06~RAIN

His Longing❤️

She slapped me... She slapped Zain Malik! How dare she? I destroyed her car, so she destroyed my reputation. She's made the worst mistake of her life. Now, I'm not going to spare Saarah. "I WILL DESTROY YOU IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE. JUST WAIT!" I vowed to myself.

I was about to teach her a lesson when Mr. Knight intervened, pushing us apart. I glared at him, thinking, God, now this old man will complain about us.

My thoughts were interrupted by the principal's thunderous voice. "What the hell are you doing?" he yelled.

Saarah tried to explain, but Mr. Knight cut her off. "Not a single word!" he barked, his eyes blazing with anger.

The principal turned to the students gathered around us. "What's going on here? Is this some kind of show? Go back to your homes right now!" he yelled, dispersing the crowd.

Once the area was empty, he glared at us. "And you two, in my office, right now!" he bellowed.

Saarah gave me a deathly glare before looking away, muttering curses under her breath. We both trudged towards the principal's office, where I told Aditya to leave, predicting that we'd both get detention.

Inside the office, Saarah asked, "May I come in, sir?" The principal nodded, and we both entered, sitting down in the chairs in front of his desk.

"Stand up!" he yelled, and we both looked at each other, confused. "Did I say you could sit down? Stand up!" he bellowed again.

We both rose from our seats, and the principal began to scold us. "You bad boy, fighting again! And you, new girl, on your second day of college, fighting with him. Didn't I warn you yesterday?"

Saarah and I both tried to explain our sides of the story, but our words devolved into a heated argument.

The principal slammed his hand on the desk. "ENOUGH! Just shake hands and become friends."

We both refused, yelling "No way!" in unison.

The principal's face turned red with anger. "Okay, then I'll complain to your parents right now."

I smirked. "Oh, you want to talk to Dad? Sure, but I think he's in a meeting right now. You'll have to wait."

Saarah chimed in, "If you want to talk to Abbu, sure, but I think you don't have his number. I'll give it to you."

The principal's anger boiled over. "You both are not going home today, and you'll arrange the library right now. You're both in DETENTION!" he yelled.

We both left the office, and I was surprised that Saarah didn't utter a word during our walk to the library.

KRITIKA'S POV:

Oh God, why does Saarah always mess things up? On her second day of college, she gets detention. What kind of image is she creating?

Our fresher party is coming up, and we need to prepare for that too. My dumbo friend is performing solo and with me as well... Forget that for now; I have to go home alone because this girl got detention!

Plus, I don't have a car with me since I didn't bring mine, and her car got burned. Now I have to take a cab. I started looking for one and booked it. I went outside the college and was heading towards the cab point when suddenly the rain started.

I love rain, and whenever it happens, Saarah and I enjoy it a lot. I went to the middle of the road, opened my arms, and started dancing in the rain. In seconds, I was completely drenched.

Then I stood straight, closed my eyes, and tilted my face towards the sky to feel the raindrops. I was enjoying the moment when suddenly the raindrops stopped. I opened my eyes to find an umbrella above me.

I looked up at the person holding the umbrella, and my eyes widened in surprise...

I gazed at his clothes, which were surprisingly dry, and couldn't help but notice how hot he looked. His muscular physique and chiseled chest made my heart skip a beat. He wore a high-neck T-shirt, jeans, and a jacket, exuding an effortless charm.

As I took in his features, I noticed his sharp jawline, dark brown eyes that seemed like an ocean, and lips that were irresistibly kissable.

"Kritika, what are you thinking? He's just a stranger," my subconscious mind mocked me.

"What can I do when he's so hot?" I retorted, feeling a flush rise to my cheeks. I closed my eyes in frustration, only to open them again and find him smirking at me.

Wait a minute... why did his face look so familiar? And then, it hit me – he was none other than Aditya.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, his voice low and smooth.

"I'm just enjoying myself. What about you?" I replied, trying to sound casual.

Aditya chuckled. "I was just passing by and saw you dancing in the middle of the road... in the rain."

I smiled. "Okay, then go now."

Aditya raised an eyebrow. "Are you sure?"

I nodded. "Yes!"

Aditya's eyes sparkled with amusement. "How are you getting home, then? I know you're Saarah's friend, and I think you don't have a car with you, right?"

I hesitated, feeling a twinge of uncertainty. "Yeah, but don't worry, I'll manage."

Just as I spoke, a loud thunderclap shook the air, making me flinch. I felt a wave of fear wash over me, and my body began to shake. I'd always been terrified of thunderstorms, and the sound of thunder brought back memories of a traumatic night from my childhood.

Saarah had always been there to calm me down during these episodes, but she wasn't here now. I felt a surge of panic, and before I knew it, I had hugged Aditya out of fear, seeking comfort in his presence.

I started to panic, my heart racing with every thunderclap...

