Chapter 50: 42. My WIFE

MOHABBAT-E-DIWAANGI ( Book 1)Words: 11464

With all the emotions reflecting in her eyes, Avantika softly replied while still in his arms, their hearts beating in perfect sync:

"Tu meri har khushi ki wajah ban gaya,

Na chahte huye bhi tu zindagi ban gaya,

Laga jab kuchh nahi mera, tab tu mera, sirf mera,

Aasmaan ban gaya,

Tujhse door mar jaungi mai,

Tere qareeb kyun na rahungi mai,

Teri hu mai, bas teri hu."

("You have become the reason for all my happiness,

Even when I didn't want it, you became my life,

When nothing else seemed to be mine, you were mine, only mine,

You became my sky,

I will die if I'm far from you,

No matter where I am, I will always be near you,

I am yours, only yours.")

Aadish felt every word deep in his heart, his emotions running wild as her words made him lose his breath. The pheras were completed, but he held her close, not wanting to let go. Still carrying her in his arms, Avantika whispered, "Love you, Mr. Rajawat..." She placed her right hand gently over his heart, feeling the rhythm of his heartbeat, and he knew, in that moment, their souls had merged forever.

"Thank you... maa ki aakhri nishani sambhalne ke liye... iss ring se jyada kimti shayad kuchh aur nahi hota mere liye."

("Thank you for holding onto my mother’s last token... nothing in the world is more precious to me than this ring.")

Aadish gently set Avantika back on her feet, then slowly began to lift the veil that had hidden her face, revealing the true beauty that had captivated his heart. Avantika lowered her head, tears softly flowing down her cheeks.

With tender care, Aadish placed his fingers under her chin, lifting her head slowly. The moment was filled with a deep, burning love, as their eyes finally met. In that instant, Aadish's heart seemed to stop. The full depth of her gaze, her vulnerability, her trust in him—all of it overwhelmed him.

He placed his hand over his chest, his voice barely a whisper, but full of devotion:

"Meri zindagi ka har pal, har saans, sirf tumhare liye hai. Tumhari muskurahat meri duniya hai, aur tumhara saath mera jeene ka sabab."

("Every moment, every breath of my life, is only for you. Your smile is my world, and your presence is the reason I live.")

The love in his voice, the sincerity in his eyes, spoke of a bond stronger than anything they had ever known.

"Biwi sahiba... apni hi shaadi wale din jaan lene..."

("Wife... taking my life on our wedding day...")

Before Aadish could finish his sentence, Avantika gently placed her finger on his lips, silently signaling him to stop. Her eyes spoke volumes—no words needed to convey her feelings.

Aadish paused, sensing the depth of the moment, and slowly took her hand, placing it on his chest. With a soft, earnest tone, he said:

"Feel the heartbeat, even though they are no longer mine, jaan."

("Feel the heartbeat, even though they are no longer mine, my love.")

Avantika smiled shyly, her cheeks flushed, as she felt the steady rhythm of his heart beneath her hand. The love between them spoke louder than any words could express.

And they sat once more for the remaining rituals as the priest asked Aadish to fill Avantika's hairline with sindoor. Avantika was confused for a moment, softly mumbling to herself, "are pandit ji sindoor to do...?"

Just as she spoke these words to herself, Aadish took his sword and, in front of her eyes, cut his thumb. With steady hands, he filled her hairline with his own blood. Avantika, eyes fluttering closed, felt the warmth of Aadish’s blood touching her skin, and an overwhelming sense of peace filled her heart. A soft smile tugged at the corner of her lips.

As she slowly opened her eyes, she found him already looking at her. Their gazes locked, and in that moment, a shared understanding passed between them, as though the universe itself paused.

The priest then offered Aadish the mangalsutra (sacred necklace). He took it with steady hands and moved closer to tie it around her neck. As he leaned in, his breath fanned over her skin, sending a cold shiver down her spine. His fingers brushed against her nape, igniting an unfamiliar warmth within her. The moment stretched between them, heavy with emotions neither could name, as he completed the sacred ritual, binding her to him forever.

But Aadish stayed there for a moment, his gaze intense as he softly whispered, "I love you, MRS. AVANTIKA AADISH RAJAWAT. I love you..." His voice was cold, but carried a power that seemed to say he would never let her go. It was as if in that single sentence, he had claimed her, not just as his wife, but as his everything, his world, his reason for living.

Avantika, stunned for a second, looked at him once again, her heart racing. Her eyes widened in disbelief, her breath catching in her throat. Then, slowly, a smirk formed on her lips, the edge of her expression playful yet knowing. She couldn’t help but smile, realizing just how deep his love ran. His obsessive tone, that possessiveness in his eyes—it wasn’t something she feared, but something she had come to understand. She could feel his emotions, raw and unfiltered, and she knew then that their bond would be unbreakable, forever sealed in this moment. "I love you too, Aadish," she thought, but the words didn't need to be spoken aloud. Her smile said everything.

Aadish stood there, lost in his thoughts, feeling an overwhelming surge of emotions for Avantika. He thought to himself:

"I was waiting for her to be mine. Not just to say that I love her, but because I only want to be hers. To love her... to destroy everything for her... only my WIFE. She could make me a ruler in a minute, and she could also destroy me. I don’t need her words; just her thoughts are enough to break me down."

