Chapter 19 - Siofra's POV

I tried to move it to see if I can get my wrist out of the restraint. I couldn’t. I then try to use my powers. ‘How come I can’t use my powers?’ I then heard a loud chuckle that filled the room. “Oh beautiful… You can’t use your powers when your in this cell,” he said. I look at the only person who was speaking. ‘Declan.’ I gasped.

“What the fuck Declan! What am I doing here?” I said with venom lacing each word. He looked so calm talking to me like nothing is going on. “Well sweet checks, let me explain everything,” he said. He didn’t waste no time before he began to speak again. “This whole mess starts with Thyon. Thyon knows about the two prophecies. Let’s just say, he didn’t like the outcome of them.”

“After the ball, Thyon visited Kieran to get information about the second prophecy. What he found out was that this prophecy somehow involved Kieran and his mate who is also mated to another. Apparently if the three completed the bond, then it will bring strength to them and the three demi-gods. Thyon couldn’t have that to happen. He wants to destroy his grandchildren. Not the other way around. A plan had to form.”

“Plan? What plan?” I asked. Declan rolled his eyes before he answered my question. “Beautiful, I thought you were smarter than this. Thyon contacted the king’s beta and asked to find out who Kieran was mated too. Just so happens that you were also mated to Weylyn. The king’s beta didn’t like that you were mated to Weylyn because he wanted his daughter to be mated him instead. He also knew that I liked you too.”

‘Oh fuck! I know where this is going.’ I just pray that Weylyn and Kieran arrive in time to save me. Declan then continues to tell me more about this plan. “With communication between Thyon and the king’s beta, they decided to include me on their plan. I take you away from your mates. I will then mate and mark you. You become MINE Siofra. We leave from here and rule a new pack. Weylyn mates with Caroline. Thyon kills Kieran. Without completing the mate bond, it will become easy for Thyon to destroy his grandchildren. The three of us win and get what we want.”

I started to cry. I knew exactly what is going to happen next. I was out of time. “Don’t fight me beautiful. The sooner I do this, the sooner we can leave,” he said. With that, he started coming towards me. Licking his lips and unfastening his belt. “Declan… Please don’t do this…” I said but my cries and pleas were not being heard. He soon had both my wrists pinned above my head.

I started to thrash and scream but he was so strong that I couldn’t hardly move. Holding my wrists with one hand, he took his other hand and tore the fabric between my legs. He is relentless. He took his fingers and started to touch my folds. His touch made me sick. At this point I was starting to get tired. ‘Don’t give up… Don’t give up…’ I kept repeating those exact words in my mind but my wall was breaking.

I started to scream even louder. “Siofra… Sweetie… Stop this now. You will be MINE!” he said. He positioned himself between my legs, ready to take me. Before he could forcibly push his length inside me, there was a loud bang. “SHIT!” he yelled. He then took his fist and punched me in the face. Darkness taking control.
