming"
I laughed before immediately stopping my laughter and looked him
"Of course not" I said seriously.
"And why is that"
"I have no reason to go" I told him.
He rolled his eyes before turning to face me.
"Are you serious?"
"Dead serious"
He sighed before letting go of his staff, making it drop to the ground to take my hand in his and placing it near his lips.
As he kissed my hand his eyes never left mines causing my cheeks to go ablaze.
"My sweet love" He started.

"Who has always been by my side, through my worst"
'Don't let his voice get you!'
"Please do me the honours of going to meet these humans. If not for the child we raised together but for me"
'Please! Someone! Show me how to say no to this!'
He then wrapped his arms around my waist pulling my so close until I was in his chest.
He then he listed my chin up making me look at his smirk on his face.
"Shall I go on?~ Shall I tell you how'll treat you like a queen when we get back home?~" He teasingly asked.
I was shocked at his behaviour, usually, he's a man of few words but here he was, making me more flustered than I ever thought was possible.
"I'll come! Just stop you're making my flustered" I told him as I averted eye contact with him, pouting a bit.
He let out a low chuckle.
"Very well then but first we must be rid of your clothes, you're my Queen and you must dress as such" (Note you, in the story, likes to wear loose fitted clothes cause you like it but you love to dress up, making I should have put in in losses dresses like Aurora? Oh well what's done is done).
I smirked deciding to tease him a bit as I removed sleeve off my shoulder.
"Well, Maleficent if you wanted me nake-" Before I could finish he grabbed my hand and started to spin me around.
Once he had finished my head was still spinning.
I started to rub my head and sighed.
Before I could ask him what's his issue but when I looked at his face it held no tricks but love and admiration and a genuine smile.
"You look breathtaking my dear" He told me, leaving my confused.
I stepped away from him and looked at my reflection in the water. I gasped at the sight.
My hair was well done there and I was wearing a beautiful black gown along with a coat.
(As I was watching the movie I notice Aurora wearing a coat so maybe it's cold in Ulstead? I'm not too sure. Also sorry how extra this coat is).
"Maleficent- This is gorgeous" I said as I turned to face him.
I walked towards him and wrapped my armed around his torso placing my head in his chest.
He sighed and placed his hand on my head along with wrapping his arm around my waist.
"I have one more thing to for you" He said pulling away.
He then picked up a stone. I tilted my head confused why he had a stone.
He placed both his hands over the stone and his gold magic transformed it a tiara.
He stepped forward and placed it on my head.
"There" He said as I tilted my head up.
"Maleficent...Thank you" I blushed.
He smiled.
"Anything for my Queen"
With that, we lead in to kiss but was suddenly Aurora came, clearing her throat to get our attention.
Maleficent and I quickly pulled away from our embrace.
"Aurora, that dress looks lovely on you" I told her with a smile.
She smiled back.
"Thank you Godmother"
That's when I notice she was holding something in her hand.
"And what is that in your hand?" I asked my smile falling a bit.
She took a deep breath in.
"I have something for you Godfather"
"Hm?" He said as he tilted his head, confused.
Aurora then revealed a black veil in her hands.
"For your horns"
I blinked and tilted my head at her baffled by her statement.
I carefully took the vail out of her hand.
"I just thought it would make Phillip's parents more comfortable" She explained stubbing on her words as she did.
"And you as well" She added.
"Now Aurora, why would you ask him to do that? Phillip's parents want to meet him, he should have to hide part of him. Sure he could be intimating but they have to look past that" I told her. I could not help but feel upset by her request. For some reason, the idea didn't sit right with me. Why should he hide a part of him? But then again humans fear things that they don't understand, that is what they've defined as normal so maybe that's why she again we want everyone to be comfortable.
"Maybe it was a bad idea" She said.
Maleficent placed his hand on my shoulder and I could feel the anger leaving me.
"Y/n, it's alright" He assured me.
I glanced at him.
"Are you sure?" I asked him concerned.
He then gentle flicked my forehead starling me.
"You worry too much"
I sighed as I felt the veil being removed from my hand.
Aurora grinned.
"I'm so excited" She exclaimed.
I couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm.
"It's more that I can bear"Â Maleficent forced with forced enthusiasm.
After some walking, we made it to the outskirts of the Moors and closer to Ulstead.
As we walked to the river dividing to two of us Maleficent tapped his staff on the ground causing roots to shot out and form a bridge.
Maleficent's wings were close to my back and as was Aurora as we walked over the bridge.
The screams of the villagers on the other side entertained me as I saw a group of men with torches and pitchforks in hand but each step we took coming closer to Ulstead the more they backed away.
The sight caused me to laugh thought it seems my laugh cause more fear into the hearts of the people causing them to scream louder.
"Pitchforks and torches? My my humans are still single-minded as ever. They haven't changed at all" I sharply stated.
"Pitchforks? Stilling with the basics are we?" He said as he turned to smile at a group of little children causing them to scream in fright as they ran away.
"Humans are simply hilarious" He stated smiling wickedly.
We finally made it to the castle's gate we were meet the guards standing there opening the door. I assumed the head guard bowned his head as Aurora passed and gave Maleficent and I a glanced filled with hatred. But we paid no mind and continued over the way.
As we walked through to the courtyard I noticed who big the castle really was.
"I like castle" I said out loud.
"Oh?" Maleficent replied.
"There beautiful thought I'll never see myself living in one but they are spectacular to look at"
"So you've seen another castle before Godmother?" Aurora asked me.
I smiled at the fond memories.
"Well I did some travelling in time"
"Oh do tell us my dear" Maleficent said in amusement.
"Well there was this one time my brother Diaval and I saw this huge place and..."