“I’ve loved her this much, that with just a single gesture from her, I could destroy myself. If she cried and begged me again, I still wouldn’t let her have me. She’s mine, and always will be. She may be my wife, but I am only hers, always hers, and I will stay that way for eternity.”

"Tum baa ishq mohabbat guroor nhi ho... Tum vo ho jiski ek jhalak se meri rooh taar taar hogyi... Tumhe dekh kar ye ahesaas baad mein hua ki tum meri ho, mere liye banni ho."

(You are not just love or pride, you are the one whose glance shattered my soul... Seeing you made me realize that you are mine, you were meant for me.)

"Magr ye ahesaas ye dil pehle hua, ki mai tumhara hu, tumse hu, bas tumme hu."

(But this realization, this heart’s truth, came long before—I'm yours, I belong to you, I am only in you.)

"Tumhe khudko paya hai, tut ke nahi, tumne puri duniya ko apne andar samaya hai."

(You have found yourself, not broken, but you have embraced the whole world within you.)

"I love my wife... because she loves me, and I want to be loved by her."

In that moment, as he stood holding her, feeling the weight of his love for her, he realized that his heart, soul, and everything he was—belonged to Avantika. She was the center of his existence, and he couldn’t imagine life without her.

As they both stood up from their places, the ritual ended, and they walked towards their parents for their blessings. Ansh and Revti, filled with pride and love, embraced them tightly. The King and Queen had never bowed before anyone, yet the warmth of their parents' embrace was everything to them.

Before they could even turn to look at their beloved and cute brothers, Om, Rudra, and Armaan jumped in front of them and fell to their feet. Avantika, caught off guard, stepped back slightly in surprise. But Aadish, ever calm, held her firmly by the shoulder, ensuring she remained steady.

Together, the three brothers spoke in unison, their voices filled with love and respect:

"Aap dono ka pyaar hamesha salamat rahe, aapke beech ki ye jodi hamesha mehfooz rahe."

(“May your love always remain strong, and may this bond between you both always stay safe.”)

Avantika’s heart melted at the sight of her brothers, their love and devotion shining through in that simple act of respect. Aadish smiled, feeling a surge of gratitude for the family he now had, and the one he had always longed for.

The three brothers, Om, Rudra, and Armaan, were filled with excitement and joy as they stood there, looking at their elder brother and his newly wedded wife. With big smiles, they spoke in unison.

"Hey, humare poojniya bhai sa aur unki ardhangini ban chuki humari bhabhisa! Aap dono se nivedan hai ki hume dher saara aashirvad de!"

("Our revered brother and his now better half, our sister-in-law! We humbly request both of you to bless us with plenty of blessings!")

The three of them looked at their elder brother and his wife, their smiles widening with playful mischief.

"Aur bhai sa, aapse nivedan hai, kripya hume apne shaadi ka gift de dijiye, warna hum apni bhabhi ko le jaayenge humare saath soslo trip par!"

("And brother, we request you to kindly give us your wedding gift, or else we’ll take our sister-in-law on a solo trip with us!")

The three brothers dramatically held onto their elder brother’s feet, almost kneeling in front of him, their playful antics evident. Aadish, amused but slightly protective, called for a guard to bring a tray. The guard brought three keys on it, and Aadish looked at his brothers with a smirk before handing them over.

"Ye lo teeno, apni most wanted bike, aur meri biwi ko sirf mere liye chhod do," Aadish said with a teasing grin.

("Here you go, all three of you, your most wanted bikes, but leave my wife only for me.")

The three brothers stood up in excitement to take the keys from Aadish, but just as they reached for them, Aadish pulled them back with a firm look. The confusion on their faces was evident as they asked with their eyes, "Kya ho gaya bhai sa?"

("What happened, brother?")

Aadish, seeing their confused expressions, continued with a warning.

"Meri biwi ko mere bina apni ye chikni chupdi baatein sunke le jaane ka khayal apne dimaag se nikaal do," Aadish almost warned, his voice cold with authority.

("Get the thought of taking my wife away and talking all these sweet words to her out of your mind!")

Their expressions were still confused, almost like they couldn't understand his seriousness. But Aadish, knowing they would never stop, finally handed over the keys with a resigned sigh.

Just as he handed the keys to them, Avantika stepped forward, standing in front of him, her brothers surrounding her. She asked, "Aur meri bike ki keys?"

Ansh and Revti, seeing Avantika’s confident demeanor, whispered to each other with pride, "Perfect bahu."

("Perfect daughter-in-law.")

Aadish, looking at Avantika with a fond smile, couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow and say with a playful expression, "Pata tha."

("I knew it.")

He pulled out another key from his pocket and handed it to her.

"Jante hain biwi ji, aapki bike ki keys ye rahi."

("I knew, wife, here’s the key to your bike.")

As the four of them—Om, Rudra, Armaan, and Avantika—were jumping in excitement, a sudden "huff huff" sound made everyone pause. They turned around to find Lucifer, the dog, standing there with an eager expression, as if asking, "Aur mai?" (And what about me?)

Lucifer's playful energy made everyone laugh, especially as he wagged his tail in excitement, joining the joyful moment. Avantika smiled and bent down to pet him, while Aadish couldn't help but shake his head in amusement, as Lucifer added his own touch to the celebration with his cute antics.