ADITYA'S POV

As soon as she hugged me, I froze, and the umbrella slipped from my grasp. We stood there in the rain, her sudden touch leaving me breathless. No girl had ever touched me like that before, and I was taken aback by the sensation.

But then she started shivering, her entire body trembling. I realized she must be cold, soaked to the bone as she was. I hugged her back, trying to warm her up. Her shivering subsided, and she looked up at me, our eyes locking in a passionate gaze.

We stood there for a moment, our bodies entwined, but we didn't care. The eye contact between us was intense, but it was broken by another thunderclap. She hugged me tightly again, and I realized she was afraid of thunder.

I held her close, trying to comfort her. "Let's go inside my car. This rain isn't going to stop anytime soon," I suggested.

But she hesitated, her voice trembling. "Bu-but..."

I placed my finger on her lips, trying to calm her down. "No buts, just get inside."

But she bit my finger, her eyes flashing with anger. "Don't ever interrupt me again."

I glared at her, surprised by her feistiness. "Are you coming or not?" I warned her.

She shook her head, her voice firm. "No."

I sighed, exasperated. "Then don't blame me." I picked her up in a bridal carry, despite her struggles, and headed towards my car.

When I finally managed to get her inside, I buckled her seatbelt, my face inches from hers. Her uneven breathing was intoxicating, and I found myself smirking at her.

As I looked at her features, I was struck by her beauty. She had a cute face, bright skin, a small nose, and hazel-brown eyes that seemed to draw me in. But I knew I had to resist her charm, or I'd end up kissing her.

I quickly backed away, trying to create some distance between us. I handed her a towel from the back seat, trying to composed myself.

As we drove to her address, the silence between us was palpable. But when I glanced at her, I saw that she was shivering again. I turned on the heater, and she smiled weakly at me.

Twenty minutes later, we arrived at her house. I looked over at her and saw that she was fast asleep. I didn't want to wake her, but I had no choice – I needed to know the code to her house. I was surprised by the grandeur of her mansion, and I couldn't help but wonder what her family was like.

( THEIR HOUSE )

As you guys know, my name is Aditya Ray Raghuvanshi. I'm Zain's best friend from childhood, and we both hail from Rajasthan. However, we're currently studying in London, having completed our schooling in California. I'm pursuing an MBA in London.

I'm an extroverted person who doesn't take tension and stress seriously. I'm a free spirit, but when it comes to family and friends, I can be a force to be reckoned with. As the future king of Rajasthan, I have responsibilities to uphold, although my coronation ceremony has yet to take place.

That's a brief intro about me. I hope you liked it!

I gently shook Kritika awake. "Hey, wake up! We've reached your house."

She slowly opened her eyes, looking disoriented. I pointed towards the window, and she saw her house. "Thank you so much, Aditya!" she exclaimed.

As I started to get out of the car, I realized I didn't know her name. "Wait, what's your name?" I asked, yelling slightly.

She turned back, and her leg got tangled, causing her to trip. "Ouch!" she cried out in pain.

I quickly got out of the car and rushed to her side. "What happened?" I asked, concern etched on my face.

She winced, rubbing her ankle. "I think I sprained my leg."

I picked her up in my arms, cradling her like a child. "Hey, what are you doing?" she protested.

"I'm trying to help you," I replied, carrying her towards her front door.

Once we were inside, I made her sit on the couch and asked, "Where's the first aid kit?"

She hesitated, but I glared at her, and she gulped, "It's upstairs, right side room, in the bathroom."

I followed her instructions and brought the first aid kit back downstairs. As I tended to her ankle, she looked at me with a mixture of pain and horror.

After spraying antiseptic on her ankle, I picked her up again and carried her upstairs to her bedroom. I made her sit on the bed and said, "You should change into dry clothes."

She nodded and got up, limping slightly. "Aditya, I think you should change too; your clothes are wet."

I looked down and realized she was right. "You have men's clothes too?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.

She nodded and handed me a shirt and jeans. As I changed, I couldn't help but wonder who else lived with her. Was it a boyfriend?

After changing, I helped her change into a t-shirt and lower. As we both finished dressing, I said, "Thank you for the clothes. I'm going now."

She nodded, and we both headed towards the main door. I helped her lock the door, and as we parted ways, she said, "Thank you for everything."

As I drove back to my house, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I'd enjoyed her company. When I reached home, I went straight to my bedroom and lay down on my bed.

As I was drifting off to sleep, I noticed a piece of paper in my jeans pocket. It was a note that read:

"Thank you for everything. Today you helped me a lot. And these clothes are a return gift for you. From K"

I smiled, feeling a sense of satisfaction. And then I noticed the letter "K" at the end of the note. I realized I still didn't know her full name, but I was determined to find out.

That's All For Today, Hope You Liked it!

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THEIR PUNISHMENT?

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT ADITYA AND KRITIKA?

Stay Safe

Love You All❤️
