Shehnaz and Sidharth looked at the door and saw The Twins who work here were staring at both of them with shock!
Shehnaz gasped at her position and quickly got up hurriedly.
Meanwhile Sidharth was cursing the hell out of both of them.
The twins looked embarrassed and Virat scratched his neck and said, Sorry we thought to make some cakes here but it feels like yaha shyad babies bhi bante hai!
Shehnaz got red and shouted VIRAAAT GO GO NOW TO THE KITCHEN!
Both of the twins burst out laughing and went inside meanwhile Shehnaz was trying hard to bring her face to the normal.
Suddenly she heard him clear his throat, Shehnaz looked back questionably while he pointed his finger at his lips to which she glared at him while the red on her cheeks was not ready to leave her.
Shehnaz shouted - YOU ALSO GOOOOO!!
Sidharth laughed and started to move out when suddenly he ran back and quickly pecked her cheeks and ran away like a little boy blushing while Shehnaz stood frozen at her place and slowly got her hands over her cheeks and touched the tingling place.
A small smile graced on her lips and her heart sighed happily.
It had been 2 months since Sidharth was trying so hard to work it out with Shehnaz while Shehnaz wasn't still giving him any green signals but Sidharth wasn't loosing any hopes. Today was Shehnaz's birthday and yesterday night he had strictly told her to spend it with him as he has planned out the day and Shehnaz COULDNT say no!!!
Sidharth woke up and quickly ran to her room and opened it.
He expected her to be sleeping but she wasn't there in her room?
He thought for a moment that where could she be? He smiled and ran downstairs and stood out infront of the door.
Her eyes were closed and her hands were joined with a content smile on her lips she was praying.
His heart was rapidly beating, how beautiful she looked while she prayed, how happy she looked.
As if feeling him around Shehnaz opened her eyes and saw him standing there in his sweats and smiling at her.
Shehnaz smiled back and got up and after doing the last prayers she gave him the Aarti and some Prasad.
Sidharth smiled happily and without even thinking twice he hugged her tightly and shouted HAPPY BIRTHDAAY BAKER BABE!
Shehnaz groaned but then laughed at the nicknames he gave her.
Sidharth- Go and get ready we have to go out and yes quickly!
Shehnaz rolled her eyes and said Please do not make it some typical fancy restaurant and then fireworks!
Sidharth glared at her and said PUHLEASE PEOPLE CALL ME THE ROMANCE KING!
Shehnaz rolled her eyes and said 20 mins!
Sidharth also quickly went to take a shower.
Sidharth came out wearing a black formal shirt and black pants with his hair gelled up back looking absolutely yummy as he is!
While Shehnaz came out wearing a beautiful long wine red silk dress with straps and a cute diamond earring looking beautiful as she is!
The couple took good 10 mins to stare at each other and drink in their appearances until it got awkward for the gaurd wether to close the door or stand waiting for them to complete.
Sidharth slowly said, You look.. like a cupcake!
Shehnaz- What??? Cupcake?
Sidharth smirked and said Yes!
Shehnaz huffed and quickly sat inside the car while Sidharth started driving.
Shehnaz had her arms crossed around her chest and she looked out pouting like a baby.
Sidharth was grinning at her behaviour and drives smilingly.
Sidharth stopped at a location and nudged Shehnaz who looked at him in shock.
Shehnaz- WHAT THE HELLL!
Sidharth laughed and got out and said Come let's change!
Shehnaz- Alll this getting ready and now-
Sidharth- COME!!!
Shehnaz rolled her eyes and started to follow him.
They got the whole dress and wore it, wore their glasses and stood on the top of the ice mountain.
Shehnaz looked at him and said, Are we really doing this?
Sidharth- Ofcourse!!!!!
Shehnaz- I don't know how to sledge Sidharth!
Sidharth- I will teach you, see it's very easy just have your stance like this and push yourself forward like this and WOHEEEEEE! ( Sidharth started sledding down the hill)
Shehnaz took a deep breath and started to do the same and after few seconds she started to enjoy it a lot, as the chilly air was prickling her cheeks and it felt like she was flying on the snow.
Suddenly she realised she doesn't know how to stop and her speed had increased so rapidly.
She was going forward so fast she shouted SIDHARRRRTH HOW DO WE STOP?
