Mei Mei nodded and cautioned, “Na Na, they are high and mighty people, someone we commoners can’t aspire to. You mustn’t do anything foolish or ruin someone’s family. If you destroy someone’s family, I won’t play with you anymore.”

Na Na felt her scalp tingle and shouted, “What nonsense are you talking about? What have I done to ruin someone’s family?”

Mei Mei was startled by her loud voice, “Why are you shouting? I was just reminding you. What are you angry about? And I’m asking you, did you go there on purpose just now?”

Mei Mei didn’t understand why Na Na was lashing out at her, “What’s wrong with you?”

As she turned around, she saw Tan Rou standing on the side of the stairs, looking right at them.
