Chapter 6:

Emery's POV-

Me and Taylor had just finished packing the twins stuff and were putting our stuff in Taylor's black BMW. When we see that most of the pack is about ready, me and Taylor each grab a twin and buckle them in.

"i'm taking my bike so I can cool off before we get there" I tell Taylor.

"ok but be careful and don't go to fast" she tells me, giving me a kiss.

"i'm always careful baby" I say kissing her back.

"yeah, sure. That's why last time you said you were going to cool off, you ended up crashing your bike."

"it was one time, and I didn't even get hurt" I tell her, wrapping my arms around her waist.

"it was two times, and the last time you ended up with the pack doctor" she reminds me while putting her arms around my neck, dragging her nails down the back of my neck, down to my back.

"your doing that on purpose, you know that gets me all hot" I whined to her"

"mhh... just kiss me" so that's what I did. After a few minutes we broke up and she got in her car while I got in my bike.

Be careful and I love you. She tells me through mind-link.

Ok and I love you to. i say back.

The whole way there I kept thinking about what I just got myself into. He better not try anything with me or my kids. Maybe if the sex was consensual then I would have no problem with him seeing his kids, but since it wasn't, there's not a chance in hell i'm letting him touch them.

When I pull up to the house I see most of my pack here and all of my old pack outside waiting for us. I park my bike next to Taylor and help her get the kids out. before I can even take a step i'm being pulled into a bear hug. I tense but as soon as I smell that its my brother, I start hugging back. He pulls away and cups my face. I hear Taylor give a little growl and I turn and grab her hand, pulling her next to me.

"Taylor this is my brother, Tommy, Tommy this is my girlfriend Taylor"

Taylor looked embarrassed and gave a shy 'hi' which is a first since she's always so confident. Tommy gives a 'hi' back.

"looks like you got yourself a good one Em, she's a keeper" while checking her out, clearly joking around.

"yeah and she's mine" I growled jokingly, pulling her toward me pretending to be possessive. we all start laughing.

"Emery" I heard from a few feet away. me and Tommy tense as we both knew who its from. Taylor gives me a look that tells me she's figured out who it is.

"Emery, god I missed you so much" Ryan says reaching out to touch me. In seconds, both Logan and Jessica are in front of me, blocking him.

"stay away from me Ryan. You asked for my help and that's all were here for is to train you and your pack" I tell him. The twins grab onto the back of my legs hiding.

"mom, I don't like him he's scary" hunter says.

"mommy, is he a bad guy?" Addy ask, alittle scared to.

"yeah babies, he's a bad guy but don't worry, mommy won't let him touch you guys." Ryan looked furious when he saw that I had kids.

"YOU HAVE KIDS!?!?" He yells

"yup, twins" I say like its no big deal because truthfully its not.

"YOU'VE BEEN SLEEPING AROUND WHILE YOU HAVE A MATE!?" again with the telling.

"first of I don't have a mate. second i've only slept with one person after I left and that's my girlfriend" I say grabbing Taylor's hand. He growls at that, then asked whose they are.

"mh... remember that night before I left and you came into my room and, what is the word im looking for? mmmm... oh yeah, RAPED me right after you rejected me. well yeah i got pregnant and had twins.'' he looked confused and is that happiness in his eyes? oh hell no.

''i dont know why your happy, your not getting anywhere near them you bastard.''

''im their father, their my kids and your my mate. your mine'' he growled while grabbing my arm. i grabbed his arm and twisted it behind his back while slamming him on the ground. my pack holding his back.

''no you were nothing but a sperm donor and they are my kids not yours. and dont you ever put your hands on me again . i wont and never be yours so you might as well give up now,'' i growled back, stepping back by Taylor and the twins.

''you bitch'' that whore Brittany said throwing a punch at my face, only to be caught by Taylor.

''Ah ah ah, i wouldnt do that if i were you'' Taylor said slowly crushing her hand then pushing her back.

''Ryan are you just going to let them do that to me'' she whined. Ryan goes to take a step but my betas and third step infront of him stopping him

''Dont even think about it Ryan. You asked for my help to train your pack we could just turn around and go back home, taking my brother with as it seems he just found his mate.'' i say looking at my brother and Scarlett, who are making lovey-dovey eyes at each other, then back to Ryan.

''I asked for your alphas help not yours''

''ohh Ryannnnn, i am the alpha'' i tell him in a baby voice. '' me and taylor are the alphas of the Starlight Pack. Logan and Jessica are my betas and Scarlett is my third. now if you dont mind show us to our rooms we've had a long drive and were tired.'' and with that we followed someone to are rooms.

Ryans POV-

When i saw my beta, Tommy, run off to a girl with black hair, i was confused until she turn and i saw it was Emery. when i told her i missed her and reached for her two people jumped infront of me. i was confused as to why they were so protected of her and why she didnt wanr me to touch her. i was her mate. i mean yeah i rejected her but still she should still of wanted me. two little kids around 5 hugged her legs looking scared and called her mommy. thats when it hit me, she had kids with some other bastard. she better not of been whoring around when she had a mate who missed her.

I've been going crazy since she left. i havent slept with anyone in 5 years. i mean yeah i made out wih a few girls and messed around but havent had sex with anyone. and she's been whoring around. just the thought of it made me mad. when she said that she had a girlfriend i couldnt help but growl. not only was she with someone but she was a lesbian and has been sleeping with her. im going to change that.

When she brought up the day i raped her, i felt my blood go cold but i also felt happiness. I have twins with her, we can be a real family. me, her and our beautiful children but then she had to ruin it and said i couldnt even go near them and that pissed me a off. next thing i know im on the ground with my hand behind my back. Damn when did she get so strong. Brittany had to say something and tried to punch Emery but her girlfriend, a pretty blond with grey eyes around 5'6, grabbed her fist and squeesed so hard you could hear it crushing and then threw her to the ground.

Who is she to come into my territory and mess with my pack. i mean i dont like Brittany and shes a big slut but nobody messes with my pack. I couldnt even get one step before 3 people were blocking me. Turns out Emery and Taylor are the alphas of their pack. after her pack all when up to the third floor to sleep, Tommy came up to me and slammed me to the wall by my neck.

'' leave my sister and her kids alone. alpha or not i'll kick your ass if you try anything'' I pushed him off

''she's my mate and their my kids'' i tell him. He slammed me to the wall again

'' No she was your mate until you rejected her and raped her, and those kids might have some of your DNA but they will never be yours so just get it through your thick head'' and with one more push, he left.

Im going to get my mate and kids even if it kills me.
