Through the point of view of Beatrix
Anthony assured me all through the car ride there, but when we arrive my nerves are at an all time high.
We, or rather Anthony gets our bags and I follow him as we walk through a small cave on the far side of the parking lot.
It's damp because of the heat, and water droplets fall from the ceiling. After we leave the cave, I catch a glimpse of the waterfall.
A couple more minutes of walking over some more rocks, we enter a clearing with a huge rock. It takes up a lot of space and is the perfect edge to sit on.
Today the sun is bright, and it illuminates the body of water beautifully. It's a bright blue color, and I hope with everything in me that the water is warm.
As we get closer I notice a couple bags around the edge and hear the sound of someone shout Anthony's name.
Here we go .. let's meet the friends.
A guy playing in the water swims over to us and I see he's accompanied by two girls and another guy. I stay a few feet behind Anthony and allow him to greet the person.
His friend comes up and hugs him, and begins to give him a bunch of wet kisses.
"Get off of me you fucker." He says, feigning disgust as he pushes the guy off of him with a laugh.
"Ignore him, B. He's just stupid. This is Leo." I turn to him with a small smile and in return, am greeted with one as well.
He's a handsome guy in general.
His hair is blonde, and falls down at his shoulders in long loose curls kinda like Anthony's. Leo's eyes are kind, and soft blue color.
Adorning his pale skinned body, besides a beautiful six pack, are a couple tattoos and a pair of black trunks.
"What's your name?" He asks, outstretching a hand to me.
We shake hands.
"I'm Beatrix, it's nice to meet you." I say the words a little meekly but it's sufficient enough and Leo lets go of my hand.
"It's a pleasure to have you here, we were just playing marco polo. Come join us and meet the girls." He says, and I agree before he jumps back into the water with a yell.
I can't help but laugh a little at his energetic demeanor, and am glad that the interaction went well.
"See? Told you there was nothing to worry about." Anthony teases, bumping me gently. I bump him back and follow him to the area where everyone else's luggage was.
I kick my shoes off and test the water with my foot. Like Anthony said, it wasn't cold and with how sun the had been shining down on the water it was warm.
"Here's your bag, B." Anthony hands me my bag and I start to search it for sunscreen. Next to me Anthony starts to take off his shirt and I search my bag even harder.
When I have it, I start to take off my clothes.
First I unbutton my shorts and shimmy them off slowly. Next, I lift my shirt off of my body and fold both of the clothes before putting them into my bag.
As I apply some sunscreen to my body, I notice the group playing a game of marco polo.
Leo cheats and open his eyes as the girls are still getting into their hiding spaces. A girl screams as he lifts one of them up and drops them in the water.
I dip my feet in at the edge of the water before I get in further, submerging myself slowly. I'm actually surprised it's so warm and can't help but smile as I start to swim.
"B, wait for me!" The sound of Anthony's voice has me turning, and everything in me wishes I hadn't.
I stare at his body, shameless as I lay my eyes on a sight I'd hadn't been granted before: his bare chest.
He's fit with two very firm looking pecs on his chest, and as my eyes travel lower I discover a beautiful looking six pack.
Anthony's arms are broad and shaped with muscles. Up close, I notice he has a couple tattoos on waist and upper shoulder.
At his waist is a pair of black shorts, they're tied tightly but still hang low enough for my greedy eyes to stare at.
"Come on you two!" Leo yells, snapping me back to reality.
I avoid Anthony's gaze while swimming over to the group. When we're in the middle of the big body of water the introductions start.
"Guys, this is Beatrix. She's Anthony's friend." Leo introduces me to the group and I give everyone a small wave.
"Hi, it's nice to meet everyone." I hope it's not clear that I'm nervous as I speak.
"Aww!" A girl with strawberry blonde curls swims over to me. She swims over to me, and gives me a small hug as the other girl follows.
"I'm Bailey, it's nice to meet you. You're so pretty! That's Hannah." I'm nervous but introduce myself to both girls with a smile.
"I'm Hannah, it's nice to meet you." A girl with brown straight hair tells me, I smile and she gives me a hug as well.
It's scary meeting new people for the first time, but it's refreshing how welcoming it is.
I learn that Hannah is 21 like me and is a psychology major. She's also really gorgeous.
Hannah's got dark float hair, and bright brown eyes to pair. Her lashes are stupidly and pretty, I'm secretly so jealous.
Hannah's bathing suit is a black one piece, and it has a slit at her waist, exposing her toned body.
Bailey on the other hand is in school to study law.
She's got her hair into a lower small bun and has dark lashes, though they're pretty and long as well.
She's got a beautiful body adorned with a pink two piece on.
After those introductions we get into playing a couple games.
First, we play a couple rounds of marco polo. Hannah gets found by Anthony and he gets her out by throwing her into the water.
I hide with Bailey under a small cave, but we're found by Leo. It sends us running and jumping back into the water to get away from them.
Bailey is caught by Leo while Anthony finds me, trying to swim away pathetically. When he catches me, I can't help but laugh.
"What was that swimming?" He asks and I splash him with an embarrassed laugh.
We regroup and two more rounds where we have to split up and get the boys. It's fun and of course, we cheat a little by opening our eyes to win.
After that, we play a game of chicken in the water and I'm paired with Bailey and we play against Anthony and Hannah.
It's fun watching Hannah and Anthony have to work together. Me and Bailey end up beating them a couple times before we switch partners.
Anthony holds me up no problem, and I hold onto him as Leo yells to start.
I try to get Bailey off and it's hard to control my laughter when we're just kicking the shit out of other trying to get the upper hand.
As a last resort, I tickle Bailey's side with my foot and she instantly goes down into the water. Anthony twirls me around as I bask in my victory with a laugh.
I decide to take a break and sunbathe for a little while everyone else plays a little bit more.
The feeling of the sun shining down on my skin feels like heaven and I let out a relieved sigh as I relax into my seat.
I am so happy I moved to a sunny place.
After an hour of sunbathing, I decide to just sit on the edge of the cave and keep my feet in the water to cool down.
By now Hannah, Leo and Bailey have gotten out of the water and are just talking at the edge of the cave.
"Psst."
Anthony gestures for me to come closer and I give him a weird look.
"What are you doing?" I ask, splashing him slightly with my foot.
He points to a small cave far from the edge and at this point, I'm genuinely curious. I get into the water with him and Anthony tells the group we'll be back in a minute.
"Where are we going?" I ask, unable to hide my curiousity. Anthony smiles at my question but gives me no audible response.
I follow him and we swim in silence for a couple minutes before we arrive to a clearing with the most beautiful waterfall I've ever seen.
