The old man seemed to be a warrior of his times. He introduced himself as Vasumitra. He teaches these children to wield weapons because he believes everyone should know how to use weapons for self-defence. Vasumitra met Anantsen and Chandravardhana with great affection. When enquired about their identities, Anantsen and Chandravardhana said what they had told Balabhadra. They are residents of Udaipur, the capital of Agyatpur. Their ancestors were soldiers in the King's army. To continue the trend, they were also taught weapons from an early age. But, they hate the unnecessary shedding of blood to expand the empire. So, instead of joining the royal army, they had come to Kumbharwada to learn pottery work from Balabhadra. Vasumitra didn't ask anything else, but there was disbelief in his eyes.Anantsen was not interested in talking to Vasumitra. He was looking at his dream girl giving training to younger girls and boys. However, it did not escape the eyes of Vasumitra. He took this as an opportunity to test whether Anantsen and Chandravardhana were telling the truth. He requested Anantsen to give a demo of his weapon skills to the disciples of the ashram. Anantsen thought this to be the best opportunity to impress his beloved and fell into the trap of Vasumitra. Before Chandravardhana could say anything, Anantsen agreed to Vasumitra's proposal. Chandravardhana understood that the time had come to leave Kumbharwada because, after the demo, their reality would get revealed to everyone.Vasumitra called his best disciple, Urvashi, to help Anantsen to give the demo. Anantsen was on cloud nine when he heard that his dream girl would accompany him in the demo. Vasumitra asked Anantsen to take the weapon of his choice. Anantsen chose the sword as he was best at it.At first, Anantsen made mild attacks so that Urvashi may not get hurt. But soon, he realized that he had to make some efforts to counter Urvashi's onslaught. Before he could prepare himself, Urvashi's blow hit his arm. Blood splashed out of the wound. Though it was not a deep wound, Anantsen didn't expect this. The name Urvashi is apt for this beautiful lady as if the most beautiful Apsara of heaven, Urvashi, has taken birth as a human. But Urvashi of heaven was a skilled dancer, and this Urvashi is proficient at wielding the sword. God knows what else she has to surprise me. Anantsen thought. He attacked Urvashi with all his might but kept in mind that none of his blows should hurt Urvashi. The demo fight had become engrossing. No one was ready to give up. While Anantsen was busy impressing his lady love, anxiety engulfed Chandravardhana, and Vasumitra was happy as his doubts were clear.(Continued ................. )
