Sana's eyes widened when she saw a pregnant woman on a stretcher with her hands fisted on a man's hair as he looked at her in pain as she was taken to the emergency room.

Sana covered her mouth laughing while some mothers with their kids gave her a stink eye and covered the ears of the kids.
She saw her taken inside the room with her voices still heard. She shook her head amused and went to check on the vitals of a patient.

The man was rubbing his forehead but smiled apologetically at sana who shrugged it off.
It was now time to get the baby out but the woman started to freak out and scream.
Woman- I can't do it I canr do it !
Sid looked at the woman with worry and said- We have to do it maam! Please!
Sana looked at the situation and walked towards the woman and kept a hand on her head and said- You sure can! Do you know you would have the prettiest baby ever. Do you know how amazing it would be when you would hold that baby who was in you for 9 months! Who was a part of you? I'm sure you are such a powerful woman you can.
The woman smiled painfully and then Sid started with the process.
I'm exact 10 minutes, a cry was heard and 3 people cried in that room.
The mother, the father and Sana.
Sana- This is such a beautiful scene to watch!
Sid looked at sana and his eyes were blank.
He looked down writing down the important details.
The woman held the baby in her arms and cried along with the husband.
Sana- It's so precious oh my god! She's going to be such a beautiful girl. Have you thought of a name?
The boy spoke up- Yeah, Shehnaz!
Sana tried the word on her lips shehnaaz! Woah that's such a beautiful name.
The woman nodded and said- I always had this weird connection to this name.

The woman smiled and said- Meeti!
Sana- Woah that's sucha pretty name! Meeti now you take rest! I'll see you in some time.
Meeti nodded and then looked at her husband and growled- Asim!!!! Did you click pictures? Show me? OH GOD I LOOK HORRIBLE AS IF I WAS IN LABOUR!

Sana chuckled and looked around for Sid but was no where to be found.
She went out looking for him and saw him out in the garden drinking some juice and staring at the garden.
Sana felt something was off but didn't disturb him.
4 days later.
Sana had come off laughing from Meeti's room, they have become good friends while Meeti had to stay here because she got some slight issues.
She saw the silhouette of Sid and sighed. Four days since Sid has been ignoring Sana like plague. She doesn't know why but sure it hurts like hell.
She shook her head and walked towards the emergency when she saw someone and her eyes widened- YOU!!!
The next day, Sana stood infront of Sid's cabin.
Sid looked at her for a second and then looked down at his papers and said- What is it Ms gill? If it's not work related- you can go!
Sana angrily glared and said- IT IS WORK RELATED, "SIR"!
Sana kept an envelope on the table and said- This is my resignation letter! I'm leaving.
Sid looked at sana in shock and said- WHAT?
Sana- Yeah!
Sid got up in a second and said- WHAT? WHY!?
Sana- Because I found myself a rich husband and I don't want to work anymore.
Sid scoffed with his eyes dark.
Sid- You are literally going to get married?
Sana- Why not? Don't you want to?

Sana- Anyways! Thankyou sir for your guidance. I'll sure share my wedding card, do come-
In a second she was pinned to the wall with her hands trapped in his above her head.
Sana- What are you doing sir?
Sid- How dare you leave me- this hospital?
Sana- Why can't I? You don't care about me right? You rejected my love when we were so young and even now you seem to ignore me as if I don't exist! So why are you so pressed... "Sir".
Sid's eyes softened and he looked down.
Sana- I know you like me, a lot.
Sid's eyes widened in shock.

Sana- YOU!!!
The woman looked at sana with shocked expression and said- Ohh my god the troublemaker is now a doctor?
Sana- Why are you hurt?
The woman chuckled and said- because the perfect head girl is now a troublemaker. Kidding! I work in police so that's kinda normal.
Sana gasped in happiness and said- Woah that's amazing!
The woman grinned and said- So how is it going on with Sid huh?
Sana's expressions dropped and she said- Why Sid?
The woman looked at her shocked and said- What he never told you?
That he liked you so much? The whole prefect group knew it. That's why so many times you were spared as we were asked to ignore your troubles. Boy that man was so in love with you. He would give you punishments and do the half of it. I remember him cleaning 17 classes's boards so you don't have to!
Sana looked at the woman in shock with tears in her eyes. Sana- I never- gosh I never knew it.
The woman smiled and said- He would never stop talking about you. Whenevr in assemblies while giving speeches he would look for you. And a lot of times he took up the blames of your mistakes infront of the teachers.
Sana covered her mouth while holding tears and said- God I never knew. That sneaky bitch!
The woman chuckled and said- I don't know how you couldn't see it. He was so obvious.

Sid got away from her, sat on his seat and said- Um- I'll accept your resignation. Y-you can go.
Sana scoffed at him and ran towards him and sat down on his lap holding his collars in anger making him gasp.

Sid's eyes started to water and he looked down and said- I am sorry! I am so sorry! But we - can't be together.
Sana held his face with her eyes softening and said- Why can't we? Why did you reject me in school?
Sid- Because you were 15 and I was 18. An adult! I didn't wanted to get into a relationship with you not knowing anything and didn't wanted to exploit you. You were a minor Sana!
Sana's eyes warmed but then she said- BUT NOW I AM NOT!
Sid nodded his head with tears and said- I- know. But I can't.
Sana- TELL ME WHY?
Sid screamed- BECAUSE I AM IMPOTENT! I AM INFERTILE!

The nurse comes in and sees Sana on the ground and before she could ask Sana dramatically holds Sid's feet and said- I LOVE MY JOB! Please sir give me a last chance.
The nurse looks at Sana sadly and said- Sir she's so hardworking please-
Sid glares at sana who smirks at him.
Sid- You leave this drama machine and tell me what's wrong?
The nurse rubbed her temples and said- Sir that pregnant woman, Meeti she is now in anger hitting her husband on his ass and is screaming- WEAR YOUR CONDOM TO EVERY PATIENT SIR I-
They hear another scream- WEAR YOUR COMDOM TAKLE-
