                           CHAPTER-2                             MY GIFTMORNING:Anjali was sleeping and she did not know it was already 8.30PM. Her mobile buzzed she slowly turned towards the table and took her mobile. It was message from AbhiAbhi: Good morning Madam.. Woke up?Anjali saw the time.."O shit 8.30.." She said sitting upShe texted him backAnjali: Where are you? Can't you wake me up? Sorry!!!Abhi: I am in office.. No problem.. Today I have prepared the breakfast😁.. Go eatAnjali: What?? So sweet of you..😘😘Abhi: Ok then.. I will call you later..😘Anjali: Ok bye..Abhi: Hann.. Then call Sandhya.. she said this to tell you yesterday.. I forgot😝😝Anjali: Ok no problem.. I will call her❤ You take care and come home earlyAbhi: Ok.. Bye################################Anjali called Sandhya"Hello Anjali Bhabhi" Sandhya said"What happened?? You said me to call.." Anjali asked her"Bhabi today its Dad's birthday.. Please come.." Sandhya said"Why are you requesting as if I will not come".. Sure I will come" Anjali said"Thank you Bhabhi..But what about Abhi da""You don't worry.. I will tell him" Anjali said"Ok then.. Can you come in the morning.. because Dad has gone to office with Arush da.. we can prepare here.. we have also invited Dad's friends" Sandhya said"Ok Sandhya.. I will be there by 10AM" Anjali saidAnjali called Abhi.. But he did not recieve the call.. So she thought she would tell him after sometimeAnjali went to "Sandhya Mansion" and they started preparing for the party.. Avanthika and Menaka were there but they did not mind talking to Anjali nor Anjali talked to them.They beautifully decorated the home.. On the other hand Abhi saw Anjali's miss calls and called her back but Anjali was busy she did not see her mobile.It was evening and they were done with the preparation and it was alset for the party to began.. It was 6'0 clock Abhi returned home but the home was locked.. He did not understand where Anjali went that to without telling him.. He opened the door and went inside..He called her.."Hello Anjali.. Where are you?" He asked"Abhi.. I called you but you did not"Abhi interrupted in between"I also called you.. You did not recieve" He added"Abhi... Stop.. listen to me.. I am here in Sandhya Mansion"".....Hmm" He said"Today its Dad's birthday.. So there is a party.. we have prepared everything.. You also come here" Anjali said"Oh.. You enjoy.. I will call you later" Abhi said and cut the call"Abhi" she said but he had already cut the call.Anjali now doubted whether he will come or not..Guest started arriving.. All were Rajeev's business friends and partners.. Anjali saw Sanjeev uncle.. She went near them.  hesitatingly thinking whether they will talk to her or not.. But Sanjeev and Sarala talked to her as before and she was very happy..It was 7.00 clock when Rajeev, Arush and Anish arrived.. Rajeev was surprised seeing all the decoration and his friends..After a while party began.. There were Rajeev's childhood friends whom Sandhya had invited and Rajeev was very happy meeting them..Anjali saw Rajeev uncle he looked happy.. She took her mobile and called Abhi again but he did not recieve the call..Rajeev saw Anjali standing and worried about something he went towards her while all others were busy with some or the other things"Anjali" He called herAnjali who was deeply involved in her thoughts came to reality"Dad" "How are you beta" Rajeev asked her"Fine Dad.. How are you""Hmm.. fine" he saidAnjali did not know what to talk next but Rajeev continued"Where is Abhi?"This piereced Anjali's heart what she should answer now.. while she herself did not know whether he is coming or not.."Dad.. He.."Rajeev interrupted in between"I know him.. if he decides that he will not come.. He will not come.."Anjali could sense pain in his voice.. She also thought to herself "No my Abhi is not so heartless.. He will come" But she was not sure.."Can I ask you something"  Rajeev said"Yes Dad""Do you know what was the best gift I ever recieved? It was My Abhi... But see now.. I lost my precious gift"Anjali saw tears in his eyes.. Mr. Rajeev the famous business tycoon was crying infront of her.. then she thought to herself what if he is a businessman he is a father too.."Dad.. please.. !! He loves you still and respects you.. He is not angry upon you for anything"Rajeev nodded his head.. By that time Anish announced that he will play a video..It was a video with all the photos of Rajeev with his friends and family..Rajeev childhood memories came back when he saw the photos with his friends..Anjali was praying "Please God..Make Abhi to come here" Then a photo came in the video in which Rajeev was holding Abhi.. Anjali saw that photo in which Abhi had that cute smile on his face ..Abhi had grown up but that smile was still the same.. Rajeev looked towards Anjali.. Anjali looked towards door hoping he will come.."Abhi" She saidAbhi came.. Arush went towards him and gave him a warm hug.Anjali went towards Rajeev"Dad..  Abhi came""Where.. is he??"Anjali showed him.. Abhi came towards Rajeev and.. stood infront of him"Happy Birthday Dad" He saidRajeev hugged him"Abhi.." Arush saw tears in Rajeev's eyes.. His dad was strong man.. But Abhi's absence had made me weak.."I am happy that you came.." Rajeev whispered in Abhi's ears" Dad..I am always with you.." Abhi saidAnjali was happy seeing this.. The party continued..Avanthika was irritated by Anjali and Abhi's arrival..but why?? All she wanted was Abhi to get out of their family which he has.. But there was reason for her anger.. Will come to know the reason in the coming parts and also a new charecter is going to enter in the next part.. Will see what changes that person will try to bring in Abhi and Anjali's life..Thank you friends❤