Sidharth was a little far away from her and he heard her shouting and quickly threw his instruments and ran towards Shehnaz and tried to tell her how to stop but she couldn't understand so he stood with his hands open in the air and Shehnaz shouted AAAAAA and banged against him and they both fell on the snow.
Shehnaz was on Sidharth as he held her so tightly like a little baby being held by their mom so they don't get lost.
Shehnaz had her eyes closed for a moment but then she looked at sidharth and burst out laughing.
Shehnaz- What was that? So dramatic!!!
Sidharth grinned and said Babygirl I saved your life !
Shehnaz rolled her eyes again but smiled happily.
Shehnaz- AGAINNN! LETS DO THIS AGAINNN!!!
Sidharth- Let's go maam!
He held her hand this time and they started to sledd together laughing as they made different patterns down the hill.
After getting tired they sat down on the snow and looked up in the sky.
Sidharth- do you wanna have a ride?
Shehnaz- As in?
Sidharth smiled and quickly got up and went out for a moment and then came with a cardboard type of sitting thing.
He patted it and made Shehnaz sit on it and then said HOLD IT TIGHT BECAUSE YOU ARE GONNA HAVE A HELL OF A RIDE!
Sidharth held the end of the slate and started to push it down the hill holding and controlling it making zig zag patterns making Shehnaz laugh loudly.
Shehnaz had her hands in the air like a little kid enjoying the ride and was shouting happily.
When they reached the end Shehnaz got up happily and then looked at sidharth and said it was SO GOOD I-
Her eyes fell on the mountain and her heart beat stopped.
From the way they came down it was engraved, I LOVE YOU SHEHNAZ!
Shehnaz stared at it shocked and then looked at Sidharth who was smiling at her.
Shehnaz- How how?
Sidharth- One of my talents !
Shehnaz smiled but her eyes got teary!
Sometimes it's all the little efforts you do, you might not have sky full of firecrackers writing your name but these kind of little efforts are way more than anything in this world.
Shehnaz jumped and hugged him tight.
Sidharth sighed happily and hugged her back even tighter.
He slowly kissed the top of her head and said Come now let's go!
Shehnaz pouted and said But we will come here again no?
Sidharth smiled and said Ofcourse! Now come.
He held her hand as they got out and changed their outfits back and sat in the car happily.
It was around evening and as it was winters it was already in sunsetting mode.
Sidharth stopped the car infront of a place and Shehnaz froze.
Sidharth smiled and got out and took her out and without saying anything started to take her somewhere.
They stopped infront of a big fairylight sitting a beautiful date table chair set up with food and wine.
But the main view was the skies felt closer and more beautiful from this place, it was covered with grass but it was an abandoned place.
Sidharth made her sit on the chair and sat on the chair and smiled.
Sidharth- Sounds too cliche but this is one of my favourite places ever.
You know I got to know about this place because of someone. In school I preferred to stay away from girls but during the last few months my eyes fell on a girl. God baby don't be jealous it was past but she was so beautiful! I could never look at her for long to even drink in her features, but you know that kind of aura which makes you so happy.
She used to hang out with few of her friends but most of the time she would read some books but those weren't our normal fictional books.
One day I saw her crying and thought to comfort her but I saw her running and coming to this place. I couldn't believe it, this was one of the most beautiful places ever.
I thought to just say it that I like her when I heard her crying and telling her friend that she loves someone so much that it hurts.
I think that day I realised loving with this( pointing towards the heart) was not worth it, do what your mind tells you. Maybe it was my teen ego or I don't know.
After that day I never saw her because we had our exams or maybe I didn't wanted to see her.
But she gave me this place and I am very grateful.
Sidharth looked at Shehnaz who was in tears and she got up angrily when Sidharth got up too and said Shehnaz it's past I swear I don't-
Shehnaz started to punch his arms harshly and said YOU ARE THE MOST MOST STUPIDEST GUY I HAVE EVER SEEENN!!!!!
Sidharth- What do you mean?
Shehnaz wiped her tears and took out her phone and then put it front of him and said is this the girl?
Sidharth looked at the picture shocked and said How did you know?
Shehnaz cried and said BECAUSE ITS ME YOU DUMB PERSON!
Sidharth froze and his eyes turned dark and he said WAIT WHOM DID YOU LOVE SO MUCH?
