Chapter 21: 3.1

Okay, my heart is so full! Whoever commented and responded MADE MY WHOLE MONTH and I am not even kidding! I got a little emo reading it and my brother was giving me that suspicious eyes as if my crush proposed me! 😂

After the deal Shehnaz made with Sidharth, she decided to go to her bakery, 'Unicorn sprinkles' . As cheesy as it sounded, everyone totally loved it. It was a big beautiful bakery filled with warm tones and good fluffy cushions kept for people to sit comfortably, but the whole aura and vibe is so homely that people end up sleeping sometimes.

Shehnaz entered the bakery and heard few squeals.

She shook her head in amusement and entered the kitchen where the cities yummiest sweets were made.

Shehnaz saw Mrs. Briganza a 45yr old woman shaking her head in dismay at Aria and Virat fighting again.

Shehnaz-  Cut the cupcake right now!

Both of them still continued to fight,

Shehnaz cleared her throat and said it a little loudly GUYS I SAID CUT THE CUPCAKE RIGHT NOW!! (Cut the cupcake was a term Shehnaz used to stop fights in the bakery, a secret code so that people don't get to know they are fighting.)

Both of them froze half way as if they were about to hit each other and then looked at their boss fake glaring at them.

They showed her their toothy smile and said Whatsup Shehnaz!

Shehnaz chuckled and said Sometimes I wonder that are you guys even 24?

Aria and Virat both chuckled including Mrs. Briganza.

Shehnaz- Okay guys get to work we might start getting the customers soon alright?

Soon all the workers came and they started their work.

Shehnaz was a little far from everyone holding different coloured icing and was slowly drawing patterns on the cupcakes while her mind was on the deal she made.

She's so beautiful that I can't help fall in love w her.

Her chest constracted in pain but she pushed the thoughts away.

She checked the clock it was around 10pm now, the whole day she was working like there's no tomorrow.

She saw most of them have left, she sighed and got up.

After bidding byes to the people left she asked them to lock the bakery and go home.

She got into her car and drove back to the house.

She parked her car in the porch and then heard laughing voices.

Familiar laughing voices, her heart dropped.

She gulped and plastered a smile on her face and opened the door and saw Sidharth and Madhurima laughing together on something.

For once she forgot everything and just smiled at seeing him laugh.

It's for the best Shehnaz, she told herself.

The duo had still not seen or acknowledged her presence, so she decided to let them be and slowly slipped away from the place holding her bag tightly in her hand.

She went inside the kitchen and made herself a plate of food and giving them a last look went to her room.

She quickly got refreshed and wore her cupcakes pajamas and sat on the bed and started to stuff her mouth with rice.

She switched on the Tv and started to watch some Werewolf show when the door opened.

She heard a deep voice, Why didn't you tell me that you were home?

She snapped her head at him and smiled, You were talking to Madhurima so I thought if I would come the conversation would be divided so I decided that it would buy you more personal time.

Sidharth clenched his jaw and he didn't even know why was he angry.

He decided to have food with her tonight after the way she made the deal but then Madhurima came in saying she wanted to surprise Shehnaz and they started talking.

Shehnaz- Is she still down?

Sidharth nodded.

Shehnaz- Great! Okay so listen now go and have dinner with her and please don't ask for the normal food, get her salad. She loves it! And make it Caesar salad it would earn you some brownie points.

Sidharth saw the woman infront of her again eating her food looking at some tv series with seriousness.

He was confused, that should he go down or-

Shehnaz interrupted- Sidharth it's your golden chance GO!

Sidharth shook his thoughts away and thought why the hell was he even thinking about the or. It's Madhurima he has to be with.!

He did a little thanks and went out of the room.

The moment she heard the door lock she sighed and kept her food aside.

She smiled and thought that's what love is!

She picked her food again and started to eat looking at a man transforming into a werewolf.

Shehnaz thought, Maybe if we humans had mates.. then maybe no one on this planet would deal with heartbreaks and pain.

She laughed her thought off and switched the tv off and slept while she could still see the lights of the dining room downstairs on.

With a heavy heart she slept.

The next day she woke up, she quickly got ready and went downstairs and saw Sidharth sitting on the dinning table tapping his fingers.

Shehnaz smiled and said Good morning Mr. CEO!

Sidharth looked up and smiled warmly and said Good morning!

Shehnaz- You didn't start your breakfast?

Sidharth- I was waiting for you!

Shehnaz's heart beat loudly and she thought to  herself, please don't be kind to me Sidharth I couldn't handle it.

