Chapter 1832

This question had clearly stumped Theo.

Ellinor was also watching Theo, waiting for his answer.

Under his wife's gaze, Theo, although under immense pressure, said, “Naturally, I love everything

about her.”

Moran followed suit. “I also adore everything about Veronica. I see a future with her.”

Theo couldn't find anything wrong with that.

However, Ellinor laughed. It was rare to see anyone leave Theo speechless.

She leaned in and whispered in his ear, “That's enough. They genuinely like each other. You, as a

brother, should stop giving them a hard time.”

Theo's arm was still wrapped around her waist, and he gave her a playful squeeze. “So, you seem to

like this Moran, huh?”

Ellinor was speechless. This man, once he regained his memory, seemed even more possessive than

before.

At that moment, Veronica ran downstairs.

“Brother!”

Her voice was heart-wrenching and resonant, tears and snot were flying everywhere.

She had just gone upstairs to find her brother. When nobody answered the door, she assumed he

was still showering, so she went to chat with their grandparents, When she came downstairs and

saw Theo sitting on the couch, Veronica was truly overwhelmed with emotion.

She dove headfirst into Theo's arms while sobbing uncontrollably.

“Brother! Do you know how worried we've been about you these years? You're finally back!”

Before, Veronica would never get this close to her brother. Though he did care for her, they were

half-siblings and weren't particularly close daily.

Now, she didn't care about any of that. She needed to confirm that the person she was seeing was

real.

Caught off guard by his sister's embrace, Theo frowned and patted her back. “Alright, enough!

You're old now, and you're still behaving like this? I just changed into clean clothes; they're not for

you to wipe your tears and snot on.”

Ellinor fell silent.

She had never seen a brother like this before.

Moran was also silent.

Neither had he.

Veronica, however, was not surprised by her brother's reaction. She looked up and, with her face a

mix of laughter and tears, wiped away her own tears. “Brother... how did you get back? Weren't you

trapped by Sophia?”

Theo extended his arm, pulled a tissue from the coffee table, and wiped the tear stains from his

pristine white shirt, only responding very briefly. “It's a long story.”

Veronica pouted. “No matter what it's good that you're back safe.”

Theo ignored her. He continued to wipe his shirt and casually tossed the tissue into the trash can.

Veronica was a bit embarrassed. She moved away from Theo and sat next to Ellinor. “Ellinor, did you

see that? My brother is so harsh on me! If you cried on him, would he react the same way?" She

complained.

Ellinor didn't know how to respond. He probably wouldn't.

Without getting an answer from Ellinor, Veronica muttered to herself instead. “Ah. I know he

wouldn't mind you. He'd love for you to cry in his arms.

Really?

After giving Veronica a cold glance, Theo stood up and hoisted Ellinor to her feet.

After picking her up, he cradled her in his arms.

Right now, he had no time to deal with others and didn't want to be disturbed.

“Enjoy your time with your boyfriend; I need to discuss something with Ellinor upstairs.”
