Nikami POV

"Nika!" The door slammed open, making me freeze in my tracks and frantically sit back down. We didn't even get to kiss yet...

Ah, why am I feeling disappointed?

"What was that incident-... Huh? Are you two okay?" Shukona raised an eyebrow as she saw both me and Raijin being extremely red, and also sweating.

"I have Raijin-sama's clothes." Keshi waved the clothing behind Shukona, trying to make people pay attention to her.

Both Raijin and I were panting, me who needed to get away from Raijin due to the sudden opening of the door and Raijin who had the adrenaline rushing into her veins stopping.

"Ha... haah... We're fine." I stood up, wiping off some of the sweat on my chin and glanced over at Shukona.

"Why didn't you knock?" I asked her.

"Tch. I should have locked the door." I thought in my head, disappointed that action didn't cross my mind.

"Forgive me for my inelegant behavior, however..." Shukona bowed and paused.

"DO YOU REALLY THINK I'LL NOT RUSH HERE THE MOMENT I HEARD ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED?!?" She looked back up, folding her hands glaring at both of us. Her already scary looking figure became much more terrifying, the shadows in her eyes and her floating long hair was extremely menacing.

Due to her very tall figure, she was practically towering over us... She blocked the light and covered us in darkness, the only thing I could see clearly on her face was her glaring eyes. Shukona's aura was terrifying.

Ah.

She really was a villainess wasn't she?

"Oh shi-" Keshi's knees started to shake, having a nervous smile on her face she placed the clothes on a table and ran out of there as she tried her hardest not to scream out of terror.

Shukona's aggression wasn't even towards her, yet, she felt extremely terrified...

Ahhh... Nobles are so scary...

Shivers were sent down both our spines, I gave a small gulp and cleared my throat, trying to not look scared.

"M-maybe you two should like, get out?! I'm kinda na-naked here!!" Raijin intervened, trying her hardest to fully cover her body to not make Shukona see.

"Nice save Rai!" I thought in my head, turning over towards her with a small thumbs up.

"You can yell at me la-later!! Yell at Nika first!"

"YOU BRAT." I flinched, glaring towards her as she scoffed.

"Forgive me!! I'll go. Nika, come with me." She bowed down, turning red... Agh!! Why didn't she think of that? She completely overlooked that detail!! With stomping steps, Shukona walked out.

"T-this is revenge!" Raijin scoffed once more, pointing over at me.

"I didn't even do anything."

"W-well you... You tried to kiss me without my consent!"

"You could have pushed me off anytime. And you were the one that closed their eyes first, you practically said yes." I rolled my eyes, what a pathetic excuse Raijin.

"Tch-... Wh-whatever! You don't want to make Shu wait!" Raijin pointed at me once more.

I sighed, nodding as I started to walk out. Seeing the clothes on the table and grabbing it, throwing it at Raijin's face.

"Ow?!" Raijin's face was hit, she could have avoided that if it weren't for this weak body...

"I'm going to tell Shukona, is that okay with you?" I stopped at the door, placing my hand at the door frame.

"Tell what?" Raijin tilted her head.

"About our relationship." I spoke in my monotone voice, answering her question.

"O-oh... U-uhm... Y-yea... Sure...-" Raijin, getting reminded of what happened earlier, covered her face with the blanket on her and turned away as she turned red.

"Okay." I nodded, then walked fully out of the room and saw Shukona standing in the hallway. She looked more calm than earlier, possibly because she regained her clear head because of her mistake.

"Nika." She turned her head over at me.

"Shu." I replied to her calling out my name.

"What in the world were you trying to do? Jumping in a dangerous situation just for Rai... I understand that he might have gotten hurt but still, the teachers could have gotten there first. Now look at you, so dusty..." Shukona went over towards me, trying to gently pat my clothes that were blackened from the smoke.

"If I had to jump in a fire to save Rai or you, I would not hesitate." I looked up at her, seeing her gentle eyes looking down at me.

"I mostly did that because I didn't want Raijin to be known to be a girl, but I'm not lying." I thought to myself, staring blankly at Shukona that froze.

"I... I understand that. But please take care of yourself..." She stopped, looking away as she sighed. Starting to play with her hair, and her cheeks went red.

"I don't want you to get hurt... Especially when you are already hurt." Shukona lifted her hand and softly patted me.

"I'll be more careful next time."

"What do you mean next time?!"

"Pft, nothing." I scoffed, giggling.

"And ugh, the nerve of that commoner! To get you into such trouble! You were seriously injured!" Shukona grumbled, rolling her eyes. Pouting as she put her hands on her hips and quickly blaming Yasachu.

