Third person point of view
The next morning Luke woke up and squinted his eyes. He glanced to the side and saw Leo still sleeping. He smiled and got off the bed careful not to wake Leo up. He picked up his phone and saw a few calls from Ken. He called Ken and informed that he will let him know when they want to leave. Luke saw Leo squirm and open his eyes. He went back to the bed and slept pulling Leo closer. " Sleep for some more time ". Leo yawned and closed his eyes feeling comfortable in Luke's arms.
When Leo woke up the next time, it was already noon. He complained that Luke should have woken him up earlier. " You must be tired and also you were sleeping so peacefully. How do you expect me to wake you up ? " Leo rolled his eyes and didn't say anything. Luke even ordered to bring the lunch to their room. " Why are you acting like this ? " " Are you fine ? " Leo blushed slightly. " I am fine. Don't worry so much. I am not that fragile ".
Leo didn't know what to do. Luke only smiled and let it be. They went to the airport after finishing their lunch. Luke went to the office after they reached the place. Leo went home and took a nap. He woke up in the evening after a nice sleep. Luke was a little late and Leo could guess it. With a few projects that were on line, Luke was working hard to make sure everything was proper. So Leo could understand how tired Luke must be.
Ken was so tired after a long day. He received a text from Jade asking if he was done. He replied that he was done and Jade told him to meet him near Ken's car. When Ken went down, he saw Jade waiting. " Was it too tiring ? " Ken nodded. Jade extended his hand. Ken was confused. He glanced at Jade's hand and then at his face. " Keys. Let me drive. You are too tired. Come on, give it to me ". Ken gave him the keys. " Where shall we go for dinner ? " " Anywhere will do ".
Jade nodded and drove to a restaurant near their office. They sat down and ordered. " Isn't it a bit too hectic ? " Ken sighed. " Work is work. But since Luke does more than what others do, we can manage it ". Jade nodded. Their food arrived and they started to dig in. " If there is anything I can help with, let me know ". Ken smiled. " Sure. Thanks ". Jade smiled too. Ken sighed taking a bite. " Even though he is working a lot, that idiot talks too much at times. I am seriously tired of Luke boasting about the trip ".
Jade chuckled. " I can't say Leo is any less. But I guess better than Luke ". Ken rolled his eyes. " It has been 3 days and he isn't over it. Ugh ! He seriously needs to get over it ". Jade laughed. They finished their dinner and were back in the car again. " I will drop you ". Ken shook his head. " You were working since morning too. It would be difficult ". " Then I will just stay at your house ".
Ken laughed. " Sure ". " I was kidding and it will be fine. I can go back by myself. You can take a nap if you want to before we reach your house ". Ken looked ahead while speaking. " I want to go somewhere and relax too". Jade shook his head smiling. " Where do you like to go ? " " Beach maybe. But it is not possible anyway. Let's go ". Ken put on his seat belt. Jade thought for a second and started the car. Ken closed his eyes and fell asleep. Jade took a look at him and drove away. But the right turn changed to left.
Ken rubbed his sleepy eyes and his neck felt stiff. He slowly sat up and he was still in the car. His eyes went wide and he looked around. He found Jade standing leaning against his side of the car. He looked ahead and the sun was about to rise and he saw a sea. He was shook. He checked the time and it was early in the morning. He opened the door. Jade turned to him when he saw Ken getting down. " Hey sleepyhead ". Ken gave a side eye. " Where are we ? " " Beach ".
Ken was dumbfounded. " I know that, but how ? " " I drove here ". " What the hell ? How can you do this ? " Jade held Ken by his shoulders. " Shush ! Wait. Calm down ". Ken took a few deep breaths. " I know you've been pretty tired these days, so I did this ". " I know, but work-" " I informed Luke already and he was fine with it. I told him you will not come today ". " But then-" Jade held Ken's face in his hands. " It is fine. Just relax for one day and then when you go back you can work with double the energy ".
Ken was still contemplating. " Come on. It is fine ". He looked at Jade who was giving a soft smile and nodded. " We will go check in at a hotel nearby ". They got in the car and found a hotel. They walked to the receptionist. " How may I help you ? " " We want to check in for one day ". " Sure sir. How many rooms ? " Jade and Ken exchanged a look. " One room with a double bed ". Jade was surprised but didn't say anything. " Sure sir. Give me a minute ". They soon got the key and went to the room. " Why only one ? "Â Jade asked as they entered the room.
Ken sneered at the question. " Are you rich ? It is not like we will stay long. It will be a waste to get two rooms ". Jade nodded. Ken was indeed right. " Let's sleep for now, we will go out later ". They both fell on the bed and fell asleep. Jade drove all night, so he was very tired and was asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow. After a few hours, Ken woke up. He saw Jade still fast asleep. So he decided to fresh up first. He went to the bathroom, brushed his teeth and washed his face. He went out of the room and went around to get some clothes for the both of them.
He brought them and came back to the room. He woke up Jade. They took turns taking bath and then went out to look around and also to have some food. It was a little past 12 by the time they left the room. They found a restaurant which was decorated in a rural way. It had wooden tables and chairs and also it was in a hut style. When they sat at a table, they saw that someone was actually singing. The person singing was done as soon as they settled down and everyone clapped.
" Who is going to sing next ? " The person who was the host asked looking at all of them. Jade saw that everyone turned to him. The host turned to him. " Sure, please come ". He saw Ken smiling and realized his hand was raised by Ken. Jade shook his head and reluctantly got up from his chair. He went and stood in the front. " Hello. I am not the best of singers, so please bear my voice ". All of them laughed. Ken smiled and gave a thumbs up. Jade smiled and started singing.

Everyone clapped as soon as he finished singing. It was a song called ' I like me better ' by Lauv. Jade's voice was not too low nor too deep. It was perfect when he sang it. Ken really loved how mellow Jade's voice sounded. He waited for Jade to come down, but what Jade did surprised him. " Thank you so much. And for the next one to sing will be the one who is sitting there ". Jade pointed to Ken.

Speaking of beach reminds me of a place that I reaaaalllllllllyyyyyyy want to visit. But it isn't that far or anything. Just that......apparently I am not finding time to go. ð¶ Which sucks ! ðð Considering all my work and for my family and everything I am not able to. But I want to go with my friends more than my family. ð ð I really want to go and enjoy with them but doesn't look like it is going to happen in any near future. But I AM SERIOUSLY HOPING IT WOULD HAPPEN ! I want to go recharge and come back too. My BR, BF and family know the fetish I have for that place. ðð¤£ð¤ I want to go get drunk and party in that place. ðððð»ðð»