Shehnaz pulled her hair in frustration and said STUPID I LOVED YOU MY WHOLE LIFE! IT WAS YOU!!!! THAT DAY I SAW YOU LAUGHING WITH A GIRL ABOUT SOMETHING AND IT HURT! DO YOU THINK I FELL IN LOVE WITH YOU SEEING YOU IN THESE 2 MEETINGS BEFORE MARRIAGE AND VOILA?
God you are so stupid!!!!! YOU COULDNT ASK ME ONCE THAT WHOM DO YOU LOVE???
Sidharth in a second grabbed her face and slammed his lips on hers making their inner fireworks explode happily.
He continued to kiss her passionately until they were out of breath.
Sidharth kept his head on her forehead and said I am sorry Shehnaz I was always bad at love and expressing. I am really sorry but I really love you I really do.
Shehnaz smiled and said, I always loved you Sidharth I love you too.
Sidharth connected their lips again for another passionate kiss which made Shehnaz smile.
Sidharth parted and said But one thing if our love was made into a short story then what would the readers think? Like you got so hurt because of me but I didn't get as hurt as you did.
Shehnaz smiled and said- They will understand that love is not trying to hurt the person as equal as you have been hurt. You love someone SO DAMN MUCH THAT YOU CANT HURT IT INTENTIONALLY. Now, even my friends would think that why would I give you another chance? It's because you didn't hurt me intentionally if we see. You were confused about love also you didn't know THAT I LOVED YOU BECAUSE I NEVER TOLD YOU! I came to you sacrificing it all for your happiness which made you think I was okay.
So how can I cause you the same amount of pain? In love you don't have a pain measuring meter like Okay they both got hurt equally then it's okay.
Sometimes love isn't meeting the person at first and being in love sometimes it's having a TRIAL AND ERROR METHOD and then falling in love. Everyone falls in love differently so everyone's journeys and stories are different.
Sidharth had tears in his eyes and he hugged her tightly and said I LOVE YOU SO MUCH I AM SO LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!
Shehnaz hugged him back tightly and then said, LEMME HAVE SOME FOOD I AM FAMISHED!
Sidharth- Shit I am sorry! Come sit!
They started to eat shehnaz's favourite and talking.
Sidharth then cleared his throat and said Now, i wanted to give you something.
He took out a black box and kept it on the table. He took her hands in his and said, Shehnaz I agree in this department of love I have been horrible and I deserve an F GRADE! But I am trying to be better everyday for you. I have hurt you so much with my actions and my confusion but I have never been sure about anything before not even my stocks. I love you and I have always loved you. And even after you agree to be my wife I will still treat you as if you haven't agreed and I will thrive and make this marriage the best for you. I can't wait to spend my whole life with you, getting old and having softies with you in the park holding hands and sledding our way through life. I called you cupcake today because like a cupcake you are the most beautiful little burst of sugar. God everything about you is so perfect and sweet. I wanna have diabetes Nd I wanna spoil my diet for your yummiest delicious and eating you! ( Shehnaz slapped his hand as he was blushing which made him laugh) I love you so much Shehnaz please give me a chance!?
Shehnaz looked up dramatically and then smiled at him happily and said YES YES YES!
Sidharth Couldnt control his tears and he wailed like a baby which made Shehnaz laugh.
He kissed her knuckles and then she said WHATS THE GIFT?
Sidharth smiled and opened the box and Shehnaz gasped.
It was a beautiful rose gold coloured watch so sleek and it had real diamond on it.
Shehnaz looked at the watch and giggled and said, Sidharth battery dalni padegi!
Sidharth smiled and took that watch out and then slowly made her wear it, she beamed happily but her smile dropped.
Sidharth smiled and said, This watch works on your heart beat not batteries. The day this watch keeps working so WILL MY HEART. The day it stops SO WOULD MINE.
This time Shehnaz couldn't control her tears she got up and hugged him tight and said I LOVE YOU!
Sidharth- I LOVE YOU TOO! Now time for some SOFTIEEE COME!
Shehnaz giggled as he pulled her and started to run.
This was their love story, a story filled with sugar sprinkled all over it. It was the story of the woman who wanted to sacrifice her love for her husband and the story of the husband who didn't knew the meaning of love.
It was their story of fighting and learning it together. It was their cupcake loveâ¤ï¸