"She didn't do anything wrong, I doubt anyone expected an incident like that. She only helped me." I was quick to call out Shukona, and she looked back at me with a sigh.

"I understand. But still..." She looked over at my bandages, frowning.

"What were you doing when Raijin awaked?"

"Awaked?" Shukona titled her head, a bit confused at what I just said.

"Raijin was the cause of the fire, because Rai awaked... I think it was because of Rai's personal magic or something along those lines... I haven't been able to look too much into it." I placed my hand on my chin, trying to remember what Shoubu said.

"What?! Rai was the cause of the fire?! What is a... Personal magic...? Awaked...?" Shukona took a step back, overwhelmed with all of this new information.

"Shu, we are blessed by fairy kings. Of course we would have something like this, our existence is able to destroy a city in mere seconds if we wished it to be." I explained to Shukona, knowing how powerful we, the capture targets, can be.

"I understand..." Shukona sighed into her hand before nodding in understanding, glaring at the floor for a moment.

"Now, could you answer my question? Were you inside the building?" I asked Shukona, not knowing why Raijin was the only one that came here and not Shukona too.

"No, I was helping rebuild your room and that commoners room as well. I know it's inelegant for a lady to help in construction work... But I couldn't help but feel responsible for not telling a teacher about that masked girl..." Shukona glanced at me, a tint of guilt was on her face. She knew she was dangerous, yet why didn't she tell Nikami? Being in a complicated situation like this... Ugh... A huge blow to her morality.

"I-I'm done changing! Uagh... It's so fuckin hard to walk..." Raijin grumbled under her breath, I turned behind me to see the sight of Raijin leaning into the walls to help herself stand up.

She was wearing a normal white collared shirt with black pants, panting as she looked over at us.

"Ah, now that you're done. I could now tell Shu." I turned back at Shukona, taking a deep breath.

"W-wait?! You didn't tell her yet?!" Raijin exclaimed, surprised at that fact.

"As if I'll spare you from embarrassment." I rolled my eyes, folding my hands.

"You are getting meaner by the second!"

"What are you two talking about?" Shukona asked, curious as to what they would tell her. And why Raijin would be embarrassed.

I redid the uniform too because frankly that bright ass purple is making my eyes bleed omfg,,,

Also, shorts!! Because no panty shots while using magic! (Much to Shukona's dismay,,,, "This uniform look ugly asf." She wants her skirts, frills, and drills)

Can I just give an awooga first??? GOSH. Nikami very much looks like the ice queen as she supposed to be, I put more of the white patches on her hair to really express that SHE IS VERY STRESSED TO THE POINT OF HER HAIR TURNING WHITE. I really love the small white bangs just on top of her eyes it really gives her a more edgy look and I'm all here for that lmao.

And yes I gave her a scarf because her neck is v sensitive and cold!

I also gave the two matching symbols, that being the adventurine symbol and their earings, which are engagement earings!! Idk I felt like it was a cute touch and it gives a bit more cultural difference than the others because Adventurine is VERY different from the other countries

Raijin: "She looks great! Wish she changes her poker face sometimes though,,," Smh my head, still v pretty,,,, awooga

Nothing really changed much other than UPGRADING the cape and giving her a bun, because yk she's trying hard to feel happy being a girl but society is like 😐😐 Come on guys let her have her long hair.

Yes I'm giving her fangs, No, I'm not sorry. I also made her body structure much more triangle shape than the others to emphasize her boyish disguise.

Her hair is a lot more bouncy and longer than the last design because hair is great or something lol. Her cape is super long because she is making it seem like she has long hair, plz she just wants long hair let her have long hair.

Nikami: "I remember her always tripping on her cape due to it being so long." Haha what a dumbass

Shukona: "Rai's hair is a bit messy, but the attire itself isn't bad." Nod of approval.

Yasachu: "Gakerumi-sama's cape is so cool! Maybe I should get one..." Shiny eyes

Can I just say how much FUN I had designing her?? Like I changed her hair to be super curly, kinda like the usual villainess with drills and stuff but not to the point where its in your face. I added fucking roses and a begonia flower in there because mmmm yes plant girl likes flowers.

Since she absolutely detests the uniform because they're "brutish" and "ugly", she tries to make herself much more feminine by adding a brooch, a necklace, thigh highs with laces, and cool gloves.

She always looks mad but is actually a sweetheart and I fucking ADORE HER. And yes I gave her a mole near her eyes because I feel like it adds on to her intimidatingness (No offense ofc), and because it looks cool 🙌😏

Nikami: "I could hug her all day." Opens her arms, you better get in here or I'm frostbiting your ass