She mustered up a tight smile and said Okay let's do it together.

The breakfast was served and they started to eat it silently when Shehnaz saw that Sidharth wasn't wearing at tie.

Shehnaz- why aren't you wearing your tie?

Sidharth patted his chest and said Oh that, well err I don't know how to tie one!

Shehnaz looked at him wide eyed and then kept her palm on her mouth to stop herself from giggling.

Sidharth rolled his eyes smiling and said I KNEW IT I KNEW THIS REACTION!

Shehnaz threw her head back laughing loudly and said the MR. CEO doesn't know how to tie his TIE!

Sidharth made a whatever face and smiled secretly seeing her laugh like that.

It gave him a weird satisfaction that he made her laugh?

Shehnaz got up and said Wait a minute!

She went inside his room and came back with a Matt black tie.

Shehnaz made him stand and said, Well Mr. CEO tie is quite important.

Sidharth just stared at her while she tip toed on her feet and started to tie his tie around his neck.

Shehnaz could feel his gaze on her which made her more flustered but she shook it away as if it was nothing.

Shehnaz got away and patted his shoulders and said Here my boi you are done!

Sidharth pouted and said I am not a boy!

Shehnaz giggled and said Sure you are not!

Sidharth- Should I drop you to the bakery?

Shehnaz nodded a no even though how much she wanted that to happen.

Sidharth felt a little disappointed but said Alright! I will see you then?

Shehnaz- Oh yes you will until we sign those papers!

She laughed it as a joke but somewhere Sidharth couldn't even bring a little smile up at the joke.

Without saying anything he left while Shehnaz bit her lip to stop herself from hurting her this much.

She quickly packed her things and drove to the bakery.

The normal routine started and she wore her unicorn apron and tied her hair into a messy bun with few strands falling down and started to work on the dough of the doughnuts.

It was lunch time and the bakery was closed for 1 hour as all the workers got out to eat.

Shehnaz was doing her worlds favourite job, icing the cake.

She was literally drooling looking at the strawberry cake she was making.

Suddenly a husky voice said, Carefull or the drool would drop on the cake!

Shehnaz whipped her head in shock and saw Sidharth with his arms sleeves folded and tie loosed was standing with the support of the door with his hands in the pocket and smirking at her.

She gulped as the real strawberry cake was infront of her teasing her.

She made a face and continued icing while Sidharth took a moment to stare at her, the way her hair was falling down her face, a little white dough stuck on her forehead.

Her tongue out while she made the cake with concentration.

She wasn't who we term as a perfect body definetly, she had a good amount of beautiful curves and wasn't that zero figure but still so hell beautiful.

He shook his head about all that thoughts invading his mind and said, Mind if I taste something?

Shehnaz- Oh shit Ofcourse! My manners!

She pointed at the fluffy sofa and said I am coming.

Sidharth nodded and got down on the seat when suddenly his legs were in the air and his head on the sofa!

Shehnaz saw the scene and burst out laughing loudly.

He sat with a firm pressure which made the sofa go down as it was fluffy.

Sidharth was red in embarrassment while Shehnaz was red by laughing continuesly.

Shehnaz- I.. ahahah.. can't..!!

Sidharth licked his lips as his ears were red from embarrassment but then he saw the display shelf and his eyes twinkled.

Shehnaz saw the twinkle and said Now sir what would you like to have?

Sidharth saw everything like a candy.

Sidharth in excitement said You know it's been 7 years since I have had any sweets! God I can't wait to eat any!

Shehnaz kept a hand on her chest dramatically and said What I am living with a criminal?

God now I am gonna make you try everything! Sidharth smiled as she got everything she had and kept it infront of her.

Sidharth stared at all of the sweets and said Fuck I am gonna get diabetes.. but it's worth it!

He didn't know the impact of the words he threw in the air as Shehnaz fisted her hands to stop her heart fawning on him badly.

Sidharth moaned and said GODDD SHEHNAZ THIS IS HEAVEN! I swear I could never ever had anything better than this! This is so good!

Shehnaz smiled happily, because the feeling of being praised by the one you love is so different.

Shehnaz excitedly gave him more and said Try this too!!!

Sidharth happily nodded and enjoyed the delicacies when they heard a voice, Shehnaz babeeeee I am here!

A tall man cladded in suit with amazing looks came in and quickly planted a kiss on shehnaz's cheek and popped a brownie in his mouth.

Sidharth's eyes grew dark and his hands were fisted in anger and he very slowly said, Who is HE?

OKAY OKAY! So the chapter is done!!
