*Knock knock There was a knock on the door of the president‘s office, but before Silas could respond, the door was

He looked up and saw Edward‘s face. He didn‘t stand up, didn‘t call him dad. In the company, the president was the boss.

Why are you in such a hurry? Do you need me for something?” Silas asked.

The secretary politely nodded and left, closing the door of the president‘s office.

Edward looked at South, then looked at Silas, suppressing the anger in his heart, “Why do you want to target Roberts Group?”

Silas said lazily, “I am not targeting it. It‘s just business competition.” Edward walked to the desk in a few steps, “Business competition? Even for a project that Nolan Group doesn‘t have? Nolan Group has never touched on the medical industry before!”

Don‘t joke about the company.”

Silas sneered, “What identity are you using to talk to me about this? A shareholder? Or my father? Don‘t mix business and personal matters together!”

“Is there any difference?” Edward snorted.

Silas looked at him coldly, “If you are talking to me as a shareholder, I am doing this for the long–

term plan of the company. You should support it. Even if you object, it can only be a suggestion, and you have no right to make a decision. If you are talking as a father, let me tell you that this is just the beginning!”

*Silas! What do you want to do?” Edward slammed the table on the spot, “Now you have fledged wings, right? You are starting to fight back?”

Silas looked at him, his eyes cold, and the corners of his mouth curved with a hint of ridicule, “I also have to thank you for your momentary mistake back then. You didn‘t pull out the roots!” Edward looked at him, and there was no warmth in his eyes except indifference, “Although I don‘t like your mother, you are my child. “Have you never thought of attacking me, or are you unable to touch me under grandfather‘s protection?”

“Why couldn‘t I touch you back then?”

He sneered, “I actually never understood. Since you like Lara Roberts so much, why did you marry my mother? Why did you give birth to me and Brian? You weren‘t responsible when you gave birth? Are you only concern birth and not raising your child?”
